Bomberová, Eva ; Sochor, Jan (referee) ; Mléčka, Jan (advisor)
1. Identification details Viticulture in Jaroslavice 2. urbanistic solution The place that I am thinking about is the ground located on the edge of village Jaroslavice. It takes 6,5ha. Owners of this ground are husband and wife Markel. My the most important idea for the viticulture is its implanting to the landscape and make the viticulture that will be a family business. The objects of the viticulture are situated on the square place connected to the house, that survived as the only one after the building the brickyard and becoming the family house. Individual services are located according to continuity of production. The part used for living is with the view for the landscape, because of the privacy of visitors. In the center of the court is the place for eating, meeting owners with visitors and with wine, of course. There are two roads that separate two parts: the part of working and the part for visitors and their comfort. The part of the land close to the existing house has plane character, so it is realy good place for the court and also for the wheelchairs access to each buildings. There is no need to modify the land to much because there are no subterranean parts of the objects. The land is also used for increasing capacity vineyards. The rest of the big land could be used for setting fruits plantation – apple trees, plum trees and so on. Even thought the entire set of objects is compact, each of the objects are separated so the construction could be gradual. The most important are the manufacturing and store parts, the parts for meeting, tasting and living could be done later. 3. Architectonic solution The restful place close to the nature in the south of the Moravia region is the ideal place for rest connected with visiting the family viticulture. The design is trying for the best connection between good business and finding a nice place for living. The face of All the objects comes from the existing house. The wooden sheathing unites all the objects. The vision is that the viticulture should befit to the landscape and do not disturb uniqueness of this place. It is thanks to the nature material that getting old together with its surroundings.
