Kopřivnice – Housing along Kopřivnička

The prefabricated apartment buildings are on the west bank of the river and family houses on the east bank of the river. On the east side there are private areas of family houses and on the west side there are prefabricated buildings with poor quality public spaces. There is only the anonymity of the city, isolation and a lack of human dimension. My concept solves the problem of combining two opposing approaches. It emphasizes neighborly relations in the form of community and the development of community thinking. What should urbanism that unites people look like?
Multifunctional House Brno - Holásky

This diploma thesis deals with design of new building multifunctional house in southeastern outskirts of Brno in urban district Holásky. The three-storey building combines purpose of permanent housing, stomatology center and pharmacy. Business premises and technical facilities are located on the ground floor. Overall twelve dwelling units with layout design as one-bedroom flat and two-bedroom flat are placed on above-ground floors. Designed building has rectangular trapezoid shape and copies triangle shape of flat building plot. Parking spaces are perpendicular to adjacent access road. External walls are made of 500 mm thick Porotherm hollow clay blocks with inserted mineral insulation. Ceiling structure is designed as reinforced concrete slab, which is divided into set of smaller two way slabs. Building is roofed with flat roof, on it are placed solar collectors used for water heating and reducing operating costs. Effective management of rainwater which is collected and reused helps decrease environmental impact of building. Total energy consumption of the building is reduced by building compactness. Thesis contains project documentation for the construction.
Apartment house with hairdresser´s in Vyškov

The bachelor thesis deals with documentation of an apartment building with hairdressing salon project, found in Vyškov. The apartment has partial basement, main entrance from the north side of the building, and irregular, double rectangle-based shape. Near the main entrance is located bike storage room. Parlor is in the first floor above ground, and has separate entrance located on the north side. Building is located on slightly sloping terrain in which it is partially embedded. It also has five above ground floors, with one floor below ground, and is covered with a partially walkable flat roof. Basement consist of a cellar rooms, utility room and a workroom. Inside above ground floors are residential areas made from fourteen dwelling units, while one dwelling unit in the first floor is wheelchair accessible. The building is designed from Porotherm, a single masonry system. Thermal insulation of the building is carried out by contact insulation system. The horizontal structures are made of Spiroll ceiling panels.

The bachelor thesis deals with the project of an apartment house with grocery store in Brno-Sadova. The building is partially situated under the ground, has got a shape of letter L and is covered with single-layer flat roof. The house has got 20 dwelling units. The semi-basement consists of a cellar cubicles, bicycle room, drying room and technical room with heat exchanger. There is a workshop in the first floor which is separated from dwelling units, therefore it has its own entrance. The underground part is designed from concrete blocks BEST that are also filled with concrete. The aboveground part is designed from single masonry system and insulated with contact insulating system. Vertical constructions are made from ceramic blocks Porotherm and the ceiling is made from beams and liners of Miako brand. There is an elevator designed in the building.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to elaborate the project documentation of residental building in the village Moravský Písek. The house is as a detached house, without basement. It has rectangular size and is covered with a flat one coat roof. On the first floor there is a technical background and common areas. 2nd to 4th floor is used for housing and there are nine residential units in total. The house is build from brick with a contact thermal insulation system. Part of the project documentation is also a basic assessment of the building in terms of building physics.

This bachelor thesis deals with the design and processing of the design documentation for the construction of a new detached house with a design office, which is located in the cadastral unit of the village of Výkleky on plot no 79/1; 79/2. The house is divided into dwelling unit and establishment. The object is designed as a double floor and partly basement. The house is roofed with hipped roof. Construction systém wall, brick from brick´s blocks, basement is from permanent forwork. The bachelor thesis is elaborated in the form of project documentation for construction.

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of a multi-storey apartment building with regular garages in Heřmanův Městec. The building has three aboveground and one underground floors. The house with eight dwelling units is designed for family housing. The main entrance to the building is oriented to the east. The house has an irregular rectangular shape of the ground plan and is roofed with a flat roof. Residence rooms are oriented to the south and west. The building is built of ceramic blocks on the above-ground floor and concrete blocks of lost formwork on the underground floor. Horizontal constructions consist of ceramic inserts and beams. The project was developed using the tutorial version of the AutoCad computer program. During processing, emphasis was placed on layout solutions, architectural appearance, static requirements and safety of use.

The subject of this bachelor theses is the design of a multi-storey apartment building with underground in Moravany u Brna. The apartment building is designed for family housing and consists of nine dwelling units. The main entrance of the building is oriented to the north. The apartment building has an ractangle floor plan and covered by a flat roof. The occupiable rooms are oriented to the south. The above-ground floor is made of clay blocks and the basement is made of concrete blocks. The horizontal structure consists of část-in-place reinforced concrete floor. The project was designed in the educational version of software AutoCAD. This work emphasizes layout design, architectural design, static requirements and structural safety requirements.
