Reinforced concrete flat

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to design selected structures of the multi-storey department store. The supporting structure is a cast in place reinforced concrete frame. A reinforced concrete flat above the lowest floors, an inner column, a foundation pad and a prefabricated reinforced concrete staircase were selected for the work.
New synagogue Česká Lípa

The diploma thesis is focused on the design of a new synagogue in Česká Lípa. The solved area is located close to the city center on the site where the original synagogue was burned down during Crystal Night. The boundary of the area is U Synagogy Street, on the north and south sides there are terraced buildings and on the east side there is an embankment with a first-class road. The area used to be behind the city walls, which no longer exist. The design of the synagogue in the Z-V axis and the connection to the U Synagogy road are also important in the design. The negative factor that affects the area, is the busy and dusty road located on the embankment, which creates a visual barrier and divides the city into several parts. For these reasons, the synagogue was located at the intersection of the adjacent streets and as far away from the busy road as possible. The other objects in the design are positioned so that they create a noise barrier and their windows are not turned to communicate. Thanks to the location of individual functions, an inner block was created in the middle of the solved area, intended for rest and meeting of people. The location of the kosher restaurant attracts its location from the adjacent U Synagogy street and at the same time it is turned into a quiet courtyard, where there is a small outdoor seating area. The office building and community center line the embankment on the east side, separating the busy road from the quiet courtyard. These buildings are also facing the courtyard and only the windows of the stairs or background are located on the facade to the road. In the southern part of the area, a ramp leading to an underground car park is proposed, which connects the administrative building with the community center. An important element of the design are the perforated panels located on the facade of the synagogue. The perforation is based on a Jewish star, these are equilateral triangles. Ventilation and air conditioning of office building

Thesis solves design of air conditioning in selected part of the office building. The building has two floors, there isn't a basement and no open windows. The airconditioning solves forced ventilation of the building, balance calculation of heat load and heat loss. Conceptual resolution of the designing systems in selected part, desing and placement of ventilation devices with regard to economy and investment.
The administrative object in Fulnek

The subject of this thesis is to create a project documentation of the design of a new office building construction in Fulnek – Jerlochovice. The building is located between residential and industrial zone. It has three aboveground levels. There is a technical backgroud, toilets, archive, rest zone for employees and two openspace offices located on the ground floor. The second floor is designed on the same basis. There are two openspace offices situated on the west side, background for company managment, toilets and day room with kitchen. The third floor is designed as conference room with kitchen and toilets. Construction system is cast-in-place concrete frame. The building is roofed with the flat roof. Foundations are made of one-stage concrete footing.
Office Building

The subject of diploma thesis is the elaboration of project documentation of an office building in the northern part of the city of Brno-Medlánky. The office building is designed as a four-storey, without basement. The roofs are flat, and the facade is designed as a glazed curtain wall. The operation of the office building is divided into an administrative part, a commercial part and a cafe. The individual operations do not intersect. Next to the building is a parking lot for customers and employees. The structural system of the building is RC frame with reinforced concrete walls. The internal walls are made of aerated concrete and acoustic lime-sand blocks. The partitions are precast plasterboard. The ceilings are cast-in-place reinforced concrete slabs. The floors are heavy floating with hot water underfloor heating. Most of the flat roofs are green. The drawing part was processed in Revit and AutoCAD.
Construction-technological project of administrative building Dukelská

The subject of this diploma thesis is a construction technology project for an office building Dukelská in Brno. The content of the work is a technical report to the construction technology project, design of transport solutions, time and financial evaluation of the construction, project for a construction site equipment, design of a machine assemblies. For the selected construction phase a technological specification and check and test plan is designed. The work also deals with environmental and safety risks, draft contract for work and alternative technologies of vertical structures.
Office Building

My thesis solveses the office building. The building will be located in Šumperk. It will be located near the center. The building has two floors and a partial basement floor. Ceilings are beams with ceramic inserts and reinforced concrete slabs. Vertical structure consists of a ceramic blocks in the aboveground parts and concrete blocks in the underground section. The roof is walked on vegetation. The staircase is reinforced concrete, monolithic. The entire building is insulated with mineral wool. Basement is insulated with polystyrene foam.
Heating of office building

The aim of this bachelor thesis is design of heating and warm waterpreparing in the office building. The building has two overground floors. A source of the heat for the building is a gasboilerroom with two condensation boilers. Heating surfaces are panel radiators and free standing convectors. There is forced ventilation installed in whole building.
Building Technology Project

The aim of this diploma thesis is the processing of selected parts of the construction technology project for the New office and manufacturing building of GRADIOR TECH a.s. The building is located in the Královopolská industrial park in Brno - Královo pole. The construction is divided into 6 buildings. The indicative time and financial plan focuses on the building as a whole. Furthermore, the diploma thesis focuses in detail on the construction technology project project in detail on the building of the office building, which is based on drilled piles. On these piles, the cup feet for pillar fitting are placed on which the beams are fitted together with frames and ceiling panels. The building is diverse and contains both prefabricated and monolithic structures.
Office building Brno-Bystrc

The master´s thesis deals with a project documentation of a office building with fitness center in Brno-Bystrc. The object is designed as a detached building with four floors and with one basement. Floor plan of the building is regular, staffed by sloping terrain. In basement is situated underground garage and technical rooms of building. In the first floor is fitness center and garage for a customers. In other floors are office spaces for private company. Above the roof is a engine rooms of ventilation. The structural system is reinforced concrete skeleton, facade is designed as a curtain walling. The object is covered with a flat roof.
