Guesthouse

The subject of this master ‘s thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of a new guesthouse. The building of guesthouse is designed in the locality of Karlov in the district of Žďár nad Sázavou on the edge of the built-up area of the village. The building is designed with two above-ground floors. On the ground floor there is a restaurant including facilities, the facilities of the guesthouse and one wheelchair accessible room. On the second floor there are five single rooms and two double rooms. Movement between floors is ensured by a staircase, which is designed as a non-protected escape route. The structural system is designed as a wall made of ceramic blocks with integrated thermal insulation, the floor structure is designed as reinforced concrete monolithic slabs. The roofing is designed as a gable roof with a purlin truss with sheet metal covering. The building will be heated using a system of heat pumps with ground collectors, which will be connected to a floor heating system supplemented by heating ladders in the bathrooms of the rooms. The pump system will be connected to water storage tanks with the possibility of reheating. The ventilation is designed as forced using air-conditioning units, one for the restaurant premises and the other for part of the guesthouse.

The subject of the master's thesis is to develop project documention for object, at the realization of building faze. The solve object is a guesthouse with 3 above ground floors and 1 underground floor. The building is designed at sloping terrain in picturesque village Čeladná. In the new builing is draft altogether 16 accommodation units with total capacity 36 individuals. The foundation structure is chosen in the form of foundation strips. The walls are masonery-like made from ceramic and concrete blocks. Ceilling constractions are projected as cast-in-place reinforced concrete ceiling. The objekt is covered by single-skin extensive flat roof. Each accommodation unit has a balcony. A terasse adjoins the restaurant on the ground floor. Insulation of the building is thought as contact system ETICS.
Processing of territorial study as a basis for urban plan

The diploma thesis is focused on spatial planning, specifically on the elaboration of a spatial study. It is processed on the territory of the town of Trhové Sviny. Based on the analysis and knowledge of the area, the low civic amenities within the recreation were evaluated. The strategy for the future is to strengthen this equipment. For this reason, the territorial study deals with finding suitable locations for the construction of a new recreation center and a new guesthouse. The aim of the work is to develop a territorial study, which aims to select suitable areas for the implementation of selected interests. Each of the design areas is thoroughly described and map outputs are created for it with the technical infrastructure and with the design of individual buildings. The result of the work is finding suitable locations for the construction of a guest house and a recreation center.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to assess the business plan feasibility in the form of an agritourism pension with wellness facilities. This study consists of two fundamen-tal parts. The theoretical part defines, using the literature and the author's knowledge, the concepts of which knowledge is necessary for any business. Especially, it presents the business sphere terms, defines various methods of processing business plans and explains the term agrotourism. The practical part describes a specific business plan.Applying the analysis the feasibility and potential prosperity of this business plan is evaluated.
Heating of the guesthouse

The main subject of this bachelor thesis is the design of a heating system for a guesthouse located in a mountain area. The thesis is divided into 3 main parts - theoretical, computational and project. In the theoretical part, biomass and also petels are introduced. The second main part is focused on the concrete design of the heating system for heating and hot water. In the last part of the thesis, the technical report and the design of the building are provided.
Energy Efficient Budillding of Guesthouse "In the vineyard"

The aim of this master project is to design a nearly zero-energy building of a guesthouse with a restaurant in the village Vrbice u Velkých Pavlovic. The project contains architectural-construction part and concept of building services. As the third part there is a design and concept of a wastewater treatment wetland system. The building has two floors. On the ground floor there is a restaurant, kitchen, reception and technical facilities, the premises of the 2 nd floor contain guest rooms. The structural system is designed from ceramic blocks with thermal insulation from mineral wool. Horizontal load-bearing structures and stair construction are designed from cast-in-place reinforced concrete. The building has a warm flat roof. The building has a mechanical heat recovery ventilation. For heating and water heating there is a heat pump and a condensing boiler, for cooling there is a multi-split and VRV system. The building also includes a storage reservoir for collecting rainwater and photovoltaic panels on the roof. The building site contains also an outdoor park, storage with carport and a garden with wastewater treatment wetland technologies and biotope lake. The project was carried out by the ArchiCad and Autocad programme.
Environmental solutions of building guesthouse in Velká Bíteš

The main aim of the Master project is a design of the guesthouse with wellness, which has nearly zero-energy consumption and is located in Velká Bíteš. For design is used ARCHICAD, for numeric is used DEKSOFT. This Master project consists of three parts. The first part focuses on the design of the guesthouse, the second part concentrates on a technical design and the third part focuses on the draft of different energy sources, its comparison and evaluation. Guesthouse is a three-story building with walkable flat roof. Wellness, cold rooms and massages are located in the basement. Other places of floor consist of sanitary facilities, technical rooms and common rooms. There are also guest rooms on the other floors and a conference hall on the third room. This final draft has much more positive outcomes than other alternatives; with respect to primary energy and impact on the environment. However, the final draft has higher purchase costs and its financial and operational economy is extremely dependent on the prices of electric power.

Master’s thesis is focused on the marketing mix of the family guesthouse. Theoretical part is describing basics and important concepts of marketing mix and its tools. Description of all analysis, which are used in the master’s thesis is also included. The analytical part of the thesis is focused on the presentation of current situation of the guesthouse and its marketing mix. The final part contains proposed changes.
Guesthouse Noiva

The subject of this diploma thesis is the design of a new building in the center of Český Těšín - an accommodation and recreational facility called Penzion Noiva. The guesthouse will provide not only accommodation for up to 36 people, but also the wellness center and the restaurant. In terms of construction, it is a free-standing building with two above-ground floors, ground floor, basement and two terraces. On the ground floor there is a lounge, a restaurant and its facilities, the director's office and a hall with a reception adjacent to the main entrance. The main entrance to the building is oriented to the west, where there is also an entrance to the restaurant terrace. The first and second floors contain 14 double rooms and two four-bed suites with kitchenettes. The basement is divided into two parts. One part of the basement contains the wellness center with saunas and a relaxation room. The other part serves as a technical background of the building where there are locker rooms for the staff, storerooms, and air conditioning rooms. The access to the basement for the staff is provided by a side staircase and a lift for staff. All floors are connected by a main staircase with a lift. The building foundations are made of strip foundations. The external wall of the above-ground floors and ground floor is designed from Porotherm ceramic blocks. The basement external wall is built of concrete blocks. Porotherm ceramic blocks also form the internal loadbearing and non-loadbearing masonry. The floor structures are designed as cast-in-place reinforced slabs. The roofing of the building consists of a warm flat roof with a parapet wall, and the screed to fall is made of thermal insulation. The terrace is located on the part of the roof, which is designed as a green roof. Balconies with aluminum railings containing glass balustrade are designed from reinforced concrete slabs.

The subject of my diploma thesis is the elaboration of an architectural study and project documentation for the construction of a detached house building. The new building is located on the outskirts of slavkov, in the district of Opava. It is a three-storey non-cellar building with vertical structures in the Porotherm system, monolithic reinforced concrete ceilings and a single-skin flat roof, vegetation. Ten apartments and four separate rooms are designed in the building and wellness is designed in the first floor.
