The Application of the HACCP System in the Company "MADETA a. s."
KAZILOVÁ, Lucie
The aim of this work was to go thoroughly throw the already existing HACCP system in the company and to evaluate if the hazard is treated in a good way and to find other more effective approach to prevent the hazard. An effort was focused on the primary processing milk and on the process of the treatment of acidified milk products. While investigating current condition the author has made several experiments focusing on the settled conditions of important process in the production (for ex. pasteurization). Chemical, physical, qualitative and microbial properties were observed on a concrete diary product. The main investigation {--} the simulation of disturbance of the cooling chain - was performed where products were exposed to various temperatures for various time periods. During this test were observed: the temperature, pH and microbial changes in exposed products. Due to results form all observations that where performed in this research its possible to proclaim that the HACCP system is settled in a good way and even if above mentioned situation happen the product is safe.

Mecerod, Václav ; Šotner, Roman (referee) ; Kratochvíl, Tomáš (advisor)
Bachelor’s thesis on the theme "Mixing audio console with microphone preamplifier" deals with the design of an audio device for mixing signals from different sources. After a short theoretical introduction to issues mixing audio consoles, block diagram and circuit diagrams of each part are designed. These are redrawn into OrCAD Capture and using software PSpice simulations are performed. Configuration of the proposed mixing audio console is as follows: Two microphone preamplifiers with true differential inputs with switchable sensitivity, with the quad-band equalizer with tunable mid bands and adjustable delay. One line level input and one instrument input with three bands corrector. The output section consists of headphone and line level out.

Evapotranspiration impact on hydrological modeling
Macounová, Anna ; Kimlová, Martina (referee) ; Daňhelka, Jan (advisor)
This work presents the evapotranspiration from the point of view of its impact on hydrological modeling. We have tested the influence of different input evapotranspiration on the simualtion outputs of rainfall-runoff model Sacramento (SAC-SMA), which is the component of the hydrological forecasting system AquaLog used for flood forecasting in the Czech part of Elbe river basin. Litavka river basin was selected for this case study. We present physical geographical characteristics of the basin from the poin of view of influence of the evapotranspiration rate. Simulation using different computed evapotranspiration daily timeseries for 2001 - 2005 inputted SAC- SMA and total runoff, runoff composition, zones saturation were evaluated. Results proved that SAC- SMA sensitivity to evapotranspiration is of great concern especially for the long time and slow developing processes in the basin. Evapotranspiration loss, base flow generation and connected saturation of tension water zones and lower zone primary free water were identified to be the most affected states and processes. Bouzouki: The National Greek Instrument
Zakos, Andreas ; Pecháček, Stanislav (referee) ; Kittnarová, Olga (advisor)
This diploma dissertation consists of seven main chapters which focus on the history, repertory, kinds, description, notation, folk modes, and biographies of important players and composers of the Bouzouki. The first chapter, called "The history of the Greek Bouzouki", covers the course of the instrument from its first appearance in the ancient Greece until today, describing the changes of the instrument and its connection with the people of each epoch. The second chapter is concentrated on the most important music genre Bouzouki performed, the Rebetiko style, and its importance to the Greek music. Furthermore, the Rebetiko periods and its subject matters are described. The third chapter is dedicated to the description, construction, analysis, and operation of the main and supplementary parts of the contemporary tetrachordo Bouzouki. The fourth chapter is commenting the playing positions of the Bouzouki. That means the way and of course the positions a player holds the instrument when he is performing, the way of holding the plectrum, and the position of each arm. The fifth chapter describes the tetrachordo-Bouzouki fingerboard and its modern notation. The sixth chapter is dedicated to the most important Greek folk musical modes the Bouzouki plays, the Roads, describing their melodic and harmonic structure....

Implementation of the European dimension into the curriculum of lower secondary schools
Lochman, Ondřej ; Walterová, Eliška (advisor) ; Rýdl, Karel (referee) ; Jetmarová, Jana (referee)
This work analyses how European Dimension is implemented into the education systems of the Czech Republic, Germany (with the focus on the Free State of Saxony) and Poland. By means of empirical research it focuses on the identification, analysis and comparison of pupils' understanding and attachment of/to Europe, and attitudes and knowledge of pupils towards/about their neighbours from the Euroregion Nisa. The work is structured into 4 chapters. First of all the context for European Dimension in education is introduced. Understandings of various meanings of Europe, the influence of European integrative processes and the rapid changes that have been initiated by globalisation are introduced. The second chapter analyses the rhetorical curriculum of the implementation of the ED on the European level. Further an analysis of the education systems of the Czech Republic, Germany (with focus on the Free State of Saxony) and Poland was carried out including the analysis of implementation of the ED into these education systems from 1989 up to 2009. In order to create a complex overview of implementation of ED into these 3 education systems, a comparison of the implementation of ED was done among these 3 states. The theoretical part is finished by an analysis of approaches used for the implementation of the ED into...

Economic affectivity of health insurance analysis with view to payment of sickness benefits
Paikertová, Sylvie ; Chytilová, Helena (advisor) ; Svoboda, Miroslav (referee)
The aim of my thesis is to calculate expenses and returns brought by the health insurance transformation in the Czech Republic. In particular, economic and social impact due to the change in health insurance payments. The author firstly focuses on implementation of particular economic models in the frame of given and on the characteristics of the health insurance in historical context. The economical theories dealing with analysis of the markets with asymmetric information including its solution through insurance are going to be applied for a chosen topic. Due to the connection with these facts, the main acquisitions of american economists Akerlof, Spence a Stiglitz will be mentioned. Their works solving these problems, were the source. Analytical part concentrates on evaluation of acquired statistical data, concerning the number of sickness absence during the time before and after the reform. Correlation in context of change in health insurance payments will be found. Further, significance of a transition to solidarity principle and effectiveness of shift in government competencies directly to employers in ensuring health insurance payments will be assessed. The research is going to be done like a complement of the analytical part. Main goal of research is, after evaluating relevant data, give a proper insight about influence of a reform on companies. During the work with the data an analytical and quantitative method will be applied. According to the results obtained in practical part, possible alternatives of future development will be predicted. At the same time direct and indirect influence of the reform will be accented. The aim of the work will be evaluation of effectiveness of accepted methods in the reformed system of health care insurance.
