Effect of recombinant toxin Cry3Aa on development of \kur{Spodoptera littoralis}

This bachelor thesis compares the effect of recombinant and natural Bacillus thuringiensis Cry3Aa toxin upon the development of non-target insect Spodoptera littoralis (Lepidoptera, Noctuidae). Caterpillars of Spodoptera littoralis were fed with Premix artificial diet containing both toxins in 8 ppm concentration. Following characteristics were monitored: weight of larval increments, pupal weight, duration of the 5th, the 6th, prepupal and pupal instar, number of laid eggs and number of hatched larvae. The efficiency of conversion of ingested food (ECI) was calculated and growth curves were constructed. No significant effect of both toxins was recorded.

Questionnare Survey on High School Students for Interest in Dancing and its Submission into Physical Education Lessons

Title: Questionare Survey on High School Students for Dancing Interest in ITS Submission in Physical Education Lessons Objective: Create and process a questionnaire for pupils and develop a survey for teachers. Check the current interest of secondary school pupils of the dance and its inclusion in physical Education. Method: As a means for obtaining data were used questionnaire. There are They had one questionnaire for pupils. To enrich the knowledge acquired through questionnaires questionnaire was applied research for teachers. Results: The result of my research was the discovery that secondary school students prevails interested in dance as well as its inclusion in physical education classes. From the viewpoint vyučujícíchjsme They found that half of the teachers surveyed dancing in physical education classes and classifies second half not included. Multifunctional house

This master thesis deals with study of area, which is intended for construction of apartments building and public facilities. Four building are projected with visually connection by a covered parking place. There are three apartments building and one multifunctional building. The aim of this master thesis is elaboration of project documentation for the implementation of new multifunctional house in the area of the city Uherský Brod. In the first floor is designed café, which has its own entrance. In the second part of the floor is household equipment and utility room, which also has a separate entrance from outside. In the second to fourth floor is ten housing units of different sizes. The object is located on a gently sloping land in the northern part of Uherský Brod in the new city district called “Nad Zámkem”. Wall construction is designed from Porotherm elements. Ceiling construction is monolithic reinforced concrete. Roofing is solved by single-flat roof. The drawing part of this master thesis is processed in AutoCAD.

Marketing concept management of development projects

The diploma thesis provides a comprehensive view of marketing activities of development company with already implemented development project Panorama City in Bratislava. Marketing attributes are important part of development projects with orientation of their customers, build their image, acquisition of market share and competitive advantage in the real estate market. All the above mentioned facts are analysed within my project The main aim of the thesis is to evaluate the strategy of the development project and looking at managing principles and strategy direction of other already implemented development projects. The main aim of is based on the facts from particular analyses to consider right or wrong seepage respectively find the best possible option for the management of the company on the market that develops along with potential customers. My project is divided into two parts. The first theoretical part is focused on familiarization with the basic concepts and processes in the area of construction the development process, analyze marketing environment and marketing strategies used in the construction using technical and scientific literature. In the second part-practical one focuses on analysis of specific Slovak development company and its already implemented a development project, and drafting strategies for marketing in the project. By applying a number of analyzes, which are blind, Porter and SWOT analysis highlight the results and findings after which it can be concluded any new variant of solution management direction and useful for other projects.

Building for sport activities, Kroměříž

In this thesis I solve draft of new building of sport´s centre on the level of documentation for construction. The house is located on the outskirt of Kroměříž. It is a building without the basement which consist of one floor part and three floor part on the area of 531,73 m2. The plot´s terrain is flat. The circuit structure consist of reinforced concrete walls with ventilated facade – metal and wooden. Above one part of the floor plan there is flat green roof, above the other ther is barrel roof with glue laminated girders and compact roofing made of foamglass and metal sheet. In the building the is a hall with climbing wall, two smaller halls and one bigger, sanitary facilities for visitors and cafe/bar.

Planning and project management - the possibility of applying simulation techniques

The project will be analyzed using simulation techniques. The subject of research, the project Modernization of the Czech Budejovice - Nemanice, which will be designed for appropriate recommendations.

The history and present of the Moscow Metro

The theme of this dissertation is the Moscow metro. A large part is devoted to the history and the actual construction, which was designed by one of the most important representatives of contemporary Moscow, Lazar Kaganovich. Through this work we will visit three architecturally interesting stations, go through the period of Second World War when the metro was hiding not only for the residents of Moscow, learn what is hidden under the name Metro 2 . Pay attention to some selected terrorist attacks and their consequences. At the very end, we will focus on the present and compare what happened over seventy-eight years of underground changed. This dissertation includes photos of metro stations.

Evaluation of the current territorial plan in the context of rural area development

The protection and creation of the functional, harmonic and sustainable landscape focuses on two main Instruments influencing the appearance of the landscape at most. These instruments are the territorial plans and comprehensive land consolidation. The thesis "Evaluation of the current territorial plan in the context of rural area development" deals with the issue of the co-operation of just these two instruments. Important items of both Instruments are the draft of plan of common facilities of the land consolidation and the definition of the publicly beneficial constructions and publicly beneficial measures in the draft of the territorial plan. Just under these items, the public interests for the further development of the territory are formulated. The practical part of the theoretical knowledge gained in writing this thesis and transferred to experience related to cadastral Štítary na Moravě. In the conclusion of the thesis the evaluation and summarizing of the acquired knowledge is performed and the draft of changes which will correspond better to the needs of the territory.

Audit of process management

The thesis focuses on Audit of process management. In a section Current issue, the basic terms related to the topic of thesis are defined, for example audit and its purpose in enterprise, procedural audit, process and process management with applied methods included. Furthermore, the theoretical part gives an explanation about terms connected to quality and relevant standards of ISO. Selected and monitored enterprise for this thesis is a construction company XY which deliveres turnkey constructions. The company is certificated with ISO norms 9001. In analytical part the author will provide a procedural analysis which is base on conversation and cooperation with liable employees. In these analyses the up to date process will be identified as well as evaluated. Then the author will evaluate the current process of output product´s quality by chosen analysis. The author will also make a review of economic performance of the company in relation to up to date process that are currently taking place in the company. Afterwards, the comparison of adjusted process with ISO 9001 requirements will be made. From acquired findings which will come out from previous analysis the author of thesis will make a proposal to leading which contains simplification of the process, the aim is to increase performance. The author will bring a statement in every single section and refers to prevention. The author suggests to perceive a quality as the most important factor of success to achieve customer´s satisfaction which brings higher profit at the end.

Possibilities of Neoclassical Geopolitics: Systemic Approach

The submitted dissertation tries to introduce neoclassical geopolitics as a viable approach to the study of international politics from geographical perspective. The dissertation is a compact of six already published articles and a common introduction highlighting main points of the articles and further discussing some issues which were (i) eliminated due to space constrains, or (ii) their significance is rather contextual, in the sense that they set the articles into broader discussions. The first part of the thesis (supported by two articles) deals with a current stage of political geography and geopolitics. The main result is that geopolitics is today a divided (sub)discipline, as geographers are mainly engaged in critical geopolitics and scholars of the International Relations continue in classical geopolitical reasoning (namely those who subscribe themselves under the label of neorealism). The main difference is that geographers consider space as an inter-subjective entity - socially constructed, whereas IR scholars tend to see space as an objective factor. In the combination with other epistemological differences, this different consideration of space has produced an exorbitant barrier between these two fields. One factor dividing the two approaches looms especially large - it is an arduous...
