Autor diplomovou prácou popisuje súčasnú víziu a stratégiu firmy Chromservis s.r.o. na základe rozhovorov s vedením, pomocou metód a techník využívaných pri strategickej analýze preveruje hospodárenie firmy, analyzuje okolie firmy, porovnáva výsledky s odvetvím a konkurenciou. Ďalej na základe výsledkov analýz doplňuje súčasnú víziu a stratégiu firmy o systém strategických cieľov a merítok a na záver stratégiu operacionalizuje do podoby strategickej mapy Balanced Scorecard. Autor diplomové práce popisuje současnou vizi a strategii firmy Chromservis s.r.o. na základě konzultací s vedením, pomocí metod a technik využívaných u strategické analýzy prověřuje hospodaření firmy, analyzuje okolí firmy, srovnáva výsledky s odvětvím a konkurencí. Dále na základě výsledků analýz doplňuje současnou vizi a strategii firmy o systém strategických cílů a měřítek a na závěr strategii operacionalizuje do podoby strategické mapy Balanced Scorecard. Diploma thesis is dealing with analysis of strategy based on interview with management of firm Chromservis s.r.o. Then author uses methods and techniques of strategy analysis to analyse finacial situation, firm's cumtomers, competitors, suppliers and potential substitutes. Final point of analytical part is comparison of the results with firms in the same branch and SWOT analysis. Finally author suggests system of strategic objectives, measurements and connections among objectives. As the last point the objectives are drawn in the strategy map of Balanced Scorecard.
