The comparison of the Framework Educational Programme and the National Leaving Examination with pedagogical-philosophical theories and their representatives

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to compare the Czech school system by way of an example of the Framework Educational Programme and the National Leaving Examination with pedagogical-philosophical theories and ideas of educational experts. First of all, I will introduce chosen pedagogical theories and their representatives. Afterwards I will describe the Framework Educational Programme with respect to the development, reasons of the birth, the inspiration of foreign countries and its revision. I will also focus on the National Leaving Examination with respect to the development, reasons of the birth and statistics of results of the examination. In the practical part I will deal with the comparison of the Framework Educational Programme to pedagogical-philosophical theories. I would like to choose the Educational Programme of Basic Education to the elementary schools as an example, in which I will focus on key competences which I will be comparing to various experts and theories from the present and the past. I will also analyse which competence was dominant in the past and who got it through. I will also focus on the National Leaving Examination in which I will choose two current trends - the centralization of educational systems and the compulsory exam in mathematics. The knowledge of providing first aid of members of the Police of the Czech Republi in the South Bohemie Region

The bachelor thesis "The knowledge of providing first aid of the members of the Police of the Czech Republic in South Bohemia Region" focuses on first aid and individual components of the Integrated Rescue System. At the beginning of the theoretical part I will focus on the history of first aid and its current procedures and methods. Furthermore, I will mention providing first aid for particular conditions, where I will focus on situations that can immediately put us at risk of life, including unconsciousness, choking and bleeding. The injuries of limbs can also endanger our lives, therefore I chose a fracture. In the second part, I will describe the individual components of the integrated rescue system, their purpose and operations. The ultimate point is the education of Czech police officers, which takes place at secondary schools with a school-leaving examination (A-levels) or at higher police schools. Last but not least, training is provided through qualification courses, seminars and lectures provided by the Ministry of the Interior. In the practical part, two goals and three research questions were set, which I answered by evaluating the completed questionnaires. The main aim of the thesis was to assess the current state of basic knowledge and skills of the Czech Police regarding first aid and whether the age or length of work experience of respondents influences the depth of this knowledge. The questionnaire concentrated on basic knowledge of first aid, which should be provided by each of the integrated rescue system components. 50 respondents from selected workplaces of the South Bohemian Region participated in the questionnaire survey. Subsequent results were graphically depicted for a better understanding. In conclusion, research has found that, apart from a few exceptions, the current state of the knowledge of first aid is at a good level, nevertheless those should be deepened in certain areas.
Systems of education and development of employees in a selected company.

My master thesis is going to focus on the analysis and subsequent proposal of changes for an education system, and the development of employees in that organisation. The first part of the thesis will focus on the study of domestic and foreign literature. When carrying out a literature search, basic concepts of education and development of the employees were defined. The second part of my thesis will focus on the analysis and proposal of changes of an education system in the selected company. After I have analyse the information I will list a proposal of changes to its education and development department within the company.
Education system of employees in selected organization

This thesis deals with the system of education in the organization State Agricultural Intervention Fund. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is focused on literary research related to education in the organization. In the second part, the research was carried out and evaluated on the basis of a questionnaire survey. The current employees of the Fund were the respondents. The obtained data from the questionnaire survey was evaluated and subsequently evaluated on the basis of the knowledge from the theoretical part of the thesis.

Thus, the thesis answers question on the state of strategic management at various levels of the education system of the Czech Republic. The theoretical part defines the term "strategic management", which is generally characterized by determination, process, tools, meaning and obstacles in its application. The following chapter deals with strategic management in the education system, in particular by identifying four levels of management (national, regional, local, school) represented by the relevant institutions. At the theoretical level, education policy is considered to be an indication of directions and content that are embedded in public policy documents. Evaluation of the Czech education system – September 2018

In the opinion poll carried out in September 2018 by the Public Opinion Research Centre, questions regarding the Czech education system were included. More specifically, the questionnaire asked surveyors about their opinions towards the quality of education in different types of schools and towards the possible improvement of specific skills during their own educational years.
Comparison of pre-school education in the Czech Republic and Spain

This thesis compares and contrasts the educational systems of pre-school education in the Czech Republic and Spain. The theoretical part contains chapters devoted to comparative pedagogy and descriptions of pre-school education in Europe, the Czech Republic and Spain. The practical part describes the methodologies employed of qualitative research, observation and interview. In addition there are case studies of two specific kindergartens. The first kindergarten is in the village of Dolni Hermanice in the Czech Republic and the second in the village of Deia on the Spanish island of Mallorca.
Education, motivation and reward system of employees in selected company

The main object of this master thesis is to analyze the current system of education, motivation and reward system in company ČEZ Prodej a.s and to suggest changes in the system of education, motivation and reward system. The theoretical part refers to gaining an insight into problematic in education, motivation and reward system. The aim is to explain basic terms, ways and methods how to educate, motivate and reward employees. The practical part deals with company ČEZ Prodej, s.r.o. The aim is to introduce systems of education, motivation and reward system of employees in the company. Afterwards all parts of these systems are evaluated with positive and negative comments. It also includes analysis of company´s productivity and its financial state. The last part is dedicated to the proposed changes putting two sick days into reward system. The aim is to create detailed suggestion with all impacts on the company. The impacts will be analyzed on previously identified indicators of financial analysis, revenues, costs and profits. The conclusion is whether the proposed change is recommended to be introduced to the company or not.
Ethics in an education of social workers

This diploma thesis deals with the ethical education of social workers. First, it deals with the education of social workers in the field of social work and it points to the importance of the standard in the education not only in the field of social work. It also points out the importance of ethics in the education of social workers and the overall education system at universities. At the same time, it examines whether the current education system of the future social workers in the field of ethics is set in such a way that the future social workers gain the necessary knowledge and therefore whether the content of the minimal ethical standard meets the content and effect of teaching the ethics of professors at universities. Research focuses both on cantors and on the future social workers.
Analysis of the education system in the specific company

The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze and evaluate the employee training system in an auditing company operating on the Czech market. The thesis starts with a theoretical part, which provides basic definitions and description of educational strategies, the process of employee training as well as different training methods. The practical part contains the description of the company and the analysis of its education system and training methods. The main focus of this work lies on technical training, typical of this type of company, and on the area of soft skills education and revitalization of its concept. The analysis includes recommendations for adjustments and improvements of the educational process as a whole or of some of its parts.
