Regarding the difficulties of multicriterion decison process, when quantitative and qualitative criterions enter to the decision-making, and regarding the fact, that for optimalization of quantitative criterions exist many well accessible instruments, the aim of this thesis is the layout of a new model, which will evaluate only qualitative criterions in chosen localities. Submitted model is based on the expert system's principle and it compile through statistical enquiry empirical knowledge of more than 110 experts -- logistical managers, who evaluated localities for logistical entities during their praxis. Integral part of an expert system, knowledge base, contains 57 characteristics divided into six groups, which enable evaluation of the locality appropriateness for the logistical entity. Schöttner, Jan ; Kybalová, Jana (advisor) ; Mádl, Martin (referee) ; Brožová, Jarmila (referee)
Nový Svět Glass Factory in Harrachov represented the best of what was achieved in the field of refined glass production in the first half of the 19th century, not only in the technological arena, but also in the artistic one. Absolutely key in achieving these extraordinary results lies within the personality of Johann Pohl, who had ran the glass factory between 1808-1850. Pohl was not just an expert in the area of glass technology, but he was also an extraordinary administrator and economist. And he showed the same talent as a glass refiner. His exceptional artistic sensibility helped him precisely to figure out the exact proportion, tectonics and refinement of the manufactured products. Of the technological innovations that the glass factory introduced during this period, the most important was the melting of ceramic incrustations into the glass. The factory was already able to handle this perfectly by the end of the 1820s, making it the equal of the French and English glass producers of the time.At the same time, the production of colored glass prevailed over clear glass, because it better served the aesthetic demands of customers, or rather, of buyers and merchants. The Harrachov Glass Factory was among the leaders in this field in Central Europe, as its range of colored molten glasses was respectable....

Respondents were professional paramedics as well as students of University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice. The result from the research part is a statement that layman rescuers are not able to provide adequate assistance in time of cardiac arrest, and professional paramedics slightly differ compared to new recommended procedures during a cardiac arrest. SOSNOVCOVÁ, Eva
Over a billion people, more than 15% of the world's population, have some form of disability. For the present time is in the care of persons with disabilities typically comprehensive and coordinated approach. However, there are other views and approaches that emphasize e.g. to specific access a particular facility. Extremely important is the involvement of parents not only to take care about their own children with disabilities, but also in decision- making process when they are needed to create sufficient space for their own view on the issue. The first chapter deals with disability. The individual sub-sections analyze the distribution of disability. The second chapter is devoted to the concept of family, its functionality and the types of. The third and final chapter of the theoretical part is devoted to social services. The research I used a qualitative method, the results came through I half structure interview. I examined two research files. The first was facilities that provide homes for people with disabilities. The first one was from Kutná Hora and the second one from Odlochovice. The second research sample consists of mothers of children with physical and multiple disabilities from around Kutná Hora. The aim of my thesis is to compare the complexity of care in specialized centers and home care. The research results showed that parents spend time with theit children full, but do not feel state support. I concentrated on total client base, which I examined through interviews with employees in facilities. The interviews revealed that the facilities are better adapted to the interests of clients, they providing them more comprehensive care here. Although the parents adapt their life and home to their children, but it is not easy for them to find suitable and meaningful use of leisure time for their children. Parents met with state and society indifference. In Kutná Hora and its surroundings is not enough leisure acitivitie for adults and children with physical or multiple disabilities. My thesis could be used as a small probe into the problems of parents of children and adults with disabilities. This thesis I would like to provide social office that this issue deals in the Kutná Hora and its surroindings, due to improvement of this situation.
