Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat zásady a postupy personální práce a vybraných personálních činností (získávání, výběru, přijímání a adaptace pracovníků, řízení pracovních výkonů a hodnocení pracovníků, odměňování pracovníků a vzdělávání a rozvoje pracovníků), které používá vedoucí pracovník v malé rodinné firmě působící v gastronomii, porovnat teorii s praxí, identifikovat a objasnit přednosti a nedostatky a pokusit se navrhnout a zdůvodnit jejich využití a řešení. Výsledkem by měla být optimalizace personální práce ve sledované firmě.

Vedení a motivace lidí na základě zkušenosti z AIESEC

Cílem této práce je na základě vlastních zkušeností z AIESEC a nastudované literatury navrhnout komplexní model ideálního týmu a popsat jeho charakteristiky, analyzovat a zhodnotit fungování týmů pod mým vedením a porovnat je s navrženým modelem týmu ideálního. Smyslem práce je ucelená a podrobná sebereflexe mého působení jako vedoucího několika týmů v AIESEC a vyvození patřičných závěrů pro mé kvalitnější vedení týmu v budoucnosti.

Persistent Somatoform Pain Disorder

Název práce: Perzistující somatofonnní bolestivá porucha Název v anglickém jazyce: Persistent somatoform pain disorder Cíle práce: Cílem této diplomové práce bylo shrnout a analyzovat dosavadní poznatky o perzistující somatofonnní bolestivé poruše, o možnostech využití fyzioterapie v léčbě pacientů s PSBP a na základě získaných informací navrhnout nejvhodnější terapeutický postup s důrazem na přístupy fyzioterapeutické. Metoda: Diplomová práce je zpracována ve formě komentované literární rešerše. Bylo použito několik dostupných literárních zdrojů, převážně z oblasti psychosomatické medicíny, psychiatrie, psychologie a kineziologie, ze kterých byly čerpány informace pro získání přehledu o problematice PSBP v psychosomatickém kontextu, psychodiagnostických a dolorimetrických metodách a především o možnostech využití fyzioterapie v léčbě pacientů s PSBP. Rešeršní formu práce jsem zvolila z toho důvodu, že tato diagnóza je zatím plna otazníků včetně její optimální terapie, ověřovat tedy účinnost jedné konkrétní metody se mi nejevilo jako aktuální včetně toho, že podobné výzkumy v oblasti psychosomatických poruch jsou velmi problematické a v rámci diplomové práce jen velmi obtížně realizovatelné. Sulfur compounds of "sweet garlic" (\kur{Tulbaghia violacea} Harv.)

The theoretical part of the Bachelor thesis summarizes the formation pathways of sulfur compounds in plants of the genus Allium and shows the similarity between "regular" garlic (Allium sativum L.) and "sweet" garlic (Tulbaghia violacea Harv.). In the experimental part, marasmicin was extracted from the rhizomes of T. violacea and allicin was synthesized from diallyl disulfide. Antimicrobial properties of both compounds were tested in two ways - by the disk diffusion method against several strains of bacteria and yeasts (Clavibacter michiganensis, Erwinia amylovora, Xanthomonas axonopodis, Bacillus cereus, Escherichia coli, Micrococcus luteus and Saccharomyces cerevisiae) and by dilution method against three strains of bacteria (Bacillus cereus, Escherichia coli and Micrococcus luteus).

Possibilities of prevention of occupational damage to musculosceletal system of physiotherapists

This work has dealt with possibilities to prevent the locomotive system?s damages suffered by professional physiotherapists. The goal of this work is to map the demands of the physiotherapist?s job and to propose preventive measures preventing locomotive system?s damages suffered by professional physiotherapists. Another goal of this work is to find out the actual state of the locomotive system of the chosen group of physiotherapists and to collect information relating to their ways of prevention and their care for their own musculoskeletal system. The work contains the theoretical and the practical parts. The physiotherapy has been defined in the theoretical part, two most frequent damages of the physiotherapists? locomotive system have been analysed, and possibilities of prevention have been described there. The practical part contains the quantitative pre-research and the qualitative research. The qualitative pre-research is based on findings and frank answers by physiotherapists from different health-care facilities (hospitals, health resorts, rest homes, rehabilitation centres), located mostly in the region South Bohemia. The quantitative pre-research was realised with questionnaires asking eleven questions. The qualitative research consists in inquiring of two physiotherapists. A conclusion has been drawn from the realised anamnesis, a kinesiologic analysis, and observations made during the physiotherapist?s work. Preventive measures have been suggested that could prevent the development of locomotive system?s damages. It is the secondary prevention in most cases. Further information was collected in Finland, in the town Rovaniemi during the student exchange. The stay in Finland enabled to compare preventive approaches relating to ergonomics and other risk factors during the physiotherapist?s work in Scandinavia and in the Czech Republic. It was concluded from the research that professional physiotherapists know the hazard relating to locomotive system?s damages. They also know prevention possibilities; however, not everybody of them has applied them adequately during his/her practice. This work can motivate all physiotherapists to think about results of practising physiotherapy for a long time and to improve measures preventing damages of their own locomotive system.

The Project of Physical Training for the Czech Army Divers

Název: Návrh koncepce tělesné přípravy potápěče v AČR Title: Project conception ofphysical preparing for divers in Czech Anny Cíle práce: Vyhledat informace o tělesné (kondiční) přípravě prováděné v Armádě České republiky (AČR) a v civilní potápěčské organizaci CMAS (Conféderation Mondiale des Activites Subaquatiques). Porovnat zjištěná data a dle dostupné literatury navrhnout vlastní systém tělesné přípravy potápěčů AČR, v němž budou aplikovány poznatky i z jiných sportovních odvětví. Metoda: Diplomová práce byla zpracována na základě informací získaných studiem dostupné literatury, zpracování strukturovaných a neformálních rozhovorů, které byly vedeny s potápěčskými instruktory a potápěči AČR a vybraných civilních potápěčských organizací. Data mezi armádními a civilními potápěči byla porovnána. Výsledky: Získané informace umožnily sestavit profil kondičního výcviku a baterii cviků pro potápěče se zaměřením na AČR. Analýza korupce v České republice

Cílem práce je zmapovat případy korupce v ČR a navrhnout různé možnosti vyhodnocení a stanovení prognóz do budoucna. Práce postupně zanalyzovala a popsala stav a vývoj korupce v ČR. Jak začátky korupce a její vývoj v čase, tak i popis jednotlivých složek korupce. Dále je v práci popsán způsob boje proti korupci a porovnání stavu v ČR a ve světě.Dále byly navrhnuty 3 základní analýzy korupce a jejich aplikace.Jedná se o statistickou analýzu, geografickou analýzu a analýzu za pomocí dotazníkového šetření.

This thesis deals with shopping and sale of grocery online focusing on Tesco Stores CR,a.s. The aim of the study is to evaluate the Tesco e-shop from user's perspective, compare it with the competition and to propose steps towards optimization. The first part of thesis describes general information about the Internet and e-commerce, online grocery market and its specifics. Following part includes analyzeds of grocery e-shops based on multi-criteria evaluation and comparison with the Tesco service. This thesis should help the company Tesco optimize their web and activities.

Support systems for students with disabilities at tertiary education

For years, tertiary education has been in the focus of school policy makers, research teams and groups of stakeholders. For example the communiqué of UNESCO World Conference on Higher Education 2009 in Paris repeatedly stressed social importance and responsibility of tertiary education which should help humanity with solving many social, economical, scientific and cultural problems. The aim of this theoretical-empirical thesis is to constitute terminological apparatus and informational base for deeper understanding of support systems for university students with special needs, to propose possible models or scenarios of supportive activities and to compare situation in the Czech environment with selected examples from foreign institutions. The author defines and analyses the system of support for students with special needs in tertiary education and presents theories suitable for their description and understanding. Supportive structure of education is defined as a system of institutions and services, which helps to create optimal conditions, to solve problems and to remove shortcomings in functioning of an educational system.
