The Influence of Spiritual Life on Physical Life
Legátová, Natália ; Luptáková, Marina (advisor) ; Ventura, Václav (referee)
This thesis attempts to investigate the possibilities for application of Gestalt therapy to deal with psychosomatic problems. The induction of thesis presents the development of Gestalt psychology from its beginning until today. The next section highlights the differences in other psychotherapeutic approaches, specifically deal with Daseinanalysis, which has a different approach to a holistic understanding of man. On the other hand, thesis attempts to map the same statements with psychosomatic approach or options when these two directions can complement each other. The following section of this thesis is the opportunities to get know more techniques in Gestalt therapy, which are divided into soft, hard and expressive. The practical implementation of these techniques we can find in the fourth chapter which demonstrates the interconnection of Gestalt therapy and Psychosomatics in practice. The spiritual approach in Gestalt therapy is described in the last section. This approach provides an unusual insight into the possible role of spirituality in Gestalt therapy

The mechanisms of specific polutants impact on aquatic communities.
Vaněčková, Hana ; Fuksa, Josef (advisor) ; Hořická, Zuzana (referee)
With a decrease of classic pollution of water ecosystems the importance of PPCP (pharmaceutics and personal care products) increases. Their amount is increasing due to human consumption and thus the input into municipal wastewater and consequently into the surface water, eventually into the ground water increases as well. This bachelor work is a review of scientific literature in the field of PPCP water load. The goal is resuming the results of the studies of the influence of these substances on freshwater aquatic communities. In the beginning the sources of the variability (in time and space) of the concentrations of these substances in rivers are resumed. But the rate of affection of the aquatic communities depends even on the length of exposure, which is longterm with regard to the continuous flow of substances from wastewater treatment plants. That is why the effect of long-term incidence on aquatic communities is intensively studied. The emphasis is put on the incidence of endocrine disruptors (substances disrupting the endocrine system), which affect e.g. the oestral cycle of some kind of exposed populations. There are observed changes in the way of perception of a predator by his prey whereas the escape reactions of the prey happen to be affected. The additive effect of ixtures of...

Dutch-Czech Parallel Corpus in linguistic studies and translation practice
Novotná, Kateřina ; Hrnčířová, Zdeňka (advisor) ; Pekelder, Jan (referee)
Resumé This thesis concerns the use of parallel Dutch-Czech corpus in linguistic research and translation practice. The advantages of the corpus-based approach are demonstrated on a research of formal translation equivalents of the Dutch present participle in Czech language. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical sections. The theoretical introduction begins with the theoretical and methodological framework of the research. Next, language corpora, especially parallel corpora, and the Czech project InterCorp are presented. There is also an introduction of the grammatical category of the present participle and its possible formal translation equivalents into Czech language. In the subsequent practical section, there is a hypothesis formulated and a procedure of research based on corpus data established. The hypothesis and research should verify or refute the hypothesis. Furthermore, all translation solutions are divided into categories according to the Dutch system of sentence constituents: the substantive, adjectival, proverbial, prepositional and verb constituents, whole (subordinate) clauses and translation omissions. The categories are further divided into subcategories and described. A qualitative and quantitative analysis of the translation solutions takes place at the end of the practical...

The Influence of Tangible and Intangible Fixed Assets Measurement and Its Impact on the Efficiency of an Accounting Entity
Homola, Lukáš ; Randáková, Monika (advisor) ; Míková, Marie (referee)
The focus of this bachelor thesis are tangible and intangible fixed assets and their impact on the efficiency of an accounting entity. In the beginning, the terminology related to the topic is explained. Each chapter includes illustrations of relevant mathematical problems and their solution, which demonstrates the impact of the tangible and intangible fixed assets' measurement. The practical part is based on the twenty five responses from an online questionnaire, which was made specifically with purpose of mapping the methods of depreciation and asset acquisition. The conclusion then compares the theoretical background with the reality of the results gained in the online questionnaire.

Pattern Recognition in Image Using Classifiers
Juránek, Roman ; Španěl, Michal (referee) ; Herout, Adam (advisor)
An AdaBoost algorithm for construction of strong classifier from several weak hypotesis will be presented in this work. Theoretical background of the algorithm and the method of construction of strong classifiers will be explained. WaldBoost extension to the algorithm will be described. The thesis deals with image features that are often used as element of weak classifiers. Brief introduction to pattern recognition in context of computer vision will be outlined in the begining of the work. Also some widely used methods of classifier training will be presented. An object detection library based on AdaBoost classifiers was developed as part of the work. The library was used in implementation of software that in praktice demonstrates object detection in videosquences. Last part of the work describes tool for training of AdaBoost classifiers.

Diagnostics and therapy of spiritual emergency - orienting study
Janečková, Barbora ; Bahbouh, Radvan (advisor) ; Břicháček, Václav (referee) ; Hájek, Karel (referee)
The doctoral dissertation contains of a definition of spiritual emergency, differential diagnosis, description of kinds of spiritual emergency. It looks on the therapeutical possibilities in working with these states. Part of the dissertation is analysis of semistructured interviews with clients and therapists who work with these kinds of problems. In the analysis of the interviews with therapists I center on their experience with the dynamics of spiritual emergence, its manifestation and possible existence of similar traits of clients with this diagnosis. Important parts of the interviews are the most effective ways of working with these clients. I was also interested in their own perception on how spiritual emergence occurs and on the possible change in the quality of life of the client after this episode. In the analysis of the interviews with the clients I question when spiritual emergence occurred, how it started, how long did it last and what were the reactions from outside. Important part is centered on the interventions which the client experienced and their efficiency. Case studies demonstrate typical traits described at spiritual emergency, as quite dramatic beginning, complete recovery and also an important change in value system.

The causes of the European debt crisis from the perspective of the Austrian School of Economics
Pastushuk, Olha ; Pavlík, Zdeněk (advisor) ; Bolotov, Ilya (referee)
This bachelor thesis analyzes the causes of Europe's debt crisis from using theory put forward by Austrian School of Economics, as a tool. The work strives to answer the question of what caused the crisis. At the beginning, theoretical foundation of the school is defined, particularly the Austrian business cycle theory. Subsequently, an analysis of various causes of the crisis in EU was made. The important causes were examined, for example, economic conditions in selected EU countries and problems of EU institutions by the theory of the Austrian School of Economics.

Výskyt a význam škůdců chmele v chmelařské oblasti Tršicko
Gregor, Zdeněk
Pests of hops were monitored in 2013/2014 in a hop region Tršicko - MORAVA HOP s.r.o. The over flight of aphid Phorodon humuli from winter hosting plants and their occurrence in hops areas was monitored by developed methods for monitoring of aphid in a hop garden and by methods of effective temperature sum (sum of temperatures above 3 °C was measured since 1.1.). The occurrence of Tetranychus urticae was moni-tored by deduction of individuals occurred on the hop leaves. The crawling out of Otio-rhynchus ligustici was monitored from the beginning of starting to grow of hop to the hop insertion into the ground. The efficiency of insecticidal interventions was evaluated by counting of live individuals before application and 3, 7, 14, 21, 28 days after it. The over flights of migrantes alatae from primary hosting plants of genus Prunus began 10th May 2013, in 2014 it was 16 days earlier (24th April). Over flight was finished 15th July 2013 and 5th July 2014. Insecticide Teppeki (flonicamide) was used against aphid in 2013, in 2014 was used Karate with Zeon 5 CS (lambda-cyhalothrin) technology and Movento 150 OD (spirotetramate). The efficiency of insecticides (imidaclopride, flonicamide, spirotetramate) was very good (92.15--100%). Spirotetramate also demonstrated very high acaricidal activity (91.25--100%). The first occurrence of Tetranychus urticae was found out 13th June 2013 and 19th June 2014. Applied acaricides (hexythiazox, fenpyroximate, abamectin) and insecticide spirotetramate reached of very high efficiency even after 14 days of using (96.6--100%). The first oc-currence of Otiorhynchus ligustici was noticed 18th April 2013. The flattening of beetle was finished 14th May 2013. The crawling out of this pest in 2014 was monitored even 8th April. In 2013 about 37.96% of hop gardens were treated against Otiorhynchus ligustici. In 2014 it was about 17.12%. The biological efficiency of Actara 25 WG (thiamethoxam 0.2 kg/ha) was very good (83.93 -- 100%).

Interactive Coaches Diary
Buk, Jan ; Perič, Tomáš (advisor) ; Buzek, Mario (referee)
Interactive coaches' diary. Our Diploma work is a project, where we focus on creation of Interactive coaches' diary. We have found out that in our country there is not such an application, which would help coaches to work with their diaries on computers in some decent and organized way. The way coaches in our country use computers for their work is unorganized and has no conception. This was the main reason we have decided to create a diary that would help aU coaches to organize their work as they could be able to share their experiences and training methods in some clear and understandable way. This diary shall help, in our case soccer coaches, to plan, work with and evaluate complete training process during the whole season. We have tried to substitute traditional way of coaches' work, where they work with paper textbooks or with their own tables, created by themselves in some of MS Office programs. We have focused to provide the complete program, where coaches would work with all necessary tables beginning with editing the information about the club, team and members of the realization team, alongside with editing all details about players, planning individua! training cycles and training intensity, preparing and evaluating matches, editing and watching the individua! progress ofplayers and the...
