The objective of this thesis is to analyze the aid programs for small and medium-sized businesses in the Central-Bohemian region, and to suggest a fitting program and it{\crq}s realization
KENDEL, Fabien Gaidoum
The program chosen for the company Havel {--} Podlahove centrum s.r.o. is the program ``Progress{\crq}q, which helps with grants with the purpose of investing into long-term equity. In this case, the grant will help the company to buy a warehouse. The financial analysis had to be done, in order to plan out the project. The financial analysis concludes that with the grant from the EU funds of 1 732 500 CZK, the company must finance the project with another 577 500 CZK from it{\crq}s own sources. Based on the financial analysis, it was found that the company Havel {--} Podlahove Centrum s.r.o. had financial problems in the year of 2006. The main source of this problem was insufficient capacity of the warehouse, which resulted in inability to raise the output capacity. The following years, the situation was improving. The source of improvement was also a bank loan. The company had to rent a warehouse to store it{\crq}s goods. The grant from the EU funds could help the company get the resources necessary, for the construction of the warehouse. This would solve the problems with renting-out the warehouse, and would allow to store a larger quantity of materials. The company could then increase it{\crq}s output. My suggestion is to speed-up the request for the grant from the EU funds, because the situation of the company is not good, based on the financial analysis. If the company didn{\crq}t request the grant, or the request was to be denied, the situation of the company could get a lot worse. Small and medium-sized businesses are a necessary part of the market economy. The small and medium-sized businesses in the Czech Republic in the time period of 2007 - 2013 can utilize the grants from the EU funds, in total of 26 billion EUR. The small and medium-sized business owners should try to get these grants, which will help to improve their businesses, and improve the efficiency of the economy in the regions of the Czech Republic in the future.

Support of bachelor and master thesis couching
Winkler, Jakub ; Pavlíček, Luboš (advisor) ; Bartoš, Jan (referee)
Today, procedure of creating bachelor and master thesis suffers from many problems. Amongst them the main issue would consist of absence of central storage ability connected to creating and couching the thesis. In practice that would mean information about records from consultation, comments to thesis etc. are to be lost and neither student, nor his thesis couch can take a look to the history of thesis progress. Furthermore, there is a lack of date registration for consultations and deadlines of handing out thesis. As a consequence, both efficiency and quality of final thesis are decreased by such poor management. As a solution, support of whole thesis procedure with software tool is suggested. There are many options of such software solutions, however only one is the most suitable and that is exactly what this thesis is trying to find. Thesis formulates requirements for such software application, after the analysis of current situation and identification of core issues. Application should bring improvement of the situation and at the same time should be users, operational and financially acceptable. From wide spectrum of available solutions, only those which had fulfilled basic conditions were chosen. Basic conditions such as: users interface in Czech language, saving documents availability and large capacity of users accounts. Final group of potential solutions was put through detail analysis for support utility for thesis couching. This analysis finally shows the most suitable solution. This bachelor thesis brings analysis of utility for commonly available web application or hosted applications for bachelor and diploma thesis couching. The implementation could be done quickly without further problems, thanks to the undemanding IT and financial requirements of software application. After finding the most suitable solution, this thesis shows how large scale of efficiency Microsoft SharePoint Services 3.0 brings. Furthermore, at the end of this thesis, many more options for using this application are shown.

Institutional Factors affecting Investment Inflows in Transitional Countries
Donu, Victoria ; Mertlík, Pavel (advisor) ; Mlčoch, Lubomír (referee)
This thesis investigates the relationship between institutional quality and the level of investment inflows in transitional countries from Central and Eastern Europe. We try to empirically verify the argument that institutional determinants are important in explaining the behavior of investment inflows in transition economies after 1990's. The role of institutions is being assessed using Worldwide Governance Indicators developed by Kaufmann. Consequently, in order to investigate the institutional quality progress specific for transition economies, we employ indicators developed by European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. Applying a panel-data set for ten countries in a period between 1996 and 2010, we conclude that there is a significant impact of institutional quality on investment inflows. In the regression benchmark performed with Kaufmann indicators, we managed to observe an indirect effect due to the fact that the information available on institutions is already incorporated in the macroeconomic variables. In the regression benchmark considering EBRD indicators, we managed to report a clear significance of the institutional determinants on the level of foreign investments. Keywords Foreign Direct Investment, Institutions, Institutional Determinants, Central and Eastern Europe,...

VOŘÍŠKOVÁ, Markéta
I chose as a main topic of my diploma thesis the critical edition of town memory book of town Netolice from years 1630-1848, called yellow. I chose this topic so that the manuscript would be open to public through the edition becase according to my opinion it contains interesting information about the history of the town and the progress of the company at that time. The second chapter will be devoted to the inner and outer analysis of the editional source. A part of this chapter will be also devoted to the writers of the records who cannot be omitted. I will try to identify and characterize these writers. In the following and last chapter the history of town will be described and also analysed in more detail the chosen record registered in town memory book trying to interpret these records in context of the history of the town, the dominion of Prachatice and also events of land history. The mentioned modern critical edition of the town memory book of town Netolice from years 1630-1848 makes the supplement of the diploma thesis. The editional note together with nominal, place and subject index supplemented by basic dictionary of archaisms found in the editional writing will also be the part of this supplement.

Europeanisation of Criminal Law: European Union and Criminal Law
Pevná, Eva ; Herczeg, Jiří (advisor) ; Gřivna, Tomáš (referee)
1 Abstract - Europeanisation of Criminal Law The Europeanization of criminal law is a convergent process of national criminal orders. This paper focus on a progress made within the political hybrid - the European Union that had no competences in this field in the beginning. Firstly, I present the evolution of the primary law up to the present situation. Next there is an overview of the EU Agencies. The core of this work is to present the newest changes set up by Lisbon Treaty and Stockholm Programme and to chart the evolution of the cooperation that I try to evaluate in the conclusion. The Criminal Law represents a highly particular area of the international cooperation because this legal subject is considered to be one of the most basic elements of the state sovereignty. Thus, any external intervention to the national criminal law presents a hit to the state sovereignty. Another obstacle to the international cooperation in the criminal affairs is the diversity of national criminal orders. Besides, this diversity is believed to be an expression of national peculiarities and any attempt to unify anything in this area is considered to be an effort to repress national differences. We can not deny the symbolic value of the national codifications. Anyway, the biggest problem to the international cooperation is...

Organization and Activity of Decontaminating Workplace on the Evacuative Run from the Zone of the Critical Planning of Nuclear Power Station
SEVEROVÁ, Šárka
The increasing energy consumption constantly requires new energy sources. One of the energy sources are nuclear power plants. We can suppose that the number of nuclear power plants will increase as a consequence of the exhaustion of fossil fuels. Therefore it is crucial to enhance the nuclear power plants security which corresponds with the risks related to the nuclear power plant operation. It is compulsory for each nuclear power plant to have an external and internal emergency plans ready. In the nuclear power plant surroundings satefy measure including decontamination are planned. A suitable layout of the decontamination station is crucial for the quality decontamination. It is also necessary to check up the functionality of such stations. I took part in one of such rescue unit drills ( ZONA 2007) on 25 October as an observer. The participation in it made me more familiar with nuclear power plant safety issues and therefore it was very useful for my thesis. The current situation is very complicated because special units that have been in charge of the decontamination zones (MSO) until recently are being dismissed or transformed. In spite of this fact the objective of my thesis was to design the layout of the decontamination zone which will meet such an area requirements. I set this hypothesis: {\clqq}I am convinced that the current preparedness and parameters of the decontamination zone as a component of the rescue system are more advanced than they used to be before.`` This hypothesis was confirmed as far as the technological and material progress is concerned. I was also dealing with difficult questions such as ethics at the procedure of decontamination in men and women, conditions in winter etc. I think the hypothesis of my thesis has been confirmed and I have managed to make the reader acquainted with the questions I dealt with. I also wanted to express my attitude to the disestablishment of the rescue unit in Jindřichův Hradec which had provided the decontamination service so far. In my thesis I analyse the decontamination measures in the surroundings of the nuclear power station in detail. The thesis may be used as a tutorial text and it is possible to elaborate on it after 1.October 2008 trying to answer the question: {\clqq}Who is going to replace the 153th Jindřichův Hradec rescue unit?``
