The Suggestion for Economy Improvement of Municipality

Bachelor´s thesis deals with the municipality economy of Těškovice in 2006 – 2008. The aim of this work is analyses revenue and expenditure and to evalnate the municipality economy. The first chapter of the contain the theoretical explanations, second chapter is focused on evaluation of management in municipality Albrechtice and third chapter describe feasible solution.

Possibilities of energy savings in the residential house Merhautova

The diploma thesis is about the reduction of the energy intensity of the existing residential house Merhautova. The design documentation is focused on the thermal insulation of the living area, the replacement of windows and doors according to the variant of the design, accessible entrance to the house, loggia on the south side of the building and the replacement of the roofing. At the beginning of the diploma thesis the experimental part of the thermography was performed. Images of the existing object by the thermal camera were taken and building survey for the design documentation of the current state of the building was performed. Within the theoretical calculations the energy performance certificate was processed in options of the entering the thermal bridges. The energy performance certificate with thermal bridges calculated according to the details was compared with the energy performance certificate with estimated thermal bridges. A comparison of two options of the replacement of windows and doors was made in realation of the energy intesity of the building. A preliminary budget of these two options was also calculated with regard to the expected simple return on investment due to the heat saving.

The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is solution of rehabilitation in rebuilding and building modification of agricultural building into old people´s home in Jaronice, which is part of village Dubné. Components of this thesis are technical report of equipment of building site, technological directives of building rehabilitation, control and test plans, proposal of technological directive, plan of safety and health protection during labour activity, environmental plan, budget and working timetable.

Problematics of the Determination of the Value of Constructions for Sport and Recreation

This diploma thesis called Problematics of the Determination of the Value of Constructions for Sport and Recreation deals with the finding of a possible difference between the price of the delivery of the building and the value of the building. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part defines value and price and then describes the possibilities of determining the price of the construction. In the practical part the offer price is analyzed and based on the market comparison the value of the selected building for sport and recreation is determined. The selected building for sport and recreation is a newly built wooden building in the village of Loučná nad Desnou. The aim of this thesis is to determine the price of the delivery of the building, its comparison with the determined value and after that to assess the existence of any difference.

The Proposal of the Municipality Economy Improvement in Kurim

The bachelor work focuses on the analysis of the economy of a municipality in 2005-2009. Based on the theoretical background, it describes the operation of the municipality and the function of the municipal council of the town of Kuřim. It examines the sources of municipal revenues, their distribution and amount. Then, it looks at the municipal expenditures and compares them with other municipalities. Finally, the work contains some selected proposals for improving the economy of the municipality.

The valuation of the building before and after the reconstruction

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the valuation of the building work before and after the reconstruction. The thesis is divided into a part theoretical and practical. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of valuation and valuation methods. The practical part deals with the valuation of the property before and after reconstruction by the comparative method according to the regulation n. 441/2013 for making the law about the valuation of property in the version of later regulations and market valuation by the comparative method. The itemized budget is the basis for determining costs and assessing the reconstruction of the property.
