WINE HOUSE NIKOLSBURG MIKULOV

The goal of the diploma thesis is to design a wine hotel for 30 people with other public spaces with quality accommodation corresponding to the level of four stars in Mikulov. The new building of the Wine House is a three-storey building located in a sloping terrain, which consists of three floors above ground and one underground floor. The wine house will provide Nikolsburg Winery as a representative building. Visitors and guests of the hotel can enjoy a glass of wine on the terrace of the proposed building and at the same time wonderful views of the vineyards and the silhouette of Mikulov, relax in the surrounding picturesque landscape, or visit the nearby center of Mikulov, Pálava hills or take a boat ride on the surface of reservoirs called Novomlýnské nádrže. Accommodated guests will have the opportunity to use the wellness, massage and Finnish sauna. Tourists passing by will have the opportunity to taste good food and visit the wine lounge, where they can taste and buy locally produced wine at the same time.

This thesis deals with designing a wine hotel for Nikolsburg winery in Mikulov. The goal was to design a hotel which incorporates storage and processing of wine, while complimenting the surrounding vineyard landscape. The site is situated between nature reserves Turold nad Růžový vrch. The main focus of the design was to allow for the best possible view of surrounding vineyards, Mikulov Chateau, Basilica in Svatý kopeček and Turold nature reserve. The work centers around 4-star hotel able to accommodate 30 people, which includes a restaurant, small wellness for hotel guests and suitable technical facilities. Additionaly, the building is equipped for clean wine production (fermentation, pressing, aging, bottling, labelling, storage and expedition) and features a degustation room. Basic concept of the hotel was derived from the slope of the terrain, viewing axes and geographic orientation. There is a number of terraces symbolizing moravian hills covered by vineyards, which offer guests unobscured view of the surrounding landscape (and investors vineyards). The whole operation of the hotel has to do with winemaking as is seen in the building design. Vertical features of the facade represent rows and vertical poles in vineyards.

The topic of the diploma thesis is the design of a wine hotel for a vineyard Nikolsburg in Mikulov. Main idea of this project is to create a new hotel building combined with the production of wine so it would naturally fit the given landscape and so it wouldn’t disturb its natural character. This building was also designed so it has extraordinary views of the whole wine area of Mikulov, the Mikulov Chateau and the Holy Hill. Primary function of the building is accommodation in a 4-star hotel rooms and a clean production of wine, which includes maturing, bottling and labeling. There are other services added, such as a restaurant, a wine bar, tasting salon with immediate a wine cellar designed for wine maturing and also last but not least a wellness center with sauna world to make your stay more pleasant.The architectural concept is mainly based on the view axis and the shape of given landscape. Hinged façade made of timber cladding is inspired by the wine production and regularity of the vineyards.
Moravian Wine Center

Modern winery complex hotel Hrůdek is situated on the north part of village Velké Pavlovice, in the heart of south Moravia the Czech Republic. Its significant placement on the south hillside offers beautiful views to the vineyards and apricot plantations. The architectural form of the building is inspired by the regularity and rhythm of vineyard lines, significant horizontal landscape around and rounded contour lines. Embedding of the building into the slope reacts to the topography of the terrain and refers to the traditional principle of local two-storey wine press houses. From the upper part is the entrance to the accommodation part and from the lover part of the slope is entrance to the wine cellar – the gallery of wine. Hotel offers 4-stars class accommodation, two congress halls, restaurant, wellness and gallery of the wine. Project integrates energetic eco-friendly concepts and its proposed as the self-sufficient building.
Influence of the new foundation on the construction of the wine cellar

In the traditional wine village Dolni Bojanovice was a two-party dispute. The dispute arose because of the fear of a negative impact on the existing structure of the wine cellar because of the load of a newly built hall. The bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the likely influence of the base of the new structure on the historical wine cellar.

The objective of the master´s thesis is design of the building in the Valtice city. The building is designed as single-detached dwelling. On the first floor are located wine cellar, sanitary facilities for guests and the staff, common areas and guest accommodation facilities. The second and third floor are designed for guest accommodation facilities and for a need of the staff. The wine cellar and one room unit are designed as a wheelchair accessible. External walls are made of Heluz Family 44 brickwork. Ceiling structure is made of reinforced concrete slabs. The supporting system is made of Porotherm 25 / 25 AKU SYM. The building is three-level house with flat roof and partly basement.
ResPublica/Civitas Socialis - Strachotín

The project deals with the design of the wine gallery and community center in smaller wine-growing village Strachotín, which is situated in the beautiful landscape under the hills, called "Pálavské vrchy", and also is on the edge of the magnificent waterwork - "Novomlýnské nádrže". The construction of the wine gallery and the community center is designed in the historical structure of the village, near the gothic church. The project follows up the analytical part, which dealt with the vision for the future development of the village Strachotín. The vision, which after thorough examination of the village included seventeen interventions of small or larger urban character, which would be beneficial for the development of the village and surroundings.

The subject of this thesis is to create a project documentation of the design of the new development, a boarding house with a restaurant and wellness centre. The object is designed as a detached building with two floor and wine cellar. The first floor above ground contains a restaurant and wellness centre. On the second floor there are 14 rooms for rent. The object foundation base are foundation strips. The load-bearing structure is a clay masonry and prestressed concrete floor slabs Spiroll. The object is roofed with a flat green roof. The drawing is processed with help of AutoCAD software.

Abstract The subject of the bachelor´s thesis is new building of family house with an existing wine cellar. You can find this house in Bratčice. The building has a charakter of rectangular ground plan with a gabled roof and also roof dormers. The house is designed in a slightly sloping terrain and it is limited by the borders of neighboring properties. It is two floor family house categorie 4 + 1 and existing wine cellar. There are applied classic materials with an emphasis placed on full functionality and aesthetics in The house. The dominant materials include porous concrete blocks, wood, ceramic products.
