Tato práce je zaměřena na služby poskytované v různých ubytovacích zařízeních. Cílem práce je zanalyzování všech podmínek trhu a vnitřního prostředí vybrané organizace, následně vytvořit návrhy změn, které slouží ke zlepšení managementu služeb ve vybraném hotelu. Navržené změny korespondují s aktuálními trendy v hotelovém průmyslu a se zjištěnými výsledky analýz použitých v práci. The thesis is focused on all kinds of services in different types of accommodation. The aim of the thesis is to analyse all conditions of a marketplace and domestic market of the selected company and design proposals, which serve to improve hotel services management. These proposals correspond with actual trends in hotel industry and with analysis results detected in this theses.
