The theoretical part is focusing on issue of public orders, preparation and planning orders and finally on their financing support. Practical part of dissertation is described specific public order, for which they are created variants of financing plans.
Prague City Hall's attitude to prostitution

The diploma thesis The City Hall of Prague attitude towards prostitution is based on the constructivist paradigm and uses feminist theories. It examines, by means of a critical reading, the attitudes of the City Hall of Prague towards prostitution and its development in course of time. The period of investigation was determined by the beginning of municipal intention to introduce a regulatory bill. For this purpose all the relevant press releases from the period 2003 and 2015 were gathered. These documents are concerned with prostitution and they are accessible on press service section of www.praha.eu portal used by the City Hall as a medium for press releases. A theory part introduces basic concepts and trends in feminist debates concerning prostitution. The core of the thesis consists of four categories derived from the source data.These are: definition of prostitution, prostitution as a problem, needs and goals, and support and repression. The categories are treated critically from the viewpoint of feminist theories. The author follows not only the topics concerning prostitution, but also the way they are presented. Case Study of Socially excluded locality in Litvínov - Janov and possible solutions

This diploma thesis is focused on issues of socially excluded Romany locality in Litvínov - Janov. The problematic situation is described in the thesis. There is a higher number of socially handicapped people with a wide range of social problems like unemployment, insolvency, occurrence of socio-pathological phenomena including criminal behaviour in this locality. The occurrence of socio-pathological phenomena within the socially handicapped people causes conflicts with other residents living in the locality. The diploma thesis also focuses on the precautions and policies made by the city of Litvínov to solve such problematic situation. Each precaution is subsequently described. Furthermore, there is an evaluation of these precautions by means of monitoring social indicators. In result, it is possible to say that there are no signs of distinctive improvement of the situation in the locality. In the conclusion, further precautions are recommended for finding a solution to this problematic situation in the housing estate. The recommended precautions arise from the analysis executed in the locality Janov and from precautions realised by the city of Litvínov.
Good morals and public order as the limits of the autonomy of will in civil law

1 Abstract This thesis deals with the principles of good morals and public order focusing on their role function as limits restricting the autonomy of the will. Although both principles are vague legal concepts, this thesis doesn't seek to define exactly not even cover all the practical possibilities of their application. The aim of the thesis was to bring the possible content of these principles and to highlight their importance in assessing the validity of legal actions or to specify further consequences of legal conduct, which would be contrary to these principles. The view on this topic is primarily from the Czech law perspective. On exemplary and a limited number of legal institutes, this thesis tries to capture the possibilities of using good manners and public order as correctives of autonomy of will. The thesis is divided into eight chapters. The theme of the first chapter is the principle of autonomy of the will and its position in the Czech legal order. Such introduction was begun for the purpose primarily for understanding the whole thesis and to highlight the importance of this principle for the functioning of a democratic society. The main target of this dissertation is to introduce problems of preparation and bulding order managing from aspect of investor to its readers. The aim of the thesis is to describe the proces during individual stages of the public bulding order life cycle and also relevant legislation for its assignment. Practical demonstration of the stated methods based on real project of the specific customer is the important part.
The Funding of a public order from the perspective of a contractor

This thesis deals with funding of contract from the point of view of contractor. It describes the possibility of financing the building both from the internal and external sources. All conditions that had to be met to win the contract will be explained on a real situation and the way and development of financing the contract will be described as well. The goal of the thesis is to define and suggest all possible changes in funding of the agreed contract from the contractor´s point of view.
Financing Possibilities of a Public Order in the Czech Republic and Slovakia

The possibilities of financing of a public offer defined by law directly influence the quality of lives of inhabitants. From this point of view, the manner of financing of public offer is crucial for every country. The first part of a theoretical work deals with subsidy policies of the Czech and Slovak Republic. In chapter European subsidy policy a classification into Structural funds and Cohesion Fund and the basic aims of economic and social cohesion policy are shown. An overview of Operational programmes of the Slovak and Czech Republic follows. A system of regional classification NUTS and LAU in Regional operational programmes is described in general. In the system of control of structural funds information about law prescriptions and entering authorities is shown. The next part consists of subsidies from the budget of regions and state budget. The most important are subsidies from State Housing Development Fund and State Environmental Fund (SR) or Environmental Fund (CR). The chapter Subsidies under the control of The Office of the Government of the Slovak Republic deals with support of disadvantaged people. Each country defines the mechanisms of support and possible receivers. The subsidy policy of the Slovak Republic comprises special fund of The Office of the Government of the Slovak Republic also called reserve fund of the Prime Minister. The second part of the theoretical work discusses possible ways of financing of investment activities in a village. More specifically, they are an own budget sources of the village, subsidies, PPP and bank products. The thesis examines a bank and bridging loan in detail. In practical part a project Extension and Reconstruction of Cultural Centre in Veličná, which was co-financed by the European Union, is discussed. Practical information about investor, plan and progress of reconstruction from time, financial and technical view is to be found there. The course of payments is described in detail.
Evaluation of economical effectivness of public construction projects

The dissertation concerns on an evaluation of public construction projects efficiency. In the beginning is made the explanation of necessity to monitor the indicators of public construction investment efficiency in relation with possibility of stabilization of public budgets. Afterwards is examined the historical development and the actual status of legislative dealing with investment of public founds into construction projects. Subsequently is made the analysis of available methodology for evaluation of public investment economical efficiency. Within the dissertation was made the survey between the representatives of most important public investors in the Czech Republic. Their attitude to evaluation of construction investment efficiency was examined. The results of survey and good and bad praxis examples are concluded into methodical recommendation and instructions for public investors in order to implement into the decision making process about the public construction projects the evaluation of economical efficiency.

The Bachelor’s thesis is focused on public construction orders and their financing options. The theoretical part describes public orders and funding sources from the perspective of the investor. This section also contains information on the financial management of the project and links to the European and the state budget. The example of financial plan preparation from investor's perspective is shown in the practical part.
Evaluation and Financial Feasibility of Investment Project Realized by Municipality

The bachelor thesis deals with valuation of financial feasibility of investment project realized by municipality. In the theoretical part of thesis there are simply described possibilities ensuring of needed financial resources for realization of construction order realized by municipality and alongside there are briefly characterized basic terms from this issue. Practical part of the project is focused on analysis of budget the municipality, proposal of financial ensuring the project and assessment if its financial feasibility.
