Employees' motivation and emloyees' benefits

The subject of this bachelor thesis is analysing methods how to stimulate and motivate employees. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the concept of motivation, concepts close to motivation and selected existing theories of motivation. It also deals with employee benefits, function, division and benefits which are frequently offered to employees. The practical part of the thesis, mainly based on written and online questionnaires, concentrates on motivation of employees at Nedcon Bohemia, s.r.o. The aim of this thesis is to analyse what motivation means and to assess its impact on employees' motivation, job performance and satisfaction.
Analysis of the employee benefits in Czech Television

The barcherol thesis is focused on an issue concerning providing employee benefits. First part is dedicated to theoretical approach to various methods in providing the benefits to employees, classification of benefits, its purpose and implications for taxes. The second part introduces Česká televize specific benefit program. This part is also focused on research of employees motivation and satisfaction with this particular benefit program. Goal of the thesis is to find out what benefits are the most popular in terms of employee's motivation and also which are not so important for them. Another conclusion is to find out what would be some new types of benefits which Česká televize employees would appreciate and eventually propose specific improvement to the benefit program. This analysis was conducted using questionnaire prepared in cooperation with HR department of ČT .therefore its possible to use some of the findings in practice.

The main objective of this thesis is to present system of employee benefits in specific company and according to the provided research judge the employee satisfaction with this system. The theoretical part of this bachelor's thesis defines the term employee benefits, their meaning, objectives, structure and the ways of providing. This part also deals with current trends in benefits and outsourcing. The practical part describes company Toyota Peugeot Citroën Automobile, s.r.o. and its system of employee benefits. Part of the practical part is also own research of employee satisfaction with benefits which company current offers to them. In the conclusion of this thesis are evaluate results of this research and complemented by potential suggestions for changes.

The aim of this thesis is also the introduction of the whole General Electric Company and the assessment of a survey conducted at GE Aviation Czech s.r.o., which focused on employee benefits.

The objective of the thesis is, based on the conclusions made on the implemented analyses and the information available, to offer the management of the company feedback in the form of suggestions, propositions, and measures which may contribute to the quality of processes regarding the company's personnel, especially with regards to hiring employees. Within this thesis, the current state and quality of personnel marketing, as well as the quality of the hiring process is analyzed in the company SSI Schäfer s.r.o. Subsequently, based on the results gathered from the questionnaire survey, propositions on various changes in the area of personnel marketing are made to the company. These include, for example, providing employee benefits through the Cafeteria system, as well as other suggestions that are likely to contribute to the improvement of the image and reputation of the company as an attractive employer on the job market.

This bachelor thesis is focused on compensation system matters in the company. The first part contains a review of literature that more approached the issues of compensation in greater detail. Literary Review explains basic concepts such as compensation, salary and employee benefits. The second part focuses on the ana-lysis of the compensation system in the company XY. To identify strength and weakness of compensation system, a survey was conductied amonngs a target group using a questionnnaire amongs employees a and operatos. The weaknes-ses were defined as: W1 insufficient employee benefits, W2 sales contests, W3 absence of progression of wages and W4 absence of "sick days". The strengths of the company included: S1 recruitment bonus, S2 DNK program, S3 basic time wage rate, and S4 performance rate. After evaluation analysis, proposals were forwar-ded to management for their consideration.

The theoretical part is concerned with legal measures of employee's benefits and the possibility of providing and their structure. The main point of view of describing each benefit is legal favourableness for both, employers and employees. The practical part shows the benefits on a particular company with real costs of employee's benefits for employers. There is also point of view of the employee and his costs beyond his salary. The discussion tries to suggest other possibilities of benefits, which can be counted into the existing incentive bonus.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to propose and recommend changes in the non-monetary remuneration of employees in different companies. The thesis is focused on the processing the issue of employee benefits under the applicable state law, with an emphasis on the tax burden on the employer side and on the employee side. The theoretical part consists of basic information about the issue of human resource management, employee benefits, legislative regulation of benefits, cafeteria system and an overview of provided employee benefits in the engineering sector. The result part describes the current status of providing employee benefits in the selected company, evaluation of questionnaire survey and analysis competitors in the sector. In the result part of the thesis is also drawn comparison of profitability of benefit and increase in wages from financial point of view. Based on the results of the questionnaire survey was proposed supplement of requested employee benefits and changes in the providing of employee benefits through the cafeteria system.

Svoboda, R. Employee benefits and their importance. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2014. In bachelor theses I consider problems of employee benefits. My work is di-vided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes type of employee benefits, legal adjustment of care for employee and tax and levy convenience for participants of the employment relationship. The practical part is focused on a comparison of employee benefits programs of two competing companies that operate in the environment of automotive industry. Comparison will be primarily in terms of tax and levy convenience with regards to their social politics. I will examine motivational effects of provided benefits based on survey. I will suggest a possible development of providing employee benefits in indi-vidual companies.

This thesis deals with the issues of employee benefits. Tax impacts of using individual types of benefits are detected, from the point of view of both employees and employers. Advantageousness of chosen benefits is afterwards supported by real company's data. For this purpose, a method of comparison with the most common type of reward, with increase in salaries, is used. A partial section of the thesis is dedicated to stock option plans. A law adjustment of this type of benefit in current tax legislation is discussed here. As a result, a new, more specific, legal tax adjustment and possible exemption, which could be utilized, is suggested.
