Práce se zabývá problematikou pracovní spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve společnosti Informační linky, a.s. Teoretická část se zabývá rozborem odborné literatury, empirická část je zaměřena na pracovní spokojenost ve vybrané organizaci. Cílem této diplomové práce je prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření analyzovat aktuální úroveň pracovní spokojenosti zaměstnanců v dané společnosti. The thesis deals with the topic job satisfaction of employees in the company Informační linky, a.s. The theoretical part deals with the literature, the empirical part focuses on job satisfaction in the selected organization. The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze through the questionnaire the current level of job satisfaction of employees in the company.
