This project features an independent newly built family home located in the municipality of Rudikov. The height and architectural style of the building respect the requirements of the neighboring areas. The house has a pool, sauna, garage, includes a cellar smaller than the footprint of the house and a loft. The cellar is used as gym and storage. The house itself is conceived as single family home for 3-4 people (2 parents + 1-2 children). It is built of bricks – Porotherm bricks, including ceiling constructions. The house has a gable roof which is designed as a roof without purlin system. As covering of the roof serves roof bitumen sheets.

The family house is designed as a full-basement structure, with one basement and two above grade storeys. The access to the building is realized by reinforced concrete stairway. Basement enter by car is under a tilt of 10%. The main entrance to the building is located on the first floor and leads you to the entry. Garage is located right in the basement as well as fire-room with laundry, technical room, cellar, WC and stairway leading to the first floor, where the living room linked by kitchen with dinning room is situated, as well as there is buttery, study room, bathroom with WC and stairway to basement and second floor there. In the second floor you can find two childrens’ rooms one of which dispose of balcony, then bedroom with dressing-room, storage room and bathroom with WC. The facade of the building is as External Thermal Insulation Contact System (ETICS), roofed by platform of 3% tilt covered by grey color hydro-insulation Construction of foundation is realized on strip footing and bearing plates. The structural system of first and second floor is brickwork consisting of ceramic building blocks POROTHERM 30 P+D, basement structural system is furring blocks grouted-in by concrete reinforced with steel bars (sacrificial formwork). The ceiling is realized as ceramic-concrete structure POROTHERM of thickness 250 mm. Heating is provided by gas condensing boiler, which is set in fire-room in basement.

The project deals with new building of detached in Brno, part Soběšice. Family house is designed for a family of four to year-round living. The building is designed to approximately in the shape of the letter „L“. It is a two-storey building with basement. Terraces are located to the backyard and to the street. Includes a garage designed for one vehicle. The supporting system object is solved from ceramic blocks Porotherm filled with mineral wool. The construction of the roof is flat, single. Land is in slightly sloping terrain.

The supporting system object is solved from POROTHERM 30 PROFI thermo 200 mm EPS. The roof structure is designed "hambálkovým" modern truss. The land is gently sloping to the south-west. In the basement there is parking for 3 cars, laundry, utility room with two storage rooms. On the ground floor is a swimming pool, living room, dining room and kitchen. The dining room is connected to the 2.NP floor galleries, and upstairs there is a bedroom with two rooms.

The building´s height and architecturally are designed to fulfill requirements of surrounding buildings. The building has a basement smaller than the house itself and it has residential attic. The basement serves as a garage for two cars. The rest of the house is conceived as a single-family house, for one family of for people (two parents, two kids). Construction system is made by brick block of Porotherm, including the ceiling construction. The house has a gable roof which is designed as a roof without purlin system. As covering of the roof serves roof clay tiles.

The building has two floor and one grand floor with garage for two cars. The building is set in sloping terrain. Load-bearing structure is formed by formwork Best and structural system by Porotherm. The building is coverd by saddleback roof and walkable green roof.
