Evaluation of effectiveness of designed and implemented land consolidation

The thesis deals with the state of the territory in the Českokrumlovsko-region before the land consolidation and the design and implementation state. As model land consolidation, the comprehensive land consolidation of Přídolí was chosen with a detailed examination of the plan of the common facilities. Individual measures in the plan of the common facilities were studied in the design, evaluated in the terrain and possibly supplemented by further proposals. The reconnaissance showed that the elements suggested in the selected land consolidation do not correspond with the real state. The acquired results were generalized for the projection of the comprehensive land consolidation. The problem turned out to be a fact, that the most suggested measures remain unimplemented.

Návrh naučné stezky v území obce Ostrov u Macochy

This diploma thesis addresses recreation, relaxation and spending of free time in CHKO Moravsky kras, particularly in the Ostrov u Macochy community. In the area of the community there are many natural attractions, significant architectural objects and interesting tourist attractions. On the basis of field surveys of the territory and sociological surveys a 8,3 km long nature trail was designed on which 11 information boards are situated. The method of marking the trail, layout of the individual information panels, supporting infrastructure and possible sources of funding is addressed in the thesis. The nature trail was designed in compliance with the interest of the community, nature conservation bodies but also the users. All the materials and proposals can be used as the basis for implementation of the nature trail or structure serving for recreation in the community.

The Municipal Association of pensioners CZ, České Budějovice as one of options for spending leisure time during our retirement

This thesis is concerned with the issues of spending leisure time by the seniors within The Municipal Association of pensioners CZ, České Budějovice, which unites seniors and accordingly to its possibilities offers them activities for spending leisure time. The thesis explains basic concepts and specifics concerning old age, introduces demands on spending leisure time in the old age and also brings a more detailed look at the leisure time activities which the mentioned organization offers. The thesis includes a research focused on active members of The Municipal Association of pensioners CZ, České Budějovice and deals with the question whether the leisure time activities provide the seniors self-realization and necessary social integration. By the carried out research it was confirmed that the organization brings the seniors natural relationship network and friends. The research also proved that the offer of leisure time activities allows universal spending of leisure time and helps to keep the seniors active. As a result of evaluation of the research the thesis offers suggestions on improving or extension of the leisure time activities so that they better correspond to the needs of the members of The Municipal Association of pensioners CZ, České Budějovice.

Species requirements on the structure of European mountain Norway spruce forest

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to summarize conteporary studies about the biological and ecological characteristics and demands of the plant, animal and fungi species inhabiting montane Norway spruce forests, especially those of the red-list species.
An extensive systematic review was conducted as a part of this study, with a systematic research of Web of Science database, finding science studies containing key words referencing to high montane spruce forest and biotope demands of organisms. Out of a total 475 studies found in a Web of Science database, 57 studies were chosen with objectiv criteria, and 44 were cited in the bachelor thesis.
Bachelor thesis chapters were dedicated to functional groups of organisms, as often found in studied literature, i.e. vascular plants, fungi, lichenes and epiphytes, arthropods and nematodes, birds, mammals and amphibians.
Several structural key elements were found to be significant for the abundance, biodiversity and species composition of organisms inhabiting high montane spruce forest. These key elements are forest structure, deadwood, admixture tree species and environment pollution.

National Park Sumava - Hiking Activities in the Zeleznorudsko-Prasilsko Region after 1989.

Název práce: Národní park Šumava-vývoj turistických aktivit v oblasti Železnorudsko a Prášilsko po roce 1989. National park Sumava-development of turistika activities in Zeleznorudsko-Prasilsko region after 1989. Cíl práce: Pokusit se zmapovat příčiny specifického vývoje Šumavy a doložit je získanými daty a rozborem vývojových zákonitostí. Následně vypracovat možnosti různých způsobů řešení dalšího rozvoje cykloturistiky, lyžařských a blízce souvisejících turistických aktivit v iterakci s ochranou přírody na následující období. Metoda hodnocení: Podklady pro hodnocení jsme získali rešerší literatury a dlouhodobým monitoringem. Zjištěné hodnoty byly zaneseny do grafů a analyzovány. Výsledky: Ze studie vyplynul neustále přetrvávající dynamický a většinový rozvoJ cykloturistických a lyžařských aktivit před ostatními turisty. Cyklisté a lyžaři tvoří 70% z celkového počtu návštěvníků. Zároveň můžeme konstatovat, že Národní park Šumava patří mezi celkově nejnavštěvovanější oblasti naší země, a to zejména z důvodů husté sítě kvalitních cyklotras s příznivými profilovými podmínkami. Všechny tyto důvody nás nutily a nutí vytvářet návrhy možných způsobů řešení pro udržení, nebo lépe zlepšení, vzájemné kooperace turistických aktivit a ochrany přírody, jež jsou v práci uvedeny. Corporate Performance Analysis Using the Maple System

This bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of company´s performance using the economic ratios and time series. Firstly it was created the easily operating application - maplet, due to the Maple computer system, for the corresponding calculation and graphical projection. The thesis contains the proposals and suggestions for the improvement of financial company´s situation, what is included in the calculations and projections mentioned and they can next be used for the changes of planned strategies in future.

Statistical analysis of the development of tourism in Kutná Hora region and its prospects

The bachelor work analyzes the development of tourism in the most important sights of Kutná Hora. In the theoretical part are defined important terms and organizations that contribute to the development of tourism. The development of number of visitors (cathedral of saint Barbora, church Všech svatých with ossuary and kathedral Nanebevzetí Panny Marie a sv. Jana Křtitele) is at first characterised by means of basic characteristics of time series. The estimates of the number of visitors in the year 2016 are then calculated by using trend functions. There were used three of them linear, quadratic and exponential and then, based on the highest value of the determination index, the one that best corresponds with the trend in the number of visitors was chosen. Next, the development in the number of collective accommodation facilities, rooms and beds in the district of Kutná Hora between the years 2009 and 2014 was researched. After that, the development of the number of guests and overnight stays in the years 2013 and 2014 was analysed and the total number was divided into two categories residents and nonresidents. Based on the analyzes were formulated suggestions and recommendations for further development of tourism in the region of Kutna Hora. The underlying data for these analyses were obtained from the Czech Statistical Office, the Roman Catholic parish archdeanery Kutná Hora and the Roman Catholic parish of Sedlec.

Risk management in the Company Technické služby Jeseník a.s.

This diploma thesis deals with the risk management issue of a projection of regional aqua-park Jeseník, with the aim to identify risks connected with realization of this project. This particular process of risk management adjustment is isolated proceeding with its characteristics, and expertise, with replenishing purpose of project management awareness for possible risks, and their impacts on the project and its surroundings. Using a system approach and risk management weaknesses, which are the most threatening for the project as well as financial formulation of particular risks, are identified. Attending matters of risks, strategies, which will be used for the utmost elimination of doubts from the realization, emerged. Proposals and disposals refer to advantages, and urgency of applying risk management processes along with system thinking for management, which corresponds with the particular project.
