The Issues of Literature for Girls in Literary Studies at Upper Elementary School

This thesis deals with literature for girls in literary education at the second level of primary school. The theoretical part concerns on girls' reading, the development, literary education and present-day reading of pubescent pupils. Based on theoretical findings from the Czech and world literature for girls and subsequent analysis of selected reading books destined for the second level of primary school in the practical part, representative selection of girls' reading and options which can be worked with those texts in lessons of literary education at the options which can be worked with those texts in lessons of literary education at the second level of primary school are suggested.

The Issue of the Concept of Criminal Custody

- The Issue of the Concept of Criminal Custody This diploma thesis deals with the instrument of criminal custody as a security instrument. This instrument is considered as quite controversial in view of the fact that it's usage means the conflict between the interest of the investigating authority to accomplish the purpose of prosecution and person's right to personal freedom guaranteed by the Charter of fundamental rights and freedoms while the accused has to be treated as innocent according to the principle of presumption of innocence. The goal of this diploma thesis is to provide a comprehensive overview of the current legislation of the instrument of custody and also of the problems connected with custody. The thesis is divided into seven chapters including the introduction and the ending chapter. The second chapter deals with the development of the custody legislation in history and major part of the chapter is focused on the Act's of criminal procedure from years 1873, 1950 and 1961. The third and the fourth chapter pay attention to the current legislation which is included in the Act of criminal procedure no. 141/1961 Coll. Diplomová práce pojednává o metodách získávání, výběru, adaptaci a stabilizaci zaměstnanců ve společnosti SAHM s.r.o. Teoretická část shrnuje obecné poznatky k dané problematice, praktická část popisuje personální útvar společnosti, jím prováděné personální činnosti, metody získávání a výběru zaměstnanců, jejich následnou adaptaci a stabilizaci. Praktická část též analyzuje a hodnotí přístupy a probíhající procesy a nabízí doporučení, jak zefektivnit personální aktivity týkající se získávání a výběru zaměstnanců a jak vylepšit proces adaptace a stabilizace pracovníků.

The Bachelor Thesis presents a unified view of outsourcing, focusing on the outsourcing of the payroll department. The work begins by defining the terminology linked to outsourcing and continues by comparing its advantages, disadvantages and associated risks. The thesis then presents justifications for the decision to outsource. It describes the field of payroll accounting, defines its processes and explains the role of a payroll accountant in a company. The practical section of the thesis analyses an outsourcing relationship, focusing on procedures and processes. It elucidates the difference between partial, total outsourcing and internal payroll, as well as other uses of outsourcing a company may use.

Formality and informality in pupil´s written speeches

The Bachelor thesis is called "Formal and informal language in pupil´s writing," it mainly deals with non-standard elements in written form (errors in phonetics, in grammar, (il)logicality in speech..). The thesis is divided into two main parts, the first part is theoretical, it summarizes the most important findings about children's writing skills with its features and the most common mistakes. The second part is practical, written on the basis of research and subsequent analysis of written expressions of sixth grade students. The main goal of the thesis is to provide information about the issue and subsequently confirm or disprove the assumptions stated in the theoretical part, or possibly help the students who wish to avoid these inaccuracies in writing.

Selected aspects of the offense law

The Master`s thesis ,,Selected aspects of criminal law,, deals with the legal regulation of offense procedure and provides a comprehensive view on the issue of the procedure. The introductory part is focused on basic sources of criminal law that are further divided into domestic and international. The mutual relation between Act no. 200/1990 Coll. about offenses, as amended, and Act no. 500/2004 Coll., Administrative Code, as amended that are involved in the infringement proceedings, is analyzed in particular. The second part of the thesis focuses on the general substantive alteration of offenses and the definition of their basic concepts. The third part focuses on the proceedings, the termination of proceedings in the first instance and summary proceedings, including the legal remedies and judicial review. The practical section provides examples of specific solved cases of selected offenses, including an evaluation of the statistical evidence provided by the Infringement commission Municipal Bureau of Zatec. The conclusion of the thesis contains considerations de lege ferenda.

Cieľom diplomovej práce je nájsť výslednú hodnotu spoločnosti Mondi Packaging Békescsaba Kft. použitím výnosovej metóda DCF Entity. Ocenenie pozostáva zo 7 tematických celkov, pričom ich následnosť je na základe logickej postupnosti. Hodnotený je v prvom rade trh, na ktorom sa spoločnosť nachádza, spoločne s predpokladaným vývojom spoločnosti na tomto trhu. Následne diplomová práca pojednáva o finančnej situácii podniku. Pred finálnym ocenením venujem pozornosť tzv. generátorom hodnoty, ich charakteristike a predpokladanému vývoju v prognózovanom obdobím. Vyústením predchádzajúcich krokov je výsledný finančný plán spoločne so stanovením diskontnej miery. Posledná kapitola je venovaná záverečnému oceneniu spoločnosti.
