Předmětem zpracovávané diplomové práce je prováděcí projektová dokumentace pro rekonstrukci bytového dmu na Karáskově náměstí v Brně - Židenicích. Stávající objekt je tvaru obdélníku a je součástí bytové řadové zástavby. Bytový dům je podsklepený a má tři nadzemní podlaží a podkroví. Hlavní vstup je orientován na jihozápad. Základové konstrukce jsou betonové, svislý nosný systém je stěnový zděný, střešní konstrukce je dřevěný krov stojaté stolice se skládanou keramickou krytinou. The subject of this final thesis is prepared detailed project documentation for the reconstruction of apartment building on Karáskovo Square in Brno - Židenice. The existing building is rectangular and is a part of a apartment terraced buildings. Residential building has a basement and three floors and an attic. The main entrance is oriented to the southwest. Foundation structures are concrete, vertical support system is a brick wall, roof structure is wooden roof standing stool with pleated ceramic tiles.
