Stankay, Michal ; Gála, Libor (advisor) ; Kafka, Daniel (referee)
In this diploma thesis, I conduct a research into approaches to consolidating data base and source code base of the Techno.cz webserver, which is the subject of the consolidation. By consolidation I mean bringing the server into the state where documentation is produced according to given requirements, data base is changed in order to improve data structure and consistency and source code base is reorganised in order to unify source code upon one platform, improve file system organization and remove problematic characteristics of the source code in general. The goals of this thesis are to create and describe general process of consolidation, sequence and contents of its steps; to describe contents of consolidation in given areas: documentation, data base and source code base; to describe actual steps made to achieve the final state of the server. My approach to accomplishing these goals is the study of relevant literature and usage of my practical experience in the field of web development. My contribution to the topic is the creation of the general consolidation process that has a potential to be reused by similar projects. Another contribution may be the description of handling the risks and problems that emerged during the consolidation process. This topic may find itself as a valuable source of knowledge for fellow developers facing similar issues. The thesis is divided into eight chapters. After the introduction chapter 2 follows. Chapter 2 describes parameters of the Techno.cz webserver. Chapter 3 discusses software engineering methodologies in order to create suitable consolidation process. Chapter 4, 5, 6 discuss particular fields of consolidation: documentation, data base and source code. In chapter 7 I am trying to assess suitability of created processes and approaches for usage in future development. In the conclusion I summarize the thesis according to required structure.

Lazarovová, Jana ; Kaplan, Aleš (advisor) ; Petr, Miroslav (referee)
Title: Analysis ofmen's and women's sport peďormance in 100 meter dash. Name: Jana Lazarovova Aim: The aim of the thesis was to analyse and compare the structure of men's and women's sport peďormance in 100 meter dash at the Czech Champioships in Olomouc 2003, in Plzen 2004 and in Kladno 2005. We compared the resultant time of particular finalists, their intervals, speed, the number, length and frequency of their steps. The collected data should show us the weak points ofthe competitors. Methods: In the methodology we analyse the peďormance through six factors which we use in videorecording. (videorecording- 25 pictures I second- 6 factors). Values of the factors determine speed skills of sprinters (reaction time, acceleration, maximum speed, speed endurance). At the analysis of the peďormance we find out the portion of each factor influencing runner's speed (length and frequency of steps, etc.) 100 meter dash is evaluated on 1O meter sections, which enables to gain detailed information about analysed factors: 1. Running time at any section 2. Time ofevery 1Ometer section 3. Speed in each section (mls) 4. The number ofsteps in each section ( n) 5. Length ofsteps in each section ( m) 6. Frequency ofsteps in each section ( nls) Results: First ofall, we analysed men's and women's peďormance of 100...

The aim of the thesis is to develop a methodology for the proper compilation of accounts and financial statements for a selected nonprofit organization. For a non-profit organization is selected territorial self-governing unit, the Town of Oloví. The theoretical part of the work on the basis of study of scientific literature and current legislation is first engaged in the management and it is division on the management of private and public, where the biggest emphasis on territorial self-governing units, the municipalities. In the next part of the work explains the basic concepts related to the issue, which gradually builds the process cut off entries, the work ending with the financial statements and the obligations resulting from it. Own part of the thesis uses both theoretical experience acquired by studying the professional literature and practical experience gained within professional practice. The practical part gradually passes through the different steps of the cut off entries work and their follow-up of the financial statements. Individual activities are first practically described how after page of postings, so after the site specific calculations, when they are used the specific data of the financial statements of the City of Oloví for the year 2015. Subsequently, for each step created a detailed methodology for easy and correct assembly of the accounts and financial statements of the Town of Oloví. This methodology is prepared for the specific needs of the Town of Oloví, and therefore not every municipality to fully comply.

Laser standards for interferometry and stable frequencies distribution
Hrabina, Jan
Optical frequency references - absorption cells - represent an unique tool for frequency stabilization of the laser sources. Their spectral properies define overall quality of the stabilized laser, so these properties must be precisely controlled and verified. One of the most used absorption media in the visible spectral range is molecular iodine. It offers wide and reach spectra of very narrow and strong transitions so many types of laser standards can be realized on base of this media. Testing of final properties of iodine absorption cells is traditionaly based on two methods - laser induced fluorescence method (LIF) and evaluation of absolute frequency shifts of the iodine stabilized laser (beatnote measurement). Unfortunately both of these methods have few limitations and disadvantages - in case of high-quality cells the LIF method reaches its resolution limits, the beatnote method needs quite complicated optical setup. We present a novel approach for the iodine cells quality evaluation based on measurement of hyperfine transition linewidths - the impurities in absorption media cause line broadening of the transitions. Pilot measurement shows that presented method achieves a very good sensitivity to the iodine purity and together with a need of relatively simple setup can be considered as a novel method for absorption cells quality verification.

Mini-whip antenna
Pařízek, Tomáš ; Lukeš, Zbyněk (referee) ; Raida, Zbyněk (advisor)
The thesis deals with the impedance matching of electrically very short antennas to the real resistance 50 . The antenna is considered as an input of an emitter follower, which plays the role of the impedance transformer. This follower transforms a large complex input impedance, which is typical for electrically short antennas, to a real output resistance. The output impedance was matched by appropriate matching circuitry to 50 in the frequency band of operation.

Support of real-time services in recent 3G mobile networks
Vinkler, Lukáš ; Mácha, Tomáš (referee) ; Novotný, Vít (advisor)
This Master’s thesis is focused on the recent 3G mobile networks. The first chapter describes an evolution of standardization 3G and surveys a gradual development of 3G networks in Czech Republic from a point of view of commercially launched technologies and assigned frequency spectrums for single mobile operators. UMTS and CDMA 2000 are briefly approached in next subchapters. The subchapter CDMA 2000 is briefly concentrated on architecture and a physical layer of this technology and characterizes main features of four revises of developmental branch CDMA 2000 1x EV-DO. The subchapter UMTS is especially focused on a comparison of air interfaces TD-CDMA and W-CDMA. New features were implemented to the recent system UMTS for a better support of real-time services. These features increasing a throughput and decreasing a delay are described in a chapter Technology HSPA. This chapter chooses the most important features and describes changes (in a control and architecture) which had to be implemented. First chapter is finished by technology WiMAX. The most recent perspective cell systems are compared with WiMAX in this subchapter and qualitative parameters of WiMAX are shown there. The three different 3G technologies (UMTS-FDD, UMTS-TDD and CDMA 2000) are lunched in Czech Republic. The second chapter briefly compares coverage of three czech mobile operators (Telefónica O2, T-Mobile and U:fon) and then presents results of qualitative parameters of used 3G technologies. The simulation conducted by software IxChariot were focused on to gauge parameters like throughput, delay, jitter, lost data, MLR and DF. The conditions for providing real-time services were specified based on simulations that were practically checked. The lab composed in last chapter should bring closer to students technology UMTS-TDD launched by T-Mobile. The students will measure the qualitative parameters of this technology with the assistance of commonly available tools.

Magnetic Loop Antenna with Electronic Tuning for Frequencies below 30MHz
Svoboda, Luděk ; Vágner, Petr (referee) ; Urbanec, Tomáš (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor's project was realization of a tuning system with complete software and testing of the system's functionality and parameters of antenna. The system is divided into two parts, tuner and controller. The tuner implements change of circuit capacity by switching capacitor series. For switching is used transistor with small transitional capacity but small maximal collector current, too. This parameter restricts the use of system. The second part, controller, uses microcontroller AT89C2051. The microcontroller switches capacitors (and thus sets frequency) according to requests sent from PC with control software. The functionality was checked by tests with network analyzer.
