Title: Service quality of Solarium Fitness BBC Evropská in comparison with a competitor Objectives: The main aim of this master's thesis is to measure a level of customer satisfaction with services provided by Solarium Fitness BBC Evropská, to analyse the customer's opinion and to reveal possible gaps in services offered by this sports centre. In case of necessity to suggest the measures leading to improvement of this quality of services and consequent increase in customer satisfaction. The partial purpose is the comparison of customer satisfaction of Solarium Fitness BBC Evropská with the competitor. Methods: A quantitative research, specifically a written questionnaire SERVQUAL, handed out to customers of the sports centre, was used to obtain information from respondents. This questionnaire examines and compares expected quality of the provided service, i.e. the quality that is expected by customers in an ideal fitness centre, with the real level of perceived service quality provided by Solarium Fitness BBC Evropská. Results: This survey of satisfaction among customers with the service provided by Solarium Fitness BBC Evropská has shown a high level of clients satisfaction, more satisfying than results of surveyed competitor. Title: Marketing research of customer satisfaction in Family Fitness Olgy Šípkové Objectives: The goal of this thesis is to determine customer satisfaction of Family Fitness Olgy Šípkové based on their expectations and perception of actual value of provided services. Collect data based on the survey and then according to the acquired knowledge propose measures and solutions of the problems. Methods: The method of this marketing research is the survey, questionnaire. The sample sizes were defined based on own discretion and easy accessibility. Respondents were sampled by simple random sampling. Results: The result of marketing research is that the customers of Family Fitness are pretty satisfied. Yet there were acknowledge small imperfections. The fitness management should try to fix these problems. There are few measures and solutions in the conclusion. Comparison of fitness centers in Český Brod based on customer satisfaction

Title: Comparison of fitness centers in Český Brod based on customer satisfaction Objective: The main objective of this study is to compare the quality of services of two fitness centers in Český Brod in terms of customer satisfaction. Namely, they are the fitness center Infinity and the fitness center Natálie. Another objective is to determine, what the factors of customer satisfaction are and which center provides services deemed more satisfactory. A secondary goal is to provide the management of both centers with improvement options leading to greater customer satisfaction. Methods: Primary data was obtained from a Servqual survey provided to the customers at the reception of each fitness center. More data was gathered via a semi structured interview with each fitness center management. Results: The questionnaire survey indicates that the customers are more satisfied with the services of the fitness center Natálie. However, in neither of the fitness centers are the customers satisfied in all areas of research. The last part of this work contains proposed recommendations, which should be addressed by the fitness centers management in order to improve the customer satisfaction with the provided services. Title: Marketing mix of Kosagym kickbox club and its improvement suggestions Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to analyse marketing mix of Kosagym kickbox club and to propose improvement proposals. To analyse the mix, use descriptive and research methods, specifically marketing research of club members, interview and SWOT analysis compilation. To utilize the outputs of these methods and to suggest an improvements of the club's marketing mix. Methods: The analysis of the mix is performed using descriptive analysis, quantitative and qualitative marketing research through questionnaires, interview, as well as situational analysis through SWOT analysis. Results: The output of the analysis and marketing research are specific marketing mix elements improvement proposals. The main suggestions are extension and alteration of the structure of offered lessons, forms of discounts, expansion of forms of payment, utilization of direct marketing tools and electronisation of the part of the service process. Title: Marketing research of customer satisfaction in Tenis Klanovice Purpose: The main aim of the bachelor thesis is to find out customer satisfaction in Tenis Klánovice. Furthermore, based on the data obtained from research, point out the potentional shortage in tennis club's services. Also, give suggestion of solution which would lead to improvement of customer services. Methods: Method of quantitative research was used, specifically questionnaire. Respondents were interviewed in a writing way. As well as the semi- structured interview with the chairman of the club was done, the observation was made. Results: Thanks to research, it was found out that customers are satisfied with the services. However, there are several weaknesses in the service that can be improved. Title: Research of member's satisfaction with quality of services in dance school B-Original Prague. Objectives: The main objective is to determine member's satisfaction with offered sport services. Results were used to make proposal for improve offered services. Methods: Methods, which were used in this thesis, are based on theoretical knowledge, matching with the topic. During the satisfaction research was used quality research group interviews. Results were interpreted by summary protocol. Based on this results was made level of member's satisfaction how organization functions. To gain basic information about running dance school B-Original was made half - structured interview with the owner. Results: Based on marketing research we can state, that dance school B-Original has thanks to high quality services big amount of satisfied members. Proposals for improvement were shown to managers of dance school and they should make situation in dance school even better. Title: Fitness Center Competition in the Karlovy Vary District Objectives: The bachelor thesis deals with the competitiveness of fitness centers in the Karlovy Vary district. The competitive ability of the mentioned facilities will be determined based on a marketing research with customers and employees of such facilities. The research will combine both qualitative and quantitative methods. Its findings will provide an overview of these fitness centers and they will serve as a base for creating a guide book which should ease decision making for potential customers interested in this type of services. Methods: The study is based on theoretical knowledge related to the selected topic. Marketing research based on the method of survey was one of the most frequently used methods for enquiring about customer satisfaction. Results of the individual questions of the questionnaire are shown in the graphs. Based on their interpretation was rated the state of competition of fitness centers in the district of Karlovy Vary. For further information about the competition I did interview with the employees of individual fitness centers. Then I worked Porter analysis of competitive forces. Title: Marketing research of massage course absolvents' satisfaction in Dexter Academy. Objectives: The main goal of this thesis is to acquire the valuation of massage school courses and services in DexterAcademy from the absolvents of these courses. The valuation is acquired by the research of absolvents' satisfaction, which is one of the main goals of this thesis. Another goal is to present, based on the obtained information DexterAcademy suggestion that might lead to the improvement of massage school courses and services. Methods: Marketing research based on the method of written survey has been used to investigate the absolvents' satisfaction. The sampling unit is made of the absolvents of massage school courses, who were chosen at availability in time of data collection. Results: The survey evaluation has shown some deficiencies in DexterAcademy. Consequently, steps to abolish these deficiencies were designed and if followed, the absolvents' satisfaction should be improved. Make suggestions about marketing conception of the ski school based on the marketing audit results. Method: Methods used in thesis are analysis of documents, BCG matrix, Porter's five forces analysis, PEST analysis and SWOT analysis. Results: Ski school marketing audit and suggestions about its marketing conception, which can be used as model how to carry out a marketing audit of any ski school or any other sport services organisation. Title: Marketing research on customer satisfaction in the fitness centre Hopsáme.cz. Purpose: The main aim is to find out, how the customers are satisfied with the services offered in the fitness centre Hopsáme.cz, which is placed in Prague's district Modřany. The research is conducted through a questionnaire survey. The situation is analyzed by the results of this survey and I came up with suggestions, which should help to improve the customer satisfaction and general prosperity of this company. Methods: As mentioned above, I chose a questionnaire survey from the possible marketing methods. There were used written forms of questionnaire survey same as electronical version in this bachelor thesis. The evaluation was performed by the statistic program SPSS. The results are shown in tables and graphs, which were compiled in the statistic program SPSS as well. Results: From the results of this survey we can see that customers are relatively satisfied with the services offered in fitness centre Hopsáme.cz. I found some insufficiency in services offered and the arrangements were suggested to improve the customer satisfaction.
