The aim of this thesis is design of belt conveyor for transport of brick rubble. Thesis contains calculation and drawings of a belt conveyor according to the specified values. Specified values are transport capacity 110 000 kgh-1, center distance 49 meters in altitude of 17 meters. Functional calculations are carried out according to ISO 5048, 1994.

This work deals with design of belt conveyor for transport of recycled aggregate. The first part of the work thesis describes the belt conveyor and gives an overview of manufacturers of belt conveyors. In the next part there is a functional calculation according to ISO ČSN 5048 is performed from the specified parameters, which are the length of the conveyor, the height difference and transport performance. Further, there is the design of the individual components of the belt conveyor is made. In the last part, there is the strength control of the driven drum and the driven drum axis is performed. Work is completed with drawing documentation.

This thesis deals with the concept of design solutions of conveyor belt. The aim of this work is to design a conveyor belt to transport gravel and gravel into three fractions by warehouse space, traffic performance of 50 000 kg• h-1, 4.5 m height difference. Design of the main dimensions, draft power and strength calculation of frame construction. Functional calculation is performed according to ISO 5048 of 1994. The work is accompanied by drawings.

This thesis describes the design of a belt conveyor for transport quartz sand. The aim of this work is the calculation of a conveyor belt conveyor belt according to the specified values. Transport capacity 85,000 kg h-1, the specified center distance dunes 49 meters difference in altitude of 9.5 meters. The work includes functional calculation carried out according to ISO 5048, 1994, identifying the main dimensions and design of the actuator. We also design the tensioning device and stress analysis of shaft tensioning drum. Further drawings as required.

The objective of this bachelor is the design of construction debris steep conveyor belt. The work deals with the solution concepts proposal and individual components design that are motivated by functional device calculation. Furthermore, the design of a belt tensioning mechanism and control calculation of the exposed parts is proposed. The work is accompanied by the supporting frame structure design. Moreover the conveyor installation and operation conditions are suggested. Summary and author comments are enclosed at the end. The conveyor assembly drawing and tensioning mechanism subassembly drawing is attached.
Belt conveyor for brown coal

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to design of a belt conveyor for transport brown coal for the transport capacity of 140,000 kg per hour and the axial distance between the drums at the both ends of 30 m and height difference of 5 m. The thesis includes a brief description of the belt conveyor and its main parts. Functional calculation according to the current norm ČSN ISO 5048. Then a selection of the individual components was made from the company catalogues. Tensioning device, drive of conveyor and other necessary design solution of conveyor was also designed. Further, the stress analysis of the components of the tensioning device was done and the properties of the transported material are analysed in the final phase of the thesis. The thesis is extended by the required technical drawings.
