Selected support programmes for SME's

In the first part of this thesis there is described sector of SME's in detail and support they get from state. There is elaborated influence of SME's on Czech economy, particularly on added value, employment, investments and foreign trade. Apart from that there are specified some of their advantages and disadvantages that arise mostly from their size. In the first part there is further described support programme OPPI which focuses on innovative oriented SME's. There is also described JEREMIE initiative that is based on cooperation of public finance together with venture capital funds. Furthermore there is stressed the importance of innovations for flowering of economy based on knowledges. In the second part there is described venture capital in detail, especially there is explained how it works, types of venture capital investments and linkage between venture capital and innovations. The thesis then focuses on presence of venture capital in CEE region and particularly in Czech Republic. There are also pointed out typical types of investments in CEER and Czech Republic.

The Position of Russian-Speakers Minorities in the Baltic States with the Accent on the Situation in Lithuania

This Diploma paper The Position of Russian- speakers minorities in The Baltic states with the accent on the situation in Lithuania concerns about the position and actual problems of Russian- speakers minority in Lithuania and I try to compare it with different situation of Russian-speakers minorities in neighbouring Latvia and Estonia. When The Baltic states proclaimed the independence at the beginning of 1990's, after The collapse of The Soviet Union, only Lithuania decided to grant its citizenship to all applicants. This political decision has helped a lot to decrease a possibility of interethnic conflict. Diploma paper consists of three parts. In the first part you can find introduction to The ethnic minorities question and the theory of ethnicity. The second part is about the history of The Russian-speakers minority in The Baltic states, especially in Lithuania from the medieval ages to the end of The Soviet Union. The third part of my Diploma paper is fully concerning about the situation and actual problems of Russian-speakers minority in Lithuania and I try to compare it with much more complicated situation in Latvia and Estonia thanks to different demographic structure of societies and state national minorities policies. Správa dokumentů v souladu s ISO 9001:2000 v malých a středních firmách

Tato práce je vhodným informačním materiálem pro malé a střední firmy, které se potýkají s problémy správy dokumentů. Dále pro všechny, kteří mají zájem získat podrobnější informace možnostech, jakými lze správu dokumentů ve firmě řešit. Poskytuje obecný úvod do problematiky práce s dokumenty a vysvětluje pojem a funkce dokument management systému (DMS). Dále je popsáno, jaké požadavky má na správu dokumentů norma EN ISO 9001:2000. Na příkladu konkrétní firmy, která provádí proces implementace ISO 9001:2000, potom práce rozebírá problémy, které firmě vznikly v důsledku zanedbání rozvoje a zlepšování procesu správy dokumentů a vysvětluje způsoby, jakými lze vzniklou situaci řešit. Ve firmě jsou identifikovány základní problémy, které vedou k růstu nákladů při práci s dokumenty. Firma definuje své požadavky na řešení a je zjištěno, že požadavky firmy na odstranění problémů, které vznikají při práci s dokumenty se v mnohém shodují s požadavky uvedenými v normě ISO 9001:2000. Jednotlivé možné varianty řešení správy dokumentů jsou v této práci rozebrány, jsou popsány jejich výhody a nevýhody a je provedeno srovnání. V závěru je potom vybrána varianta, která je pro tuto konkrétní firmu nejvhodnějším řešením.

Motorial development in blind children

Cílem této práce je zaznamenat největší úskalí ve vývoji nevidomého dítěte do období samostatné chůze. Jaké problémy ve vývoji především hrubé motoriky přináší slepota. Proč a o jakou dobu je zpožděn vývoj nevidomého dítěte ve srovnání s dítětem vidomým. Pro dokreslení problematiky je stručně uveden také vývoj psychosociální. Tato práce je čistě teoretická. Přináší souhrn výsledků z různých studií motorického vývoje nevidomých dětí a jejich srovnání s výsledky dětí vidících. Většina studií je nejméně třicet let stará. V dnešní době je alespoň v Čechách situace taková, že všechny nevidomé děti jsou již od narození v péči odborníků a zpoždění zde uvedené se neobjeví. Tato práce se týká vývoje nevidomých dětí bez přidružených vad, které nebyly zařazeny do žádného intervenčního programu v dnešním slova smyslu. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

The Principle of Concentration in Civil Proceedings

The principle of concentration as one of the fundamental branch principles of civil proceedings consists in the obligation of the parties to perform certain procedural actions in specific stages of adversarial proceedings in order to speed up the proceedings and the decision of the court. Its purpose is to avoid delays in proceedings and provide effective judicial protection of subjective private rights of the parties. This principle plays an important role in Czech civil law. At the same time, some elements of the statutory concentration, which apply in the Czech legal system, are connected with certain problematic aspects. These particularly include rigidity of statutory concentration associated with the absence of the possibility of court's flexible actions and the anchor of fictitious judgment by acknowledgement as a consequence of the defendant's procedural passivity. The main goal set out by the author of this piece of work is to introduce individual elements of concentration in the Czech law, analyze their shortcomings, and propose some possible solutions through comparison with the Slovak adjustment mechanism of concentration. Název práce: Vliv pohybových aktivit na psychický vývoj jedinců s etopedickými problémy. Title of the diploma thesis: Influence of movement activites on mental development of individuals with ethopedic problems. Cíle práce Cílem práce bylo shrnout informace a mé praktické zkušenosti v oblasti problematiky výchovy a vzdělávání jedinců (klientů) s poruchami chování. Analyzovat praktické uplatňování školních a mimoškolních pohybových aktivit a zjistit vliv těchto aktivit na psychický vývoj klientů v Dětském domově se školou v Horním Maršově. Metoda Jedná se o analýzu, která byla zaměřena na porovnávání výchovných a vzdělávacích výsledků osmi vybraných klientů Dětského domova se školou v Horním Maršově, kdy polovina klientů se věnovala během svého pobytu v DDŠ i nepovinným mimoškolním pohybovým aktivitám a druhá polovina klientů absolvovala pouze povinné hodiny školní a mimoškolní tělesné výchovy.Záměrně byli vybráni klienti různých věkových kategorií. Věk klientů se pohyboval mezi 12 až 15lety. Analýza probíhala v letech 2003 - 2005. Výsledky Z vyhodnocené analýzy je patrné, že klienti, do jejichž náplně volného času patří i nepovinné pohybové aktivity, jsou oproti ostatním klientům těmito činnostmi dostatečně motivováni k lepším výchovným a zčásti i vzdělávacím výsledkům, jsou u nich lépe vytvářeny a...

Automatic Extraction of Lexico-Syntactic Information from Corpora

The presented work investigates methods for semi-automatic extraction of lexico-syntactic information from corpora, particularly the information on subcategorization and valency frames. We document that at present time, PDT and CNC corpora are not sufficient for this task. We describe a simple method for a selective extension of corpora based on texts from Internet. We evaluate three parsers available for Czech with respect to the task of extracting verb frames. We have implemented a linguistically motivated ltration of input sentences to identify "very simple sentences", which helps the parsers to achieve better accuracy. The system AX designed in this work is more generic, any kind of linguistic fi ltration can be employed. The system is also suitable for creating partial or full parsers of natural languages. The thesis also presents a user's guide to the system AX. Furthermore, we compare methods for extraction of subcategorization frames from observed frames. We classify observed frames into a hierarchy suitable for human anotators. Finally, several problems of automatic extraction of valency frames are discussed.

The legal hospital health care regulation in the Czech Republic

The diploma thesis is focused on the legal hospital health care regulation in the Czech Republic. The main efford is to provide a sufficient review of the up-to-date situation in this field. It examines hospitals by a theoretical standpoint and also its key problems concerning actual situation of the czech health care and lack of finance as the main significance. The top part of thesis focuses on actual legal hospital health care regulation and proposes ways of improvement. Following part assesses proposals of improvement of the hospital care quality. Final chapter presents possible ways of optimal solutions of hospital care as well as health care at all.

Current issues of foreigners in the Czech Republic

Bachelor thesis named, Current issues of foreigners in the Czech Republic, in terms of work and residence rights. In theoretical part explains above, and distribution of various types of residency. Stating which criteria the foreigners must have in order to be granted residence. These are foreigners from third countries, but also citizens of the European Union who want to have in our temporary or permanent residence, either in terms of work or study, for example. It discusses issues related to the theme, using examples from practice. In conclusion, the proposed summarized solutions that could help in this issue.

Návrh počítačové sítě v nově postavené administrativní budově

Cílem práce je popis, zhodnocení a následné porovnání procesu postupu návrhu nové lokální počítačové sítě dle doporučení firmy Cisco Systems (uvedených v základní literatuře) s postupem řešení dané problematiky ve společnosti Nestlé Česko. Shrnutí výsledků studie průběhu projektu přesunu místní počítačové sítě do nové budovy ve společnosti Nestlé Česko je uvedeno níže. Při této studii byl hlavním konzultantem tamější pracovník zodpovědný za dozor při návrhu a následně při stavbě počítačové sítě. Práce je přínosem pro tvůrce počítačových sítí v malých až středních podnicích (do 500 uživatelů) a pro managery takových projektů. Budou zmíněny důležité aspekty, možné postupy, principy a některé problémy při návrhu a okrajově i při provozu počítačové sítě.
