Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na analýzu a porovnání nájemného bytů v Jihlavě a faktorů, které mají vliv na výši nájemného. Práce obsahuje textovou i grafickou část. Pro analýzu byly použity dispozice 1+kk, 1+1, 2+kk, 2+1, 3+kk a 3+1. Zhodnocení těchto dispozic uvedené v přehledných tabulkách a grafech. Výsledkem práce je zhodnocení faktorů, které mají vliv na cenu nájemného bytů. This diploma thesis is focused on the analysis and comparison of rental flats in Jihlava and factors that influence the amount of rent. The work contains text and graphics part. For the analysis were used dispositions 1+kk, 1+1, 2+kk, 2+1, 3+kk a 3+1. The assessment of these dispositions is given in the tables and graphs. The result of the thesis is the evaluation of the factors which influence the price of rental flats.
