This thesis deals with the design documentation of the house with the florist. This is a partial basement, two-storey building, which is designed as a residential unit with separate reception florist located in the basement. The building is designed by walling system HELUZ in the basement was used CS shuttering blocks of concrete. The ceilings are designed as reinforced concrete slabs. The roof is designed as a rack with two roof planes.

The subject of this thesis is the development of construction documents for the implementation of a family house with a garage and copying office. The building has two floors, partial cellar, covered flat roof. Vertical structure in combination of permanent shuttering and POROTHERM ceramic system, ceilings are made from ceramic systém POROTHERM MIAKO too. Structure of the roof is solved by single skin flat roof.

The Family House - Svatý Kopeček

The project is a newly built detached house in the city of Olomouc – Svatý Kopeček. The building stands alone on a gradually expanding housing development. It is designed for a family of four. The building has two floors and a partial basement. The basement is heated and there is a utility room and the storage. In the ground floor there is an entrance hall, living room with kitchen and dining room, study, guest room, bathroom, toilet and garage. The second floor is designed as an attic and there are two children's rooms, bedroom, dressing room and bathroom. From the hallway on the second floor there is the entrance to the terrace. The house is based on the footings of plain concrete and is walled with structural elements of POROTHERM. The ceiling above the basement is a monolithic from reinforced concrete and the ceiling of the first floor is made of a panel SPIROLL. The facade is insulated with contact insulating system from Baumit. Gable roof is divided into two parts with different slopes. Minimal slope is 10° and maximal slope is 32°. Roofing is made of metal roofing BORGA. Built-up area is 187,7 m2. Part of the thesis is also the essay about Contact facade insulation (ETICS).

The goal of this Bachelor thesis is the design and project documentation for a residential house. It is designed as a single-family detached, three-story house with a partial basement and a developed attic. The foundation system of the house is supported by MONOLITHIC foundation grade-beams. The support system of the partial basement is designed with the use of concrete blocks. The wall system of the rest of the stories uses the POROTHERM masonry system. Ceiling structures are comprised of POROTHERM ceramic-concrete members with MIAKO brick inserts. The designed proposes a two-layer ventilated flat roof. The building is situated on a level ground.

Roofing over 2.NP is constructed of double-shell roof over the garage and is designed with a flat roof terrace. The building is designed in the system KM Beta SENDWIX M. The proces layout allows a comfortable living for a family 4-5 members.
