Preparation for realization of an apartment house in Lanškroun

The content of the diploma thesis is a building-technological project of the new building of residential building Lanškroun. The thesis contains technological regulations for a rough bottom structure and a rough top structure. Technological regulation are complemented by design of machine assembly, site facilities and control and test plans. Work safety, construction risk assessment, time schedule of main object, object time and financial plan and budget of main building are also solved. An important part is the economic comparison of tower crane and mobile crane and green facade.

Design of Modernization of Hanušovice Railway Station

The objective of my masters thesis is to design a modernization of the railway station Hanušovice. Main requirements of this thesis include the reconstruction of both end sections of the station, increasing the speed of the main track and to design the platforms for persons with reduced mobility. At least four platform edges are required. The last requirement is the design of substructure including drainage.

Construction Technology project deals with the new building of the Labour Office in Brno. It is the administrative building of six floors above ground and one basement floor. The building has the shape of a trapezoid. Vertical and horizontal structures are designed of reinforced concrete substructure is designed of waterproof concrete system called white tub. The project includes a technical report on the construction technology of the project, coordinating the construction situation, time and financial plan for the objects, the study of the main technological stages, the project site equipment, design of the main building machines, the schedule of the main building structure, schedule, resourcing, technical regulations for selected activities inspection and test plans for selected activities and comparing two roof building.

Technological stage of the substructure of the Kaskády Hranice apartment building

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of the technological stage of the substructure of the apartment building Kaskády Hranice, which is located in a built-up area of the town of Hranice. The work deals with technological regulations for earthworks and for the construction of foundations. In addition to technological regulations, control and test plans, a time schedule and an item budget are prepared. Furthermore, there is a coordinated situation, a technical report of the construction site equipment, the design of the machine set, the accompanying and summary report, the solution of broader transport relations and safety and health at work.

Design of Optimization of Track Section Bylnice - Vlárský Průsmyk

The focus of the thesis is to design a optimization of the geometrical layout of the track for an increase of the track speed to the highest possible value and a reconstruction of the permanent way superstructure between railway stations Bylnice - Vlárský Průsmyk. The work also includes a design of sleeper subsoil, renewal of the drainage and a design of the construction technology and procedures. Necessary view triangles will be added for unsecured level crossings.

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is a solution of technological processes for foundation of a warehouse with administration foundation in Vracov. The thesis deals with technological regulations of drilled piles and foundation constructions. Furthermore, the thesis covers topics of inspection-check plan, mechanical assembly, budget and schedule. The thesis also includes a coordinational site-layout of the construction, principles of organization of the construction and building site equipment. Occupational safety, health risks and their elimination have also been solved in this thesis.

Target of this diploma thesis is to propose connection of receiving yard of classification yard railway station Maloměřice including essential joint crossover into the line tracks in front junction Hády and junction station Královo Pole and also propose connection of line tracks n. 1A and 2A in the front junction Židenice. Part of the thesis is renewal of stations substructure and technological workflow proposal.

Implementation of the gross substructure of a residential building in Jihlava

The object of the bachelor thesis is a coarse substructure of the apartment building. This building is eight-storey building. Three floors are garages and five floors are flats. The building is in the courtyard of a former factory TESLA at Jihlava. The bachelor thesis mainly deals with the stages in which there are processed technical regulations: earthwork and foundation of the building. The bachelor thesis also addresses building equipment, scheduling, itemized budget, proposal of mechanical assembly, inspection and test plan and safety and health protection during the work.

Traget of this bachelor thesis is to design a reconstruction of Ostrava-Kunčice – Ostrava-Vítkovice track section. It focuses on a design of modification of the track geometry parameters, design of an composition of the railway superstructure and substructure, design of station head in the railway station Ostrava-Vítkovice, design renewal of drainage, a construction procedure of works and a bill of quantities. Possibility of increasing the line speed was examined.
