Integrating Pre-School Children with Health Problems in Nursery Schools

The subject of the thesis is the integration of pre-school children with the handicap in the common kindergarten. The author attempted to create a complex approach of the integration of the handicapped pre-school child. The study consists of two parts: the theoretical and the practical one. In the theoretical part the author studies the legislation and the progress of the integration in the Czech Republic. This part is focused mainly on participants of the integration process - the family, children and the school. The conditions of integration are included and positives and possible risks that must be taken into consideration in the responsible approach to the integration, are showed. The practical part of the study describes the integration process in the common kindergarten in Prague 6. Parents, the teachers and the consultants comment the consequence of the integration process. In the final part of the study two cases of the integration is described in detail. The author showed that this process, in spite of number of the problems, brings an advantage for the every participant of the integration and thus it is advisable to continue with it. However and therefore - their occurrence and use in official documents of the EU

This thesis aims at discussing two connectives however and therefore. It focuses on their occurrence use in legal and official materials. The main reason why this topic was chosen is the frequent occurrence of these connectives in the language of law and political diplomacy and the fact that the use of these connectives does not always facilitate the reception of the texts and may be confusing at times. The materials used for the following analysis are taken from documents that the Council of the European Union has made available on its websites. These materials include treaties, agreements, legislation in force, preparatory acts, or case law. Treaties and agreement may include annexes and protocols, legislation in force may include acts of law as well as their amendments and addenda, and case law may include judgements, opinions, official speeches, statements, and so on. All these materials have to do with law, business, economy, and all represent a formal or very formal style. Rezervy finančních prostředků na sanace a rekultivace v těžební organizaci

The Bachelor Thesis deals with the creation and use of financial reserves for redevelopment and recultivation in Cement Hranice mining company, and with the impact of a new plan of redevelopment and recultivation on this creation. Also deals with the relationship between inflation and legal reserves. There are suggested ways how could be the inflation put into the creation of both, the legal and the accounting reserves for redevelopment and recultivation. The theoretical part explains the basic important concepts related to redevelopment and recultivation, namely the very definitions of these concepts and then dividing of recultivations. Further describes how are the mining activities and financial reserves for redevelopment and recultivation embedded in legislation. General information related to the legal and the accounting reserves are found at the end of the theoretical part. The practical part briefly describes the Joint stock company Cement Hranice, its history, current activities and relation to the environment. Further, it deals with a key decisions of the District Mining Authority, which enable company to operate as well as it focuses on conditions for creation of legal reserves contained in those decisions. In addition, it describes the individual drawing funds from the legal reserves, company yet used. Other part is devoted to analysis of expected costs of redevelopment and recultivation. It compares estimated costs when implementing a "New Plan" for the creation of legal reserves to the Plan which is currently still in use. Factors affecting the amount of costs are also taken into account. Finally, the Thesis evaluates the impact of possible ways of redevelopment and recultivation on the Cement Hranice company profit.

The subject of this diploma thesis is the architectural and technological modernization project object T8 the Technical University in Brno. Reconstruction of the partial operation affects investor during reconstruction and access to various floors of the building which is secured by a connecting bridge passing over five floors of the building and articulated halls adjacent buildings. The aim is to design technology solutions, spatio-temporal, financial and legislative aspects, taken on the basis of project documentation.

Employment of persons with health handicap

- 7 - Abstract - Employment of people with disabilities The thesis deals with the protection, rights and opportunities of employing disabled persons in the Czech Republic. It uses the information from the public-available sources and from the licensed sources available to all students of the Faculty of Law, Charles University. The thesis is divided into several parts, as current regulation in the international law, the history and current regulation in the Czech republic and in short practical part concerning real situation on the Czech labour market. The thesis follows the legislation at all levels and is structured similarly to the hierarchy of legal norms. First I deal with the definition of the concept, as has been altered over time. In a follow-up chapter are comprehensively analyzed the various international conventions that seek to identify and define a group of disabled people and set up for this group the broadest possible rights, and on the other hand, to define discrimination against such persons and to eliminate it. Local fees and real estate taxes in Opava town

This Bachelor work deals with the systems of local fees and real estate taxes in Opava town. The implementation of local coefficient at the real estate tax and the influence of income of fees at the waste disposal and the liquidation of municipal waste by assigning the maximal rate is taken into account in this work. The first part of this thesis, in a general point of view, describes general village financing and present legislative adjustments of local fees property taxation. The second part of this work focuses on the analysis of local fees in the period between 2001 and 2008 and establishing the maximal rate at local fees for waste disposal and liquidation of municipal waste. The third part of this work includes the analysis of property tax in the period between 2001 and 2008 and income increasing when implementing the local coefficient.

Application of laws of gender equality by French political parties

In 1999, France, after a long and dragging debate, revised its Constitution in order to enable the installation of gender quotas in elected political bodies. In 2000 'parity laws' were enacted. They defined the parameters of these quotas that applied strictly to elections of proportional electoral system, such as elections into municipal councils with over 3.500 inhabitants, regional and European elections, and Senate elections in areas with three and more senators. In elections with plurality voting system, such as legislative elections and Senate elections with one or two senators, the parity was supposed to be achieved by imposing of financial penalty for those political parties that would not comply with the parity laws. This diploma thesis describes a public discussion that had taken place in France before the adoption of the gender parity imposed by the law. It compares four major political parties- the Republicans, Socialist party, The Greens and the National Front. The research analyzes their compliance with parity laws and their implementation on their candidate lists in parliamentary as well as Senate elections. This thesis deals with the bookkeeping on the computer and evaluates programs for bookkeeping. The theoretical part contains chapters about the history of bookkeeping, legislation relating to bookkeeping using ICT, enterprise information systems and criteria for the selection of appropriate accounting program. Knowledge taken from the theoretical part is then applied to the practical part, which is devoted to the evaluation of specific information system Altus Vario.

Teaching, training and testing applicants for a license from the perspective of examiners

This thesis finds out current state of preparation and final exams of driving applicants. It is based on the needs of increase competence especially of young drivers. Before obtaining a driving license, every applicant has to go through education and training, which can be in Czech Republic done only by driving schools. When finished education and training the applicants have to pass final exam before driving examiners eyes.
The goal of this thesis is suggesting improvements, which would positively influent readiness of beginning drivers. The analysis of the legislation of the European Union and the Czech Republic are defined on the possible changes in the preparation and testing of applicants for a driving licence. uropean Union and Czech Republic.
By interviewing professional public came out consequences of previous legislative changes. To get required data a questionnaire was used driving examiners. The driving examiners judge the competence of driving applicants, so they can point out the drawbacks in drivers preparation. This information is taken to meet targets of this thesis. Biggest drawbacks came out in qualification of driving instructors. This thesis suggests improving preparation, continuous educating and regular examining of driving instructors.
