The role of co-operatives in social economy

This master's thesis aims to introduce the concept of social economy, the development and the status of the social economy organizations in France and the Czech Republic, in particular the structure, history, finacial resources and legal framework of cooperatives, one of the four key parts of social economy. By comparison of sectors in both states it explaines the present situation and aims to suggest new chalenges and inspiration for the implementation process of social economy concept and cooperatives in the Czech Republic.

Theory and practice of Czech bilingual specialized dictionaries

The thesis deals with the theory and practice of bilingual specialized lexicography, with special focus on the production of bilingual specialized dictionaries intended for Czech users. The main objective is to propose an original methodology for the compilation of Czech-English and EnglishCzech LSP dictionaries (with possible application to other foreign languages). The methodology aims at the introduction of the latest trends in pedagogical lexicography, as presented in the leading ESL dictionaries, into specialized lexicography. The thesis is complete with an original lexicographic project illustrating the individual points made. The initial part of the thesis discusses of the main aspects and principles of the discipline of specialized lexicography, clarifying the basic concepts and comparing the state of research in the Western countries with the situation in the Czech Republic. This critical overview is followed by an analysis of the character of Czech bilingual specialized dictionaries based on a sample of 25 recently published dictionaries of a wide variety of subject fields. This project is about the evolution of organization Sokol Vysehrad from its birth in 1890 to the beginning ofthe World War Two. It goes into details about the events which affected the beginnings of this association in the lead by the principalleaders and its activities during the next years. The project shows the influence of Sokol idea among the people and the financial, social and cultural situation in this part ofPrague. The text includes the course of events in the Czech Sokol Community and the important historie events in the Czech countries. The most important event was the World War One, the Formation ofthe Independent Czechoslovak Republic and the events leading up to the World War Two. "Moravian" hidden Church

The aim of the text is a description of the causes of creation, functioning and especially activities, of "Moravian" hidden Church. For these purposes 16 interviews were collected using oral history method. These interviews were analyzed through Grounded theory method. As the basic factors affecting the activity of "Moravian" hidden Church the analysis indicated: the degree of openness of activities and measure of their own individual initiative. The thesis consists of five chapters. The introduction presents state of research, described the sources from which it was drawn, it also presented the methodology and definitions based on the methodology. The second chapter introducesthe basic terms fundamental for conceptual point of view. The third chapter describes the context changes and trends within the Catholic Church in the twentieth century, chronologically, of course, it also describes the situation of the Catholic Church in communist Czechoslovakia. The fourth chapter in the first part deals with hidden Church phenomenon in Czech landsand then brings the history, specifics and characteristics of "Moravian" branches, including the integration process. The possibilities of raising children by homosexual couple

The bachelor thesis deals with the education of children by homosexual couples. The theme of the work. I have chosen primarily because the education of children by homosexuals is a particularly sensitive subject and liable to make it in the future solved. The work is divided into two parts, namely the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part defines homosexuality, describing its different types, both in terms of gender and in terms of the feelings of the individual. It analyzes the theories of homosexuality. It talk also about homophobia and discrimination.The next section is devoted to the family. It deals with the functions and behavioral characteristics. Finally, it focuses on foster care presents arguments for and against gay parenting couples. It summarizes the various legal standards in this area, not only in this country but also the EU and around the world.The aim was to find out what are the options for gay couples in the Czech Republic, they can become homo parents, whether there are differences in the attitude to the child between the feminine and masculine gender, as if we can talk about a specific model to issues of educational values in the Czech gay families and also if u studied pairs are concerns of pathologies in children raised by homosexual couples such as bullying, violence, alcoholism or drug addiction.For processing the empirical part, the chosen method of qualitative research, the technique of group discussion. Elected were semi-structured interview, which allows to combine the advantages of structured and unstructured interview. The survey covered three lesbian couples and three gay couples in my vicinity.The obtained data were processed by the encoding. Written in the course of discussion was analyzed and divided into areas corresponding research questions. Within these areas were highlighted specific questions, which served to identify adequate responses, which were subsequently provided with codes. The following codes were then derived the conclusion of this work.The result brings information about a form of education in the education of children by homosexual couples. Positive in this case is the shift from a social taboo elimination, the adoption of children by homosexual couples education as unquestioned part of theirlives. It also provides information about whether gay and lesbian couples actually stands for children, either your own or adopted.Based on this work, we can say that gay couples and lesbian couples of children standing. To some extent, their opinion is influenced by life situations in which they find as finance. Another reason that this situation affects them whether they are prepared to do their surroundings.

Czech Lands' Thirty Years War Mercenary's Life

This thesis deals with life of mercenaries during the Thirty Years' War. It is focused on the situation in central Europe and especially in the Czech lands. The main part of the thesis concentrates on the appearance of military camps which is reconstructed based on normative sources, ego-documents, folk songs and period artistic literature, paintings and drawings. To introduce the topic I describe various types of soldiers in the Habsburg army and the subordination of the army. One chapter is meant to work as a guide through the life of a mercenary - about his living in the army from his recruitment up to his discharge. We mention the material equipment and soldiers clothing as well. Women were a usual part of the army, therefore I also pay attention to them. The main topic of the work is military camp, therefore a description of its appearance is given, describing the arrangement of all its parts. I mention tents, markets and inns. I also deal with camp life's negatives, for example with diseases or activities condemned by the contemporary moral. Military law is briefly described as well. I also mention administrative officers who are responsible for the aspects of military life related to the camps. Fisheries policy: Analysis of Economics policy in Fisheries for Economic Development in selected countries

The aim of thesis is to examine the impact of fisheries policy on sustainable growth of sources of fish stocks and the economic growth of three selected countries: New Zealand, Peru and Japan in time period since 1990 to 2013. The theoretical part defines basic concepts, strategies and policies. This section explains the right, wealth or culture based management models of fisheries. The practical part is focused on analysing influence of fisheries on economic growth and its indicators in the period of 1990 to 2013 for selected countries. This thesis analyses the situation of fisheries, including historical development, current situation and the importance of fishing in the selected economies. In this part the thesis presents investigation of the effectiveness of various policies and subsequently comments recommendations for improving the situation of fisheries in the future. The work is performed by using descriptive, comparative and factorial analysis and using data published by statistical offices, ministries of selected areas and international organizations such as FAO, UN and OECD.

The sources and the donors of the development aid are described; special attention has been paid to the international organisations, to the European Union and to the development aid provided by France and the Czech Republic. The aim of this thesis is to present the critical state of Education in former French colonies in Africa and the effort to solve the situation made by international organizations and France in particular. The main sources of information are the international studies and evaluation reports elaborated by the expert teams of the United Nations and the World Bank, together with direct personal experience made in the described countries. The integration of 2nd generation Vietnamese children in the Czech society

This thesis focuses on the issue of integration of the second generation of Vietnamese children in Czech society, particularly in primary education. In order to understand the Vietnamese community in the Czech Republic it is necessary to become acquainted with the country of origin in the first place. In the theoretical part, the fundamental theoretical concepts related to the topic of Vietnamese history, culture and education are presented. The thesis outlines the differences between the Czech society and the Vietnamese language, traditions and holidays. Furthermore, the history of Czech- Vietnamese relations and knowledge of the Vietnamese community in the Czech Republic are mentioned. The main part of the thesis is devoted to education and it also includes the model of education in Vietnam, attitudes towards education in both countries and the typical problems of the integration of Vietnamese children in Czech primary schools. These common problems often stem from a variety of situations which could render the Vietnamese integration into the Czech society difficult.
