Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je seznámit její čtenáře s problematikou přípravy a řízení stavební zakázky z pohledu investora. Úkolem samotné práce je popsat průběh jednotlivých fází životního cyklu stavební veřejné zakázky a také příslušnou legislativu pro její zadávání. Důležitou součástí je praktická ukázka uvedených postupů na reálném projektu konkrétního zadavatele. The main target of this dissertation is to introduce problems of preparation and bulding order managing from aspect of investor to its readers. The aim of the thesis is to describe the proces during individual stages of the public bulding order life cycle and also relevant legislation for its assignment. Practical demonstration of the stated methods based on real project of the specific customer is the important part.
