Eštóková, Agáta ; Kočová, Karolína (advisor) ; Cipra, Tomáš (referee)
Title: Annuity modelling in MTPL Author: Bc. Agáta Eštóková Department: Department of Probability and Mathematical Statistics Supervisor: Mgr. Karolína Kočová Supervisor's e-mail address: kkocova@koop.cz Abstract: This diploma thesis focuses on the possibilities of using generational mortality tables for third party liability insurance, mainly for bodily injured. It describes the construction of generational mortality tables and the creation of RBNS claims reserves. Besides the demonstration of these models, the work analyzes the results of calculating reserves in accordance with generational mortality tables and actual mortality tables of the Czech Republic. An impor- tant element in provision calculating is the simulation of future life expectancy of the insured, i.e. random generation of life expectancy based on generational mortality data. Characteristics of the distribution of reserves are derived from simulations. Furthermore, we compare the results of stochastic and determi- nistic approach of computing the reserves. Keywords: third party liability insurance, RBNS, annuity, generational morta- lity tables.

At the conclusion of some of the proposals, as would a flat-rate expenses could increase revenue to the State Treasury.

Consistency Checking of Relations Extracted from Text
Stejskal, Jakub ; Otrusina, Lubomír (referee) ; Smrž, Pavel (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is dedicated to mechanical techniques that are used in the natural language processing and information extraction from particular text. It is approaching the general methods that starting to process the raw text and it continues to the relations extraction from processed language constructs, moreover it provides options for the use of obtained relational data which can be seen for example in the project DBpedia. Another milestone of the described bachelor thesis is the design and implementation of an automated system for extracting information about entities, which do not have their own article on the English version of Wikipedia. Thesis also presents algorithms developed for the extraction of entities with their own name, the verification of the articles ‘existence of the extracted entities and finally the actual extraction of information about individual entities, which can be used during the information consistency checking. In the end, it can be seen the results and suggestions for further development of the created system.

Survey of the actual state of the building as a basis for reconstruction
HLÁSEK, Petr
My topic of my thesis was the survey of the actual state of the building as a basis for reconstruction. Surveying the actual state took place in the South Region in Pisek, cadastral surveying 720755. As a building, I chose the bridge of Fráni Šrámka no. 20-069 on the road I20 / E49 connecting regional cities Ceske Budejovice and Plzen, spanning the Otava River. The focus of the bridge was necessary due to poor technical condition of the bridge equipment, their influence there was water leaking into the supporting structure of the bridge. The aim was to focus the actual condition of the bridge, and planimetry and altimetry a scale of 1: 250. Before focusing bridge was necessary reconnaissance current point field. After reconnaissance followed selection and stabilization of new auxiliary points for orientation. The focus of the bridge was used Leica Total Station TCRM 1205 R300. Based on focus were drawn and computer graphic work. The building was targeted in a coordinate system S - JTSK a vertical system Bpv.

Release of American Product on Czech and International Market and Its Legal Protection
Marčík, Petr ; Boháček, Martin (advisor) ; Burda, Aaron Edward (referee)
The diploma thesis investigates issues of releasing a product on the market. It deals with its general safety and indicates its position in the area of intellectual property law. The main goal of the thesis is to offer a complex review of a means and ways of various products protection while they are being released on a consumer market by individual entrepreneuers with respect to different legal systems. One of the minor goal will discover the difficulty of product release on the market and will define in terms of legislation what each step includes and means for companies. The reader should understand the complexity of international law in the area of intellectual property law. The first chapter follows the prologue part and provide more information about the importance of product legal protection. The second chapter will enlighten complexity and difficulty of the term intellectual property itself. The third chapter is devoted to an analysis of international legal norms with respect to general legislation - international binding contracts and agreements. The fourth chapter is focused at term of trademark. The czech and european legislation will be compared. The fifth chapter describes computer legal protection and license contract. Again we will look into this issue from perspective of czech and european legislation. The sixth chapter will show the proper way of legal protection of actual american products.

Lazy Learning of Environment Model from the Past
Štěch, J. ; Guy, Tatiana Valentine ; Pálková, B. ; Kárný, Miroslav
The paper addresses a lazy learning (LL) approach to decision making (DM) problem described in fully probabilistic way. The key idea of LL is to simplify the actual DM problem by using past DM problems similar to the current one. The approach can decrease computation complexity and increase quality of learning when no rich alternative information available. The proposed LL approach helps to learn the environment model based on a proximity of the past and current DM problem with Kullback-Leibler divergence serving as a proximity measure. The implemented algorithm is verified on the real data. The results show that the proposed approach improves prediction quality.

Transneptunian objects
Blomann, Antonín ; Wolf, Marek (advisor) ; Ďurech, Josef (referee)
Transneptunian objects are a group of bodies outside of the Solar System. The number of these observed bodies is growing. Dynamical structures and physical characteristics provide an evidence for processing the Solar System in the earlier days. Studying and understanding orbits and their origin in Kuiper Belt can help to explain the progress of other objects in Solar System especially Jovian planets. A phase called migration of Jovian planets was a key process for forming structures and orbits. The theoretical part is in the first three chapters. The second part is focused on the description of the observational equipment technique and the observation itself. The CCD chips and computers play an important role in astrometry. The observation and astrometry proceeded on the observatory Ondřejov on 0.65 m telescope with the CCD chip KAF 3200ME in camera G2 3200 made by company Moravské přístroje. The pictures with exposition 120 sec were taken by the camera and after modified, put together and used for the astronometrical mensuration. The dates were sent to the MPC database.

Analysis of landscape changes by means of GIS and RS in the upper Chomutovka River catchment
Stoupa, Svatopluk ; Jeníček, Michal (advisor) ; Langhammer, Jakub (referee)
This work assesses the suitability of selected tools of GIS and remote sensing for classification of black and white aerial photography to analyze changes in land cover in the basin of the upper Chomutovka. Area of interest is located in the highest parts of the Krušné hory mountains, which have historically been significantly affected by imission fallout that resulted in massive forest die-back. For the purpose of quantifying these changes, a series of aerial photographs from 1975 and 1987 were used as a source of data. Selected dates approximately define the interval of the largest forest dieback in the Krušné hory mountains and their comparison well illustrates the extent of this process. These images were combined and orthorectified and than classified by manual vectorization. For orthorectification and mosaicing OrthoEngine module of program Geomatica 10.0 was used. It turned out that due to the specific characteristics of historical aerial photographs resulting orthophoto can show the obvious shortcomings, especially the local deformations, which misrepresents the actual dimensions of landscape components and therefore it is not applicable for accurate classification. For this reason, the reverse process was chosen in which the images were firstly merged automatically in the program Hugin and...
