The aim of Masters Thesis Business plan, Afterschool Activities for Kids is to create a business plan for the new organization providing school activities for children. The first part will introduce the theory for a business plan. In practical part concrete plan will be settled which shows up every necessary steps to needed to get through while realization and outlines the various ideas and solutions to achieve good economic results of the organization. The author of this Masters Thesis deepens the knowledge of the preparation of business plans and complex view of critical sections of the analysis and indicators of project that will be implemented in the future.

Social skills development of secondary school students in the Economics

This final thesis deals with the issue of social skills development of secondary school students in the Economics. The theoretical foundations of this work is to define the term of social skills and is explained his importance to the society. A substantial part of the theory is also devoted to the social skills in connection with the Framework educational program. Within the empirical part, an analysis of the FEP for BA is performed, through which the state of the method concentrated on the social skills of students is determined. Furthermore, through a questionnaire survey, the current state of acquired social skills of selected students from the first years on BA is investigated and their view on this issue. This work is also focusing on whether teachers in the Economics produce sufficient appropriate environment that would allow students to develop their social skills. The final goal is to suggest specific games and activities that allow students to improve these skills in the Economics.

Developing career paths with emphasis on technical professionals of the selected company

The main objective of the thesis is to explain and advocate the topic of career paths and construct career paths for technical professionals of the selected company. The thesis then has several secondary objectives.This thesis is divided into two parts. The first part provides a theoretical framework for career paths in terms of getting into the topic of career paths and explaining the purpose, and furthermore, provides a guide for career path framework construction. The second, practical part focuses on the selected technological company that wishes to remain anonymous. Based on the theory and partially extracted from the interviews with the company experts, the career paths framework for technical professionals is constructed. To ensure that the framework is valuable for the company, feedback for the proposed framework is gathered and implemented in the thesis.

The possibilities of using electronic archiving in accounting

This diploma thesis deals with an electronic (digital) archiving issue and its using in the financial accounting and general company matters. The thesis is divided into two main parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part includes the legislative framework in the archiving theory, after that there is an analysis of means for the internal and external communication in companies. At the end of the theoretical part is contained an archiving standardization, archiving strategies and some products and solutions to a trustworthy electronic archiving in organizations. The practical part is based on the author's survey about using the electronic archiving in the Czech Republic. The procedure of the survey was performed by sending of an electronic questionnaire. At first, the structure of respondents is pursued, in the second part follows the analysis of the reached outcome.

Zákon o elektronickém podpise v ČR a FR

Bakalárska práca porovnáva legislatívu upravujúcu elektronikcý podpis a jeho použitie v ČR a FR. Dochádza k záveru, že obe krajiny majú problematiku ošetřenú veľmi podobne, kedže vychádzajú z rovnaného prameňa ? Smernice EU o elektronickom podpise. Následne je hodnotené aplikovanie tejto legislatívy do praxe, so zameraním sa na eGovernment. Metodikou EU je porovnávana sofistikovansť dostupných služieb verejnej správy v oboch krajinách. Z tohoto porovnania vyplýva, že ČR síce zatiaľ zaostáva v poskytovaní služieb občanom, zato české firmy sa tešia rovnako vysokej úrovni služieb ako francúzske.

Mobile data collection of CPI (Consumer Price Index) and its potential for future development.

My bachelor work focuses on the issue of collecting statistical data used for computing the consumer price index (CPI). The theoretical part deals with explaining concepts related to the purpose of the index, a mechanism for data collection and monitoring. The practical part describes the process leading to the introduction of mobile data collection technology, its development and estimates the consequences of introducing new technology into practice with a focus on the user. Questionnaire survey among interviewers revealed satisfaction with the software solution. Additional poll verified indicated problems with their workload. Evaluation of the results of the suvey and analysis of time records led to the proposal of organizational measures and implementation of technological elements leading to improving the quality of data collected, increasing the efficiency and user experience.

Managerial skills

In today's hyper-competitive market environment is put great emphasis on managing man-agerial skills and the personality of the manager himself at all management levels. In order to set in such a market-based environment, the need to constantly prepare managers to new and unfamiliar situations in the course of their practice may encounter. Accordingly, there was also this thesis, which aims to inspire managers in one such venture, for which, thanks to its field of business, knowledge and application of effective managerial skills determi-nant of success. The theoretical part deals with the principles of management, personality of manager, the advantages and disadvantages of each type personalities in leading positions in business management and also analyzes problems of management skills. The practical part is focused on the identification, analysis and evaluation of managerial skills in both line and middle managers working with the network of franchise outlets "Bernard pub". In the next step, based on the evaluation, are made recommendations which are designed to improve the level of managerial skills of executives.

Motivation as a tool of performance management

The thesis deals with the employee motivation in order to manage their performance. The theoretical part of this thesis describes the relationship between work performance and motivation. In the theoretical basis are defined basic terms related to the issue, listed are the major theories of motivation and described are the motivational factors affecting the work performance. In the practical part are presented results of a questionnaire survey that was carried out in the company Klenoty Aurum s. r. o. At the beginning of the practical part is introduced the company Klenoty Aurum s. r. o., including its origin, history and business activities. Subsequently is introduced motivational program of the company which includes employee benefits. In the following chapter of the practical part are presented the results of the mentioned questionnaire survey that was carried out in this company. The aim of the questionnaire survey was to determine how employees look upon the motivational program of the company and how are they satisfied with their working conditions. Based on the identified informations are suggested recommendations for company executives in order to increase the motivation of their employees with the intent to manage their performance.

This thesis, based on study of a wide scope of literature and sources available on the Cezch republic and from abroad, as well as on the author's own previous ethnographic research and 8 years' experience in engineering and building industry, describes the distinctive functional symbiosis of two material traditions: urban architecture based on the principals of urbanism and folk architecture based on country life, viewed from both a structural and a historical perspective. It thus provides a summary of the state of knowledge about the problem preliminary to further field research within the bounds of this thesis planned by the author beginning since 2006 till 2009, which will focus on new developments resulting from major changes in civil constructions - base schools in last three centuries.

The dissertation paper focuses on the role and practice of public diplomacy within The framework of international relations and foreign policy. It analyses the importance, impact and mechanisms of public diplomacy with particular attention to the context of and relationships between the promotion of the state abroad, diplomacy and other are as such as economy and business, export, tourism, research, education and culture, which are all discussed further in the dedicated chapters of the paper.The dissertation examines possible approaches to and methods of monitoring the impact and effectiveness of public diplomacy and its benefits to all stakeholder groups. It describes the ideological roots, development, structure and mechanisms of public diplomacy and its impact on target groups. The study opens with a review of the context, describing the environment in which Public diplomacy functions in the 21st Century and the current and future challenges. This introduces a wider focus in which are examined the often merged functions Of the public and private sectors in the promotion of the state abroad.
