Sports building in Vsetín

The objective of this work is a design solution and check load-carrying steel construction of the sports hall. The square plan dimensions are 28x28 m, the ridge level is 11,5 m. The building is located in Vsetín. The building construction is designed as a single hall, the construction system is built of a three-hinged main frame. Centre to centre spacing main frame is 5,6 m. The hall has a saddle roof and its inclination is 10°. The cross-sections of the main load-bearing elements are plate.

Family House

This project features an independent newly built family home located in the municipality of Rudikov. The height and architectural style of the building respect the requirements of the neighboring areas. The house has a pool, sauna, garage, includes a cellar smaller than the footprint of the house and a loft. The cellar is used as gym and storage. The house itself is conceived as single family home for 3-4 people (2 parents + 1-2 children). It is built of bricks – Porotherm bricks, including ceiling constructions. The house has a gable roof which is designed as a roof without purlin system. As covering of the roof serves roof bitumen sheets.

Detached House with Allergology Surgery

The project solving object for living. This is a family house with the private allergy clinic. The object is standing separately. Part for living has 2 floors above ground, the priváte clinic has 1st floor. It is a brick building ceramic block filled with mineral pool,the ceiling is made from POT + MIAKO systeme. Foundations are monolithic passports and 2 BTB series fittings, reinforced. The roof of the living part of the saddle above the garage is a walkable flat roof above establishment is vegetation flat roof. Object is situated in the peripheral locality Ptení to Prostejov, slightly sloping terrain.

Residential House

It is about new- built family house, which is standing alone on edge of the village Troubsko u Brna. The building´s height and architecturally are designed to fulfill requirements of surrounding buildings. The building has a basement smaller than the house itself and it has residential attic. The basement serves as a garage for two cars. The rest of the house is conceived as a single-family house, for one family of for people (two parents, two kids). Construction system is made by brick block of Porotherm, including the ceiling construction. The house has a gable roof which is designed as a roof without purlin system. As covering of the roof serves roof clay tiles.

Object has two aboveground floor. Object has a gable roof with wooden construction. Construction system is by walls from brick blocks Porotherm. Ceiling construction is ceiling Porotherm with pot girders and miako insertion. Dividing constructions are from brick blocks Porotherm. Foundations of the object are from concrete.

Plan of a wooden family house The aim of my bachelor thesis is draw up a plan of family house with a main support structure of wood appropriate for four or five member family. I will compare various structural systém and based on the most suitable one of systém will be develop documentation of hte house. Bachelor thesis will follow applicable hygiene regulations and related standards.

This bacher's work deals with rafting of project documentation boating sports club framed wooden buildings in terms of layout. The work is divide dinto two parts, on the part of the text and drawings. In the text we find the distribution of wooden structures, requirementsf or a sports club, a description of the solutions and assessing thermal and technical requirements. The drawing scontain drawing situation, foundations, views, plans, and details.
