This master´s thesis discusses the construction technological project of the newly built multifunctional building in the Česká Skalice focusing on the selected technological phases. Speciffically it is the implementation of the earthworks and the bricklaying using the TRESK brick system. For these technological steps are processed all documents that is necessary for their implementation. There are detailed elaboration of the timescales and financial plans for construction of the main building structure in this project.

Thesis mainly includes technical report of the construction technology project, coordination situation of building with relationships to the wider transportation routes, the implementation study of the main technological stages of the main building structure, technical report of building-site equipment with drawings of building-site equipment, design of the main building machines and mechanisms, project calculation budget, calculation of construction by the building structures, time schedule, technological prescription ceiling slab with inspection and test plan.

The thesis titled Biogas Plant Pikárec deals with the building technology preparation and implementation of the construction. Construction of a biogas plant consists of six main buildings which will be implemented in the area of agricultural cooperatives during its operation. All buildings will be designed as reinforced concrete. The aim of the thesis is the design time, financial and material resources to ensure the smooth progress of construction.

This work deals with an assessment and economic return on investment project. The theoretical part describes price formats, methods of drawing up an object budget, a payback period, costs and revenues matters and ways of financing construction projects. The practical part of this work focuses on acquiring costs and revenues emerged during the construction implementation and the use of the building. Costs incurred during the implementation will be obtained by means of itemized and general construction budget. Having obtained these values, there will be carried out a profit and loss account, from which a payback period will then be calculated.

In my diploma thesis I designed a new office building in Brno. The building will function as a business incubator, so it will provide space for developing companies for favorable lease terms. While projecting the building I took into consideration future changes in dispositions. Part of the building has a basement and it has one underground and four aboveground floors. The building is designed as monolithic ferroconcrete unit and it has reinforcing perimeter walls with unit core. The ceiling is made of monolithic ferroconcrete panels. The building has flat rooftops, ventilated facade and is based on piles.

Commercial building

The master thesis „ Administrative object“ is processed as a project for building construction. The object is situated on plots No. 651/1 and 652/1 in the Brno. The building is designed to use for administration, 1 st floor is used for gallery, sweet-shop, newspaper shop and garrage. The house hasn´t cellar, it has 3 aboveground floors. The skeleton of construction is designed from reinforced concrete, walls are from brick-walled POROTHERM. Roofing is designed from reinforced concrete board. The building will be roofed with arched trusses with metal roofing. In 2nd and 3rd floor are situated offices, meeting rooms, conference halls and social background. The work includes the study of building and heat considerations.
