The next part, financial analysis, gives a picture of financial results, health and stability of the company and other comparable breweries. The output of the chapter Value drivers is the financial plan, which is crucial for company valuation using the method of discounted cash flow (DCF). The final chapter contains an application of Monte Carlo simulations, which enriches the conclusions by offering probability distribution of the value of the company.

Efficiency of regulation models in financial markets in environment of monetary policy changes.
Stehlík, Jan ; Štekláč, Jiří (advisor) ; Titze, Miroslav (referee)
This paper examines models of supervision and regulation over the financial market and their impact on volatility of interest rates according to monetary policy changes. Its goal is to judge if some of these models aren't less effective and cause higher volatility and if the assumption of market stability is provided. It looks into monetary policy changes and their impact on financial market, interest rates and their development in time of these changes. It analyzes correlation of monetary policy and financial market and gives characteristics of each of regulation models. Using the method of graphical analysis, this paper compares reactions of short- and longterm interest rates (Treasury bills and 10years government yields) in relevant countries during monetary change applications. It examines also official offered rate and real interbank rate and its' spreads. As indicator of financial market stress is used Libor-OIS spread. It evaluates the influence of models used in different countries in each given situation.

Monitoring patients of the day-care centre of the Rehabilitation Medicine Clinic using accelerometers
Nássir Eddin, Kamil ; Janatová, Markéta (advisor) ; Chalupská, Tereza (referee)
The aim of this work is to summarize the current knowledge about accelerometer in general than espetially the possibilities of using this divice in rehabilitation of hemiparetic patients. Give a look on pluses and minuses of using this technology in clinical practice. This thesis is devided into two parts- theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part I tried to explain some of the important key concepts, which knowledge is necessary for the comprehension of our issues and facilitate the use of the accelerometer, its inclusion into the rehabilitation plan of the patients in (KRL) and particulary hemiparetic ones. In the practical part I focused on the actual monitoring using accelerometer, during some learned physical activities of choosed patients, and the evaluation of my own impressions of this instrument and the impressions of the monitorised patients themselves. Keywords: hemiparesis, postural stability, WMS system, physical activity, monitoring.

Analysis of personal management system in a chosen company
VALENTOVÁ, Barbora
This thesis is focused on personnel system management in Západočeské konzumní družstvo v Sušici (West Bohemian consumer cooperation in Sušice). The main aim of the thesis is analysis of personal system in chosen company and suggestion to improve quality in personnel management. I see the analysed personnel system very sophisticated and focused on details. Regardless during the analyses only one significant defect was found. Employees have no chance to buy companies goods with discounts and that could be why they are not so stabile and satisfy on their positions and on the other hand, they don{\crq}t have motivation for buying these goods too. Another recommendation for this firm is establishment of cafeteria system, this system of employees' amenities is widely used by many Czech or international companies. There were analysed chosen personnel management activities too. Among these activities we can count evaluation and recruitment of employees. In this two activities we can not see significant problems, for that reason there were proposed only some recommendations. In case of employees recruitment was cooperation with personnel agency suggested, this way of new employees admitting is not so expensive and more effective. Next step in process of personnel management improving is establishment of employees self evaluation system, which is a way how to discover current motivation of employees and can give recommendation for future development.

Land treatment and its relationship to the protection of the environment
Měkota, Jan ; Žákovská, Karolina (advisor) ; Drobník, Jaroslav (referee)
Land Consolidation and its Relation to Environmental Protection- Abstract Land consolidation is term used for rearrangement and readjustment of land parcels and their ownership in order to assure their rational use. In its modern form, it became part of Czech legislature when Czech National Council's Act No. 284/1991 Coll. was officially published. Current legal regulations of land consolidation are provided in Act No. 139/2002 Coll., as amended. This Act enumerates main goals land consolidation, carried out in the public interest, should achieve. Primary task of this dissertation is to review how land consolidation can contribute to the environmental protection. Soil fund upgrading as well as improvment of landscape aesthetics and its ecological stability are stated among main goals of the currently effective land consolidation legal regulations. In its initial chapter, this dissertation describes purpose of land consolidation and gives definition of its objects. Following chapter briefly deals with the history of land consolidation on Czech, Moravian and Silesian territory. Reflecting our country's history, real estate ownership evolution was very dynamical in past 160 years. Knowledge of this evolution is crucial for understanding of reason and purpose of land consolidation. Third chapter guides the...

Noncovalent interactions of aromatic systems and their role in proteins and organocatalysis
Biedermannová, Lada ; Havlas, Zdeněk (advisor) ; Fišer, Jiří (referee) ; Otyepka, Michal (referee) ; Sklenář, Vladimír (referee)
7 Concluding Remarks The aim of the presented thesis was to investigate the interactions of aromatic groups and their role in the processes of chemical and biological recognition. In particular, the role of aromatic residues in the protein hydrophobic core for the stability of the protein native fold was investigated using highJevel quantum chemical calculations. We showed that the interactions of aromatic residues not only with other aromatic and aliphatic sidechains but also with the peptide bond portion of the protein backbone can provide a substantial contribution to the protein stabilisation. Two more specific examples ofthe aromatic interactions, the interaction ofaromatic residue with proline and the aromatic-peptide bond interaction were both examined in more detail. The chapter on the IEM focused on aromatic interactions from the perspective ofall the pairwise residue interactions in protein. The aromatic residues were shown to play a key rolě in the stabilisation of the Trp-cage model protein. It was also shown that the IEM can be used as a reliable method for the identification ofthese key residues. Several computational methods were tested and it was shown that when used with the Amber parm94 foréefie|d and GB solvent model, the IEM gives satisfactory results while being computationally feasible...

Substituated Poly(ethylene Glycols) as Drugs Carriers
Pravda, Martin ; Hrabálek, Alexandr (advisor) ; Dittrich, Milan (referee) ; Kalendová, Andrea (referee)
The aim of this dissertation thesis was preparation of drug delivery systems for polyene antimycotics, especially amphtoricin B(AmB). Series of pH-sensitive conjugates of AmB with substituated poly(ethylene glycols) (PEG) have been synthesized and characterized for this purpose. The intermediate PEGs possess a 1,4-disubstituted benzene ring with aldehyde group at the end of the chain. The benzene ring is connected with PEG at its 4-position (with respect to the aldehyde group) by various functional groups (ether, amide, ester). Reaction of terminal aldehyde group of the substituted PEGs with AmB gave conjugates containinga pH-sensitive imine linkage, which can be presumed to exhibit antimycotic effect at sites with lowered pH value. The stability of prepared conjugates under the different physiological conditions was studied. Phosphate buffers (pH = 7,4 or 5,5) were used as model media. Stability of conjugates in human blood plasma and human blood serum was examinated. The imine linkage is split to give free AmB with half-lives of 2-45 min. The rate of acid catalysed hydrolysis depends upon substitution of the benzene ring; however, it does not depend on molecular weights ofthe PEGs used. The conjugates with ester linkage undergo enzymatic splitting in human blood plasma and/or blood serum at pH 7.4...
