Nursing Process in a Patient with a Dagnosis of the Esophageal Cancer

Theme of this bachelor work is " nursing process in a patient with a diagnosis of the esophageal cancer". The thesis is devided into a clinical and of nursing section. Clinical section consist of two main chapters. The first chapter focuses on the theories about the problems of esophageal cancer. In this chapter brief characteristic of own disease and incidence in the World and Czech republic. Next describes the causes and risk factors, symptoms, diagnosis, treatment, prevention and prognosis of the disease. The second chapter is focused on the own patient hospitalization. In the nursing section describes the individual steps of the nursing process, client education and his prognosis in relation to subsequient nursing care.

Czech language islands in Ukraine

Cílem bakalářské práce je prezentovat problematiku českého osídlení na Ukrajině. Výběr tématu není náhodný, neboť sám pocházím z krajanské rodiny. Z širokého spektra otázek jsem se soustředil na historii vzniku krajanské komunity na Ukrajině, na její rozvoj a současný stav. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. První kapitola uvádí všeobecné důvody českého vystěhovalectví v druhé polovině 19. století. Druhá kapitola prezentuje české osídlení na Ukrajině. Popisuje postup přestěhování a historii osídlení území nové vlasti a založení některých českých obcí. Obsahem třetí kapitoly je popis životního stylu českých přestěhovalců, jejich tradic a zvýků. V několika částech této kapitoly se prezentuje také otázka školství, reemigrace krajanů do jejich historické vlasti a charakteristika současné situace v krajanských komunitách na Ukrajině, především však na Krymu. Čtvrtá kapitola je věnována jazykové charakteristice české komunity na Ukrajině. Při shromažďování studijního materiálu jsem vycházel z několika odborných prací věnovaných této problematice, z menších studií v různých vědeckých sbornících, z novinových článků a z vlastních materiálů týkajících se života české krajanské komunity na Krymu. Beginning of public libraries in our territory

Tématem bakalářské práce je popis prvotního vývoje českých lidových knihoven na našem území. První kapitola je věnována popisu historických souvislostí včetně fenoménu českého národního obrození. Druhá kapitola se zaměřuje na předpoklady vzniku prvních českých lidových knihoven a jejich typy. Kapitola třetí se stručně věnuje tzv. veřejným půjčovnám knih a jejich vztahu k lidovému knihovnictví. Jádro práce pak tvoří popis vývoje a charakteristika jednotlivých typů českých lidových knihoven (kapitola čtvrtá) a prvních českých veřejných knihoven (kapitola pátá). Šestá kapitola je věnována významným osobnostem českého lidového knihovnictví a jejich práci. Poslední kapitolu tvoří nastínění dalšího historického vývoje a na něm závislého vývoje českého lidového knihovnictví. Bakalářská práce byla zpracována na základě publikované literatury a studiu dobového tisku.

Nursing care of a child after near drowning

V práci předkládám případovou studii 13. měsíčního batolete s diagnózou stav po tonutí. Pacientka byla hospitalizována na JIRP dětské kliniky fakultní nemocnice. Práce je rozdělena do pěti částí. V klinické části je uvedena obecná charakteristika onemocnění (rozdělení, příčina, příznaky, rozdíly, fáze, patofyziologie, klinický obraz). Dále první pomoc, léčba, prevence a prognóza. Další část jsou základní údaje o nemocné, průběh onemocnění, vyšetřovací metody a terapie . V ošetřovatelské části je popsán ošetřovatelský proces a charakteristika modelu M. Gordonové. Podle tohoto modelu jsem zhodnotila celkový stav pacientky. Stanovila jsem ošetřovatelské diagnózy ve 2. dni hospitalizace, krátkodobý a dlouhodobý plán ošetřovatelské péče. Součástí práce je i psychologická část a kapitola věnovaná edukaci, v tomto případě hlavně rodičům pacientky.

Doing Business of the Czech Trade Corporations in Mexico - Analysis, Opportunities, Recommendations.

The goal of the graduation thesis is an attempt to extend to all the persons interested in entrepreneurship in Mexico current information concerning this issue. Preamble of the work constitutes a brief characteristics of the country including a short historical review. A fundamental chapter of the thesis is dedicated to the business ambient follows. Its specificity have been analysed on the basis of two different methods - PEST method and SWOT method. Further, there are surveyed promising sectors of the Mexican economy in light of investment and foreign trade and all that with respect to the opportunities for the Czech business corporations. A separate chapter is dedicated to the process of entrepreneur's penetration the Mexican market and its terms. The graduation thesis is also focused on characteristics of particular institutions engaged in the field of foreign trade and investment which can give an advisory opinion or help to the clients. A part of the work is also a list of contact addresses of the entities mentioned in the thesis. Closing chapter presents concrete subvention examples of the Czech corporations export activities.

The analysis of retail network in Hořovice

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the retail network in Hořovice and evaluate whether the number of retail units correspond to the number of the population. It deals with the shopping facilities and retail networks, especially with the assortment of groceries. The first part focuses on theoretical basis, which is necessary for the retail network analysis of the city. There is mentioned retail and its segmentation, the theory of regional analysis and the methods used in it and the characteristic of types of single retail units. The second part describes the region and the town Hořovice. There is a brief history of the city, geographic and demographic data, social and cultural factors, housing situation in the city and some economic data. The third chapter is devoted to research. First there is indicated the location and characteristics of retail units and then are analyzed the results from the own research.

The diploma thesis analyzes the marketing strategy of the company Plzeňský Prazdroj a.s. The first part of the study deals with an analysis of privatization in the nineties, a characteristics of the current owner, SABMiller plc, and description of each brand of the product portfolio. The second chapter focuses on the analysis of international marketing strategy of the company. The subject of the third chapter is an analysis of the French market. The final chapter describes the marketing strategy of the company Bieres d Europe, which is, like Plzeňský Prazdroj a.s., a subsidiary of SABMiller plc.

Enhancing parental competencies for children with developmental dysphasia

ANNOTATION: This thesis is concerned with problems of parents with children suffering from specific language impainnent, with their parental competencies and their fortification. The thesis consists of six individual chapters. The first four chapters are theoretical, aimed at definition of basic tenns such as family, disability, speech therapy, cooperation of the speech therapist with the family of a child suffering from SLI. The fourth chapter features an analysis of accessible foreign parental programmes and also a brief characterization of domestic citizen-action public providing logopaedic or other care to people with disabilities. The fifth chapter includes an own support programme for parents of children with specific language impairment. The sixth chapter is of practical orientation; it consists of an analysis of an inquiry via questionnaire. Parents of children with specific language impainnent are the respondents of this inquiry. The aim of the above mentioned inquiry is to ascertain demand for parental support courses.
