The influence of cobalt additive on parameters of positive electrode for Ni-Cd accumulators

The Master´s thesis deals with description of the influence of cobalt additive on positive electrode parameters for Ni-Cd accumulators. Trough the use of Electrochemical Quartz Crystal Microbalance are analysed the effects which decline effective life of positive electrode during accelerated cycling. Theoretical part describes important characteristics of Ni-Cd accumulators, the working principle and effects which are in progress on positive electrode during cycling. The next part deals with description of system EQCM and the pricnciples of doping active mass with cobalt additive. Practical part consists of EQCM system calibration and electrochemical measurements. The principal aim is detection of the influence of cobalt additve on active mass during cycling in different electrolytes. From the results of measurements is set the optimal amount of cobalt additive.

This bachelor’s thesis introduces the basic principles of vibrodiagnostic methods and their importance for individual fase of bearing’s damage. The selected methods studied are: acoustic emission, SPM (shock pulse method), SEE (spectral emission energy), envelope method, High frequency emission, Crest factor, Kurtosis factor and special method for slow-motion machines Adash Compressed Time.

Burnout

This thesis deals with the issue of burnout. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part defines the concepts of burnout, its risks, symptoms, stages and treatment. The second part deals with research in gastronomy and in the helping professions through MBI questionnaire. Its aim is to determine the level of burnout of the sample according to gender, age group and length of practice. Results analyze and determine which group is more vulnerable.

Analysis of product development in the telecommunications industry

The thesis is focused on product development in companies in the telecommunications industry. These companies provide products to end customers. The introductory section lists and describes the basic concepts accompanying the issue. Also described herein is a method for achieving the objectives of the thesis, that is based on personal interviews with specialists in selected telecommunications companies. The first objective is to identify variables affecting success launching a new product to market services. The thesis defines the internal and external factors in the organization. Part of the analysis is to assess the current state of internal RFC, that was unexpectedly during the development of a long implementation period (TTM). The content of this thesis is identification of key factors and their impacts on implementation also unveiling constraints of the development process. These constraints are in the view of issues that prevent better performance of the relevant processes. The third and the main objective of this thesis is based on previous analyses, proposal of improvements that could contribute in the future to better product development. The proposed improvements are consulted with a specialist Demand Management to determine the feasibility and potential benefit in practice. The greatest contribution of the thesis lies in the proposed improvements and their assessment for future implementation.

Analysis and management of a development project

The aim of the thesis lies in implementation of a complex analysis of partial phases of a developing project including its management. This aim can be achieved by achieving partial aims such as doing an analysis of a developing project as well as doing an analysis of developing activities in České Budějovice region or analyzing a specified developing project "HOUSELOTS {--} Šindlovy Dvory" including the assessment and suggesting a measure. The reason for setting such a goal is in a need to explore a relatively new enterprise activity which is expanding nowadays and affects all of us. It involves building new commercial centres where people go shopping or entertain themselves as well as building flats, single-family houses and grounds for people{\crq}s living. The complex theoretical analysis of a developing project and the analysis of a single implemented project lead to the conclusion that the success of a developer{\crq}s project is first of all dependent on the quality of a choice of a developing project and also on the exact accomplishment of single phases of a project according to its aims set in advance. It is essential to plan all steps of partial phases of a project exactly. To forget or delay any step in a specific phase of a project can affect the final result dramatically. Significant disturbance of surrounding structures may occur in such cases (suppliers, investors/buyers and other cooperative persons) as well as in big financial losses and even quarrels at law.

Návrh a implementace logovací komponenty newsroomového systému Octopus

Tato práce popisuje návrh a vytvoření logovací komponenty pro newsroomový systém Octopus 6. Struktura práce vychází z omezené verze metodiky Agile Unified Process. V první fázi jsou stanoveny požadavky na komponentu a prozkoumána již existující a dostupná řešení logování v jazyce Java. Na konci této části jsou zvoleny nástroje pro fáze další. Ve druhé etapě je poté vytvořen detailní návrh její struktury a formátu výsledných logů. Ve třetí fázi je komponenta naprogramována v jazyce a v této práci představena prostřednictvím zdrojových kódů a několika kapitol blíže popisujících základní části hotového kódu.

Práce popisuje fáze vývozního obchodního případu, uvádí export v účetních a daňových souvislostech. Rozebírá formy vstupu na zahraniční trh a zabývá se podrobně distributorskou smlouvou. Prakticky je zde uvedeno základní zaúčtovnání vývozního obchodního případu, vliv kursových rozdílů na dlouhodobý kontrakt a na hospodářský výsledek.
