Sales Contract

This essay deals with the issue of sales contracts with focus on the contracts concluded in international trade. The essay builds on the basic legislation governing the purchase contract, namely the Czech Commercial Code and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and is complemented by a range of practical knowledge. The work primarily deals with making of sales contracts and its terms and includes a chapter on delivery terms, since it is an important part of contracts in international trade and since there was a new edition of the international rules of interpretation of delivery terms Incoterms 2010.

Unprofessional film-making and copyright law

Main goal of this work was to map the area of copyright law connected with nonprofessional film-making. Due to fast expansion of the internet and digital media, the number of non-professional film-makers is increasing rapidly. And copyright law is not able to react on this change. Temporary Czech copyright law is strongly developed, with strong position of colective administrators of copyrights. For non-professional use is this situation quite unsuitable. Copyright laws are too strict and complicated and collective administrators are focused on professional use. The result is massive infringement of copyright laws. One of the answers is the Creative Commons iniciative, which proposed few licenses, based od copyright laws. These licenses can be published along with the artwork to encourage potential user to use the work without asking permission. Author can choose what rights would be limited, for example commercial use, or making derivative works. This bachelors work proves that Creative Commons licenses are good choice for non-professional film-maker. They bring simplicity and null costs, in comparison with complicated and expensive licensing from collectively administrated rights.

Title of work: Methodology of snowboarding - Digital processing Object of thesis: The point of this thesis is to make a model of DVD presentation, which should present complete methodical series that could be used for teaching sport called snowboarding. Methods: Analyse of printed or non-printed (electronic) documents. Production of texts for DVD presentation Production of video records. Creation of scenarios Selection of camcoder Editing video records Option of terrain Production of model DVD presentation. Creation of program interface Creation of computer graphics Results: Snowboarding is sport with huge complex of skills which we need to train continuously with constant repeating alias these skills are good to practice. The DVD can be used by beginners as an introduction to snowboarding, or the more advanced snowboarders for making their techniques more perfect or to enlarge their knowledge of this nice sport.
