The Understanding of the Pupil in the Work of Comenius

This diploma thesis wants to elucidate the conception of a disciple in Comenius' work. It is based on analysis of his noted pedagogic materials: Velká didaktika, Nej novější metoda jazyků and Pampaedie. In all these works the disciple is someone, who learns from his teacher. The teacher precedes the disciple by his own example, he develops and cultivates the disciple's personality. In Pampaedia the conception includes the whole life period. Developing a Czech version of the Resilicence to Trauma Scale - Research Edition

5 Abstract Resilience, stressing out the positive aspects of personality and ways of finding sources of support for the development of the internal forces of an individual despite challenging life circumstances has been receiving more and more attention recently from both professionals and the public. Results of the resilience research are affecting theoretical concepts, however, also the areas of intervention, psychotherapy, counseling and prevention programs as well. The subject of theoretical part of the thesis was the introduction to theoretical concepts of resilience and topics related to it. A special attention has been paid to the resilience to the trauma, as well as the results of research concerning resilience sources, risk and protective factors. The specifics of resilience relating to a given age group were discussed in the theoretical part. The subject of the empirical part was to develop a Czech version of the Resilience to Trauma Scale - Research Edition (RTS-RE) and its explorative analysis in order to create a pilot version, which could become a basis for subsequent wider use in research on resilience. Ve vyspělých zemích je běžné, že firmy využívají veřejných podpor podnikání. Pomocí politiky finančních podpor se Evropská unie snaží o snižování rozdílů ve vyspělosti regionů. S novým programovacím obdobím se malým a středním podnikům v ČR otevřely větší možnosti čerpání finanční podpory ze strukturálních fondů na financování svých projektů, které by se jinak třeba ani nepodařilo realizovat. Cílem této diplomové práce je přiblížit koncept CRM, problematiku jeho financování ze strukturálních fondů, získání přehledu o programech, a zejména metodický postup jak získat podporu. Práce je rozčleněna do následujících sedmi kapitol. V úvodní kapitole je seznámení s tématem práce, zdůvodnění výběru tématu, definování cílů práce a omezení práce. Ve druhé kapitole je podána charakteristika CRM včetně situace na trhu, trendů a významu pro malé a střední podniky. Třetí kapitola se zabývá možnostmi spolufinancování z fondů EU. Další kapitola se soustředí na metodický postup spolufinancování z fondů EU a to včetně přípravy, záměru, žádostí, pokynů či hodnocení. Pátá kapitola detailně popisuje náležitosti projektu. V následující kapitole se nalézá anketa. Závěrečná kapitola shrnuje a hodnotí výsledky celé práce.

Selected issues of conflict of laws in international family law

This thesis is aimed at specific questions of conflict rules of the international family law. Specifically, it focuses on the conflict law rules of matrimonial law with an international element. It takes into account the domestic, as well as the international regulation and regulation of the European Union. The thesis is divided into eight chapters. It starts with an introduction, which is followed by the second chapter which deals with the concept of international family law and its sources. The third chapter devoted to a general explanation of the conflict rules including the most significant related terms, such as determining factor or public order. The fourth chapter is aimed at the legal regulation of concluding a marriage with respect of the conflict rules determining the law applicable in case of capacity to conclude a marriage, its validity and form. This chapter also deals with consular marriages and marriages concluded abroad in case of threat to life. The fifth chapter contains he conflict rules of personal and property situation of spouses. This chapter at the same time reflects a recent progress in this field as far as European Union law on property situation in marriage is concerned. The 2011 parliamentary elections in Turkey and their coverage in the Turkish press

In the present work we provide a research on the Turkish domestic politics before the 2011 parliamentary elections. A detailed analysis of three Turkish daily newspapers (Cumhuriyet, Zaman and Milliyet) enabled us to identify major elections-related topics that appeared in the Turkish press during the political campaign. Our aim is to compare reactions and positions of different political parties and evaluate how a particular topic was being covered in the newspapers. The work especially focuses on the project of a new Constitution, the Kurdish issue, the state of Turkish democracy, the pre-election scandals and the key points of the political agenda of leading parties. In order to reach a better understanding of the current situation we study also the historical context of electoral system in Turkey and the formation of main political parties.

EVIDENCE IN TAX PROCEEDINGS Abstract The purpose of the thesis is on one hand to provide an overall view of the issue of burden of proof in tax proceedings. On the other hand the thesis gives a detailed look into unclear and problematic provisions of the Tax Code concerning the burden of proof of tax subjects as well as that of tax administrators. The reason for my analysis is that number of questions related to the burden of proof in tax proceedings are very often matter of disputes between tax subjects and tax administrators which in many cases has to be decided by the Czech Supreme Administrative Court. The thesis is composed of four chapters, each of them dealing with different aspects of evidence. Chapter One is introductory and deals with evidence in proceedings in general. It also defines basic terminology used in the thesis such as evidence, basic principles of process, burden of production or burden of persuasion. The Chapter Two explains specifics of evidence in tax proceedings. Chapter Three deals with the definition of evidence and mentions different types of evidence in tax proceedings. Conditions of development of small company in tourism

This bachelor work is about condnitions of development of small and middle companies in tourism. The objective of this bachelor work is to evaluate conditions of development of guest-house Yetti, analyse position of this company in competition, analyse management system, evaluate possibilities of use of operating aids and suggest solutions of further development. Guest-house Yetti was founded in 2003 and is situated in Jizerské hory in a small village called Horní Maxov. When Yetti came to Horní Maxov its strategy was very well able to compete and had a lot of satisfied customers. But after few years the interest of customers began to fall down. Why did it happen? It appeared that good idea is not enough to be successful in business. Good directing is important for business as well as competitive advantage. This bachelor work is evaluatng a marketing mix of guest-house Yetti. Produckt, price and people seems to be all right but place, promotion, packaging, partnership and programing are uncared. Business for own account in tourism is not easy, it has many obstackles and many oportunities. It takes a lot of energy and time, but business for own account gives the businessman freedom.

The societal perception of male kindergarten teachers

My bachelor's thesis deals with the society´s perception of male nursery school teachers. It is divided into two parts theoretic and empiric. The theoretic part contains historical relations between establishment of nursery schools and presence of male teachers there within Czech countries. Statistical data of presence male teachers in education are involved, particularly in contemporary preschool education. The results of quantitative research are shown in the empiric part that is aimed to discover the society´s perception of male nursery school teachers. The reason for lack of male preschool teachers is analysed as well as the perception of the benefits of male teaching preschool children and the influence men have on concept of early childhood education.

Vykazování leasingových smluv za využití konceptu převodu práva užívání

Diploma thesis researches the impacts of methodical processes of showing of leasing contracts of a lessee, which are in programme of convergence discussed by International Accounting Standards Board and the Financial Accounting Standards Board in the USA. Theoretical part of this thesis describes some leasing problems, current and a suggested method of showing leasing of a lessee. Practical part of this thesis focuses on an application of these suggested methodical procedures within some particular leasing contracts. One part of this thesis also contains a view, whether these suggested methodical procedures are suitable for small and medium companies.

Phenomenon of Men's Therapy Group in Therapeutic Community

The major aim of this thesis is to focus on the part of a program of therapeutic communities for drug abusers called "the men's groups." The thesis is bringing the facts and the views at the present position of men in society, developmental problems of men and male themes. It describes the gender issue in the field of mental disorders and drug abuse. It informs about the origin and experiences in running of the men's groups in the world as well as in the Czech Republic especially the League of Outspoken Men and Therapeutic Community Podcestný Mlýn. The constituent of this thesis is the search with an aim to map the presence and the approach of men's groups in the programs of therapeutic communities united in the Section of therapeutic communities of Association of Non-Governmental Organizations.
