Předmětem této bakalářské práce je novostavba rodinného domu s projekční kanceláří. Práce je zpracovaná ve formě prováděcí projektové dokumentace. Navržený objekt je umístěn na pozemcích parc. č. 1926/5 a 1926/6 v Rudíkově. Jedná se o nepodsklepený, dvoupodlažní, samostatně stojící dům. Důraz je kladen na návrh funkčního dispozičního řešení dvou provozně oddělených jednotek - bytové a nebytové. Budova je navržena ze systému KM BETA. Konstrukce střechy je u bytové části pultová se sklonem 14°, u nebytové části objektu je navržena střecha plochá. The subject of this Bachelor´s thesis is a detached house with design office. The Thesis is composed in a form of implementing project documentation. Designed building is situated on plots number 1926/5 and 1926/6 in Rudíkov. The detached house is without basement, consists of two floors. The emphasis is placed to design functional disposition of two separate building units – residental and commercial. The building is designed from system KM BETA. The construction of the rooftop is shed roof with slope of 14°, there is designed a flat roof at the commercial part of the building.
