Baklíková, L. Problematic relationships at workplace. Bachelor thesis. Brno: 2015 This thesis focuses mainly on long-term problematic workplace relationships. The theoretical part is composed of their definitions, explaining their causes, processes, goals and typical characteristics of participants. Also it contains consequences of dysfunctional interpersonal relationships in workplace to society and individuals. There are explained a possible preventive actions and other defense capabilities which can help to the victim and to company. The practical part analyzes the personal experience employees with problematic relationships in workplace of two selected companies in the Czech Republic. The aim is to find out process and consequences of problematic relationships and map the awareness of people about this issue and its solutions. For research is used questionnaire and its results will be analyzed and proposed recommendation to improve relations and the workplace for bought companies.
Analysis of Employees' Job Satisfaction in a chosen Organization

The thesis deals with the topic job satisfaction of employees in the company Informační linky, a.s. The theoretical part deals with the literature, the empirical part focuses on job satisfaction in the selected organization. The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze through the questionnaire the current level of job satisfaction of employees in the company.
The system of personal work in selected organization

This thesis deals with the analysis of personnel work in a selected company and proposing improvement measures for any deficiencies. In the theoretical part are analyzed opinions of authors, who deal with the personnel work. Basic structure of personal work used in this thesis is creation and job analysis, personnel planning, recruitment and selection of staff, their evaluation and remuneration, deployment of staff, termination of employment, education and care for workers, relationships with employers and HR information system. In the pracical part is the analyzed company introduced at first, its business activities and history. Then the basic information about employees are meantioned, their number and changes in last five years. Organizational structure is described here too. At the end of the thesis are improvement neasures for some of the personal work.
The influence of gender-homogeneous environment for labor relations

The subject of my thesis is to analyze the impact of gender-homogeneous teams, both female and male, on the formation of labor relations and working environment in general. In the theoretical section, I focus on three main themes: Men and women in society, Influence of gender on the organization and Gender and the labor market. The research is based on the results of my two surveys, one was conducted in predominantly female work team and the second in a predominantly male work team. In my thesis, I discovered that the reality versus theory differ in some areas, especially in a positive sense. Slowly disappears trend when women returning from maternity leave have been disadvantaged by this fact. My thesis also refuted the assumption that men are more preferred as a superiors, than women. Women in managerial positions are able stand up and play as good as men. My thesis also did not confirmed that women are in fulfilling of work assignments less independent. Employees representing the minority in homogeneous work team in terms of gender, are not exposed to negative influences, as described in the theoretical part of my thesis.
Conflicts in the workplace: the situation in Russia

This thesis deals with conflict in the workplace and focuses mainly on the situation in Russia. The aim is to explore the conflicts in the workplace, their causes and consequences, the impact of conflict on organizational process and the personal relations of employees. For a better overview in my thesis is used the method of case studies and real cases of conflicts derived from the Russian organization. It solves the most common conflict cases in practice and show their real solutions in the company.
Analysis of Employees' Satisfaction in ČSOB, a.s.

This thesis deals with problems of employee satisfaction and various factors affecting it. The work consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is devoted to the analysis of literature. Deals with different concepts and contexts that are important to employee satisfaction. The practical part is already focused on the specific characteristics of the staff at the company, ČSOB, a.s., having a major impact on employee satisfaction as a system of remuneration, incentive system, carrer growth opportunities, training and development and labor relations in enterprises. There is also an outside its own questionnaire, processing and evaluation of data and final discussion of results.

Mezi základní oblasti personalistiky patří: vytváření a analýza pracovních míst, plánování pracovníků, získávání, výběr, přijímání a rozmisťování pracovníků, hodnocení pracovníků, vzdělávání a rozvoj pracovníků, odměňování, pracovní vztahy, péče o pracovníky a personální informační systém.
