Utilization of Czech POINT by Czech residents

Purpose of this work is to evaluate implementation of contact places of public administration, so called Czech POINTs, and effects of their working on citizens of Czech Republic. This work begins by description and explanation of term e-government and its position in world. The work continues by localization of Czech POINT within czech e-government a description of offered services. Last part of this work is dedicated to comparison of difficulty and costs of services offered by Czech POINT. It compares methods of arranging agendas by using contact places of public administration and without them. The end of the work assess effects of Czech POINT by eyes of citizen.

An impact of the agency costs on the performance of mutual funds

An objective of this bachelor thesis is to outline agency costs and analyse their possible impact on the performance of mutual funds in USA using linear regression. Theoretical fundamentals are mentioned in broad and narrow concept at the beginning. Furthermore, the mutual funds are defined. The mutual funds were chosen because they hold huge volume of assets and because the mutual funds remind popular investment.

The thesis Analysis of mortgages and comparison of their costs is focused on mortgage financing in the Czech Republic. The aim of this thesis is to investigate possibilities of real property financing in Czech Republic and compare them. At the beginning it presents basic characteristic of different types of financial products used in real estate financing, its development in recent years and its conditions of provision. Next part describes the process of acquiring mortgage loan and all of its advantages and disadvantages. The last part of the thesis focuses on the analysis of individual banks, real examples of mortgage loans. Thesis also offers comparison of some Czech and Russian financial products and example of finding the best conditions for clients

Privatization of Hospital in Ceske Budejovice

In my work I would like to pay the privatization of hospitals and analyze the situation in the Hospital in České Budějovice, which has been transformed in 2003 into a limited company. At the beginning of the work I will describe the general reasons for the transfer of hospitals to joint stock company and how it treated the transfer law. In the next section, I will pay particular economic analysis Hospital in České Budějovice. I will refer to changes in the financing of health care in the hospital and try using several economic indicators (such as debt, profitability, assets or change the amount of wages of doctors and medical staff, the individual cost per patient and per day, the impact of fees on the quality of care, etc.) assess the changes that have occurred after the transformation. I will create a comparison of management in a few years, covering the period before and after transformation. I will also pursue the issue of improving health care and comfort in the hospital. In the last part, I will assess whether it would be good to return the hospital into the hands of the state or leave the form of private property.
