Part of the statesmen of Preventive Medicine in the Master's General Medicine of the elaboration and presentation of master's work. I am a selected topic in the field of occupational hygiene - application of cytostatics , health risks for medical staff, the possibility of monitoring of exposure , prevention . In this work I was trying to focus mainly on the map the current and most recent trends in the protection and prevention against the harmful effects of cytostatic acting on medical personnel for manipulating them , and also by its teaser of practice I wanted to remit to the current status and actual abidance appropriate protective and preventive measures in FNKV . According to the statistical data in the Czech Republic each citizen fifth cause the death of the cancer . It is therefore necessary with special attention to track each new option , which may in improved therapeutic successes help . Family has gone through its own change during the course time and it seems that a complexity of time and a complexity of a situation inside the family das not fully aliowe a creation of a security of home and proximity. A man is disturbed, he/she lapses from ones s own principles nad often even looses meaning. Where a relationship can be terminated any time, a man does not have to make any efforts.. Domestic violence against children, focusing on the analysis of the system of care for vulnerable children

The diploma thesis, named "Domestic violence against children, focusing on the analysis of the system of care for vulnerable children" identifies different types and forms of violence against children, their implications and consequences. The work is focused on child abuse and neglect syndrom and children who witness domestic violence between partners or parents. The work is focused on concepts such as the endangered child, the best interest of the child and last but not least, the rights of children, which are an important concept for the whole issue. In the first part of the analysis describes the complex system that takes care of the Czech Republic for children at risk. This section discussed the possibility of loss of family background, such as prevention and rehabilitation of their families. Following the analysis of the Czech system of care for vulnerable children, describes the inevitable transformation of the system, which would it be to streamline and focus primarily on the best interest of the child. The focus of the next part is players who are involved in child protection, such as doctors, social workers and non-profit organizations. Actors are divided into two groups in the works. Bachaleors thesis deals with complex care of clients with intestinal derivational stomies. In the exordium the theoretical knowledge to given questions is introduced, the empirical part was processed upon an identified and evaluated data of the realized research. The quality of care of multidisciplinar medical teams was monitored during attendance of clients with this kind of disorder. In subparameters the psychosocial support of clients with stomy was surveyed as well as the influence of restrictive factors incidental to their everyday life after stomy disposition.

Resumé The Matter of the adoption agreement request The aim of this thesis is to offer a complex view of the matter of the adoption agreement. It may be unbelievable how significant may such an agreement be and what all is changed due to it - the position of the child being adopted, his biological parents, adoptive parents and his whole family as well. The text is systematically devided into five chapters. The introductory chapter clarifies the general aspects of the adoption process. It is devided into two parts dedicated to the clarification of the notions for example alternative family care, historical development, sources of the law dealing with adoption and social-legal child protection. The main part of the thesis is dealt with in the second chapter, it is the process of adoption agreement. It is devided into seven parts concerning the matter of adoption agreement request by adult and non-adult parents, agreement of the child being adopted and various specific cases when for example only one of the married couple or a new partner of the child's parent is adopting. The question of the so-called "straight adoption" is worth mentioning as well - litigant, nonetheless still existing practice of Fond ohrožených dětí (The Foundation for endangered children). The main subject of this master thesis is a nursing care of a patient after an aortic valve replacement. This master thesis presents and integrates the complex nursing care of a patient after the aortic surgery with a aid of a nursing process. The theoretical part is focud on the anatomy and the physiology of the human heart, the aortic valve, aortic valve stenosis causes and its symptoms, diagnosis and treatment. The last section of the theoretical part describes an anaesthetic care and an intensive post-operative care after the aortic surgery in term of medicine, nursing and physiotherapy. In the practical part are described the complex nursing care after the aortic surgery, satisfying the needs of a patient and education of a patient on recovery room.

The following dissertation is concentrated on giving the reader a clear view o the subject of autistic condition through three disciplines - psychiatric, psychological and educational. Greater attention is paid to the available complex care, given to families with autistic members. The practical part observes the relationships between parents, doctors, psychologists and teachers during the holistic care of an autistic individual, with more attention paid during the age of compulsory education.

Current practice and perspectives of the surrogate institutional care for the children and adolescents with behavioural disorders in the Czech Republic

The theses provide a unique view on the phenomenon of institutional care for children and adolescents with behavioural disorders in the Czech Republic. The aim of the theses was to reflect changes in the procedure of surrogate institutional care during last years and to suggest a perspective for the future development of these changes, including potential solutions to mediate emergent problems. The theoretical part of the theses describes historical roots, influences and traditions that stimulated recent development of the surrogate institutional care for children and adolescents with behavioural disorders. Furthermore, there is detailed analysis of legislation and changes that have been incorporated after 2002 as well as of the status of the surrogate institutional care in the system of complex care for problematic children. There is also evaluation of potential risks of institutional care, forms of educative care and social profiles of children that are placed in surrogate-care institutions. The research chapter of the theses includes qualitative analysis of daily regime in surrogate-care institutions, analyses internal social relationships and latent value algorithms of social workers.
