Cílem této bakalářské práce je návrh vytápění a přípravy teplé vody pro administrativní budovu. Objekt má dvě nadzemní podlaží. Zdrojem tepla pro objekt je plynová kotelna se dvěma kondenzačními kotli. Otopnými plochami jsou desková otopná tělesa a otopné lavice. Celý objekt je nuceně větraný vzduchotechnickými jednotkami. The aim of this bachelor thesis is design of heating and warm waterpreparing in the office building. The building has two overground floors. A source of the heat for the building is a gasboilerroom with two condensation boilers. Heating surfaces are panel radiators and free standing convectors. There is forced ventilation installed in whole building.
