The theoretical part solves leading of installations and layout of sanitary facilities in boarding house. The technical part solves the internal distribution of plumbing installations in the boarding house.

This proposal called "development of VTP and CTT Vysočina” counts with the intention of building a science and technology park , which under different conditions will test composition of crop input parameters for biogas production and energy utilization . The aim of the thesis was to design a building of Science and Technology Park and laboratories which has a very simple and logically arranged disposition but also representative exterior which creates a strong industrial character . VTPL building is designed as one and partly two-storey building which consist of one two-storey blocks and three single-storey blocks, which gradually shrink and copy the triangular shaped site. The building was designed in a way to ensure a smooth transition of materials from technological objects into the VTPL building and then to individual laboratories and offices . To achieve expression of industrial building was covered in aluminum composite siding.
Semi-detached House in Třebíč Nehradov

The subject of this Bachelor´s thesis is a semi-detached house. The Thesis is composed in a form of implementing project documentation. Designed building is situated on plots 135/147, 135/150 in Třebíč Nehradov in Podklášteří. Buildings are single-storeys with a residential attic and there aren´t cellars. The houses are merged by garages on the boundary . The emphasis is placed to design functional disposition of two separate residential units. There are two constructional systems of the building – Velox and Heluz. The roof construction is gabled with unusual shape. There are four sunroofs in the roof.
Detached House with Design Office

The subject of this Bachelor´s thesis is a detached house with design office. The Thesis is composed in a form of implementing project documentation. Designed building is situated on plots number 1926/5 and 1926/6 in Rudíkov. The detached house is without basement, consists of two floors. The emphasis is placed to design functional disposition of two separate building units – residental and commercial. The building is designed from system KM BETA. The construction of the rooftop is shed roof with slope of 14°, there is designed a flat roof at the commercial part of the building.

Appartment Rent and the Influencing Factors in Selected Areas in Zilina

The diploma thesis focuses on the analysis of real estate market in Žilina, Slovakia. The aim of the thesis is to compare the rents of flats situated in three different localities and to examine the factors determining them. The data obtained in the research are sorted out into five categories according to floor space. The findings are summarized in tables and charts, emphasizing the factors determining the rent.
Rent Rates for Flats in Jihlava and the Influencing Factors in 2017 and 2018

This diploma thesis is focused on the analysis and comparison of rental flats in Jihlava and factors that influence the amount of rent. The work contains text and graphics part. For the analysis were used dispositions 1+kk, 1+1, 2+kk, 2+1, 3+kk a 3+1. The assessment of these dispositions is given in the tables and graphs. The result of the thesis is the evaluation of the factors which influence the price of rental flats.

The theoretical part solves question about preparation and distribution of hot utility water. The work also focuses on possible solutions of the given specialization. The technical part solves the internal distribution of the sanitary technology in the selected variant.
The Influence of Individual Factors on the Selling Price of Real Estate in Selected Localities

The work is focused on changing the price while including criteria that are a priority for people who plan to buy an apartment. The main intention was to find out how the price will change compared to the analysis carried out in the bachelor's thesis, where the price was determined only according to dispositions. The work is therefore focused on four localities, which are the cities of Olomouc, Zlín, Liberec and Hradec Králové. Two on the territory of Moravia and two on the territory of Bohemia. The entire work is divided into 8 parts. The first 5 parts include the theoretical part. In the first part, basic concepts are discussed in detail. In the second real estate valuation. In the third, basic activities and subjects of the real estate market. The fourth segments of the real estate market and the fifth briefly the relationship with the financial sector. The others then represent the practical part, where the solved localities are presented in detail in the sixth chapter. In the seventh is a marketing survey and in the eighth is the aforementioned analysis of the real estate market itself.
