Na základe výsledkov z týchto analýz je posledná časť práce venovaná návrhom konkrétnych riešení, vedúcim k dosiahnutiu stanovených cieľov.

Na základe výsledkov analýz práca podáva návrhy a odporúčania, ktoré by mohli viesť k lepšiemu postaveniu spoločnosti v budúcnosti.
Public spaces of the city of Brno - theoretical work

Master´s thesis adresses the issue of public spaces of inner city of Brno. These spaces have good prerequisities to become attractive places for everyday use or for spending a good free time. These prerequsities include for example compact city structure, well defined public spaces, walking city distances, presence of public and commercial facilities and distinctive genius loci. But public spaces in these localities often do not fulfill their own potential and stay as average free space inbetween buildings. Thesis suggests a detailed system for categorisation of squares and streets in the inner city of Brno and examines the reasons for potential non-fulfillment on these typologies, it tries to find out the problems of public spaces and how they can be solved.

This bachelor thesis deals with the assessment of the current situation and provides a proposal of an appropriate strategy for the evolution of a company dealing with sales of building materials. This thesis consists of both a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is based on relevant literature, the findings of which are used as the basis for the practical part. The practical part deals with the internal and external environment of the company which is analyzed by PESTE analysis, Porter model of 5 forces and McKensey's model "7S". A part of the analysis is also financial. The information from the internal and external environment is based on the EFE and IFE matrix, which results in the IE matrix, SPACE matrix and finally the SWOT matrix, from which some suggestions of possible strategies are made. The most appropriate strategy is chosen taking the evolutionary needs of the company into consideration.
Strategy for the company BAT-KLIMA spol s r.o.

This thesis is compiled on the Strategy for the company BAT-KLIMA spol. s r.o. and evaluate both the internal and external environment of this company. By analysing the support activities in the Value chain it came to the result that company need to hire new employees because three current employees go to pension and another three give a notice. All these employees should be substituted in order to maintain the effective production. IFE Matrix provides information about company's strength and weaknesses and is used for summarizing an internal environment of the company. From the result is obvious that the company has strong internal environment and do not need any radical changes except the improvement of marketing as regards their web page. Therefore the company BAT-KLIMA spol. s r.o. should pay some company that design web pages to create the new one because marketing activities are very important part when company wants to compete with others and it also shows the company's image. The external environment in the practical part encloses the EFE. The result was slightly above the average which means that the company do not have to make any changes in their environment in order to predict mistakes.
Strategic Analysis of an Enterprise

The Master's Thesis is focused on determining the strategic situation and recommending the appropriate strategies for the H&V, s.r.o. companany. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts of strategic analysis and each external and internal strategies. The Theoretical information I drew from the literature follows the practical part, where each strategic analysis is processed. The first chapter of the practical part are processed each by external analysis, which then are applied to the company H&V, s.r.o. The next chapter processes the company's internal analysis. Then the analysis' are summarized in the SWOT analysis. The SWOT analysis serves to define the strengths and weaknesses from the company's internal environment. It also shows opportunities and threats from the external environment. Based on these conclusions, the last chapter recommended a strategy that is suitable for the company H&V, s.r.o. The basic goal of the Master's Thesis is to develop a thorough analysis for the H&V, s.r.o. company and subsequently recommend an appropriate strategy. The main contribution of this thesis submitted shows that H&V, s.r.o. are processed by various external and internal strategic analysis, and subsequently recommended a strategy that could be helpful for company H&V, s.r.o. for business in the future.
Implementation of Balanced Scorecard

Diploma thesis is dealing with analysis of strategy based on interview with management of firm Chromservis s.r.o. Then author uses methods and techniques of strategy analysis to analyse finacial situation, firm's cumtomers, competitors, suppliers and potential substitutes. Final point of analytical part is comparison of the results with firms in the same branch and SWOT analysis. Finally author suggests system of strategic objectives, measurements and connections among objectives. As the last point the objectives are drawn in the strategy map of Balanced Scorecard.
