This bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the competitiveness of the FiberTech, s.r.o. company being in the B2B market in telecommunications activities. Analyzing the current state of the company in a competitive environment is supported by macroeconomic and microeconomic aspects. Based on the survey measures to strengthen the company's competitiveness and strengthen our position are proposed.

Theoretical part of the work includes knowledge about competitiveness and strengthening of the competitiveness. In practical part are knowledge used in a practice. The main part of the work is analysis of the travel agency and microeconomics and macroeconomics environment, which influences the company. These analysis are made because of raise proposal for strengthening competitiveness of the travel agency.

In the practical part is made a analysis of external and internal conditions of division DHL Freight and characterized current corporate strategy. The aim of this thesis is to determine the best training organizations, which are providing services in education with a focus on the automotive industry method and suggest improvements of the services provided, using the selected methods. In assessing the competitive situation in the education market, the thesis deals with the evaluation of offers training and education company focusing on the needs of clients in the automotive industry and evaluating the satisfaction of the companies working in the automotive industry with offer, quality and availability of educational services. Further, the thesis deals with suggestions for possible improvements provided training services to the automotive industry.

The aim of the theses is to find out whether the same marketing strategy can be applied on both Czech and Slovak market or whether it should be created for the both markets separately. In the analytic part I compare the situation on the Czech and Slovak market as for economic, social and cultural environment and I analyze market potential and competitive environment. At the end I analyze the position and activities of two big players on both markets.
The competitiveness of sport centres in České Budějovice

The diploma thesis aims at the firms providing services, especially sport centres offering wide spectrum of sport services, relaxation and often mentioned wellness.The main goal of the diploma thesis was to appraise the competitiveness of sport centres in České Budějovice and give a survey of competitive background. To characterize sport realization in the region of South Bohemia and to recognize customers` requirements were the partial goals of the diploma thesis. To the achievement of the goals there were used the method of questionnaire research, SWOT analysis and Porter`s model method.The suitable arranged questionnaire has served the data describing competitinevess of particular sport centres. I have surveyed the information of the most popular and frequented sport centre. I have cooperated with this sportcentre and it was the basis of the above mentioned analysis.
