Cluster analysis of data traffic

This thesis is meant to present the methods of cluster analysis, their use for detecting network traffic anomalies. It deals with various types of cyber attacks particularly DoS (DDoS) attacks. It contains a list of well-known DoS attacks. Also includes a program in Python, using the k-means method for detection of anomalous traffic.

Design of induction machine for cascade water pump system

This thesis deals with the design of electrical machine for direct drive of cascade liquid pumping system. At the beginning a suitable type of electrical machine and some of its basic parameters are selected. Finally, the 4 pole three phase induction machine powered by alternating voltage 3x400 V was chosen. After that complete design is made with respect to all specified requirements. The designed machine is analyzed with the use of ANSYS Maxwell and RMxprt software. The main outcome of the thesis are dimensional sketches of the engine that will be used as the basis for the production of the prototype.

Electric networks with DC voltage up to 1000 V

This master´s thesis deals with the proposal of DC low voltage network at a voltage level of 1000 V DC in Praskolesy u Mrakotina village. Direct distribution will be realized only at the terminal, which will power the village. Next part of this thesis is theoretical and its main focus is description of both DC and AC distribution systems. The proposed DC grid will use existing distribution grid. The thesis further describes the problems of long terminals in low voltage distribution systems and electrical installation in buildings. The result of this work is a comparison of the losses between AC and the proposed DC system. The last part deals with economical evaluation and technical solution for the proposed network variant, including their advantages and disadvantages.

Proposals for Improvement of the Communication Mix

The purpose of this diploma thesis is to propose solutions which will lead to improvement of the communication mix as well as to an increase in the number of atendees of the dance festival. The theoretical part introduces the fundamental terms, related to the communication mix, and the latest trends as well. The analytical part consists of the processed analyses and the questionnaire enquiry. On the basis of information obtained in the theoretical part, individual solution proposals are derived from the analyses and the questionnaire enquiry.

The purpose of this Masters thesis is to develop and present a business plan for a platform, used to collect data about a baby’s development. The thesis proposes the development of web and mobile applications based on this platform for use by parents. This business plan is also consisted of sections focused on project financing and a comprehensive economic evaluation.

This thesis deals with the analysis of the ALUMA ČS, s.r.o. company information system, which then serves as the basis for several designs, created to improve the current situation. These designs are the key part of this work. The theoretical part of this work focuses on explaining the given issues, mainly ERP systems and related areas. The practical part focuses on the aforementioned analysis, which deals with processes, IT equipment and systems used in the company, as well as on the designs for the information system.

This master´s thesis is focused on efficient control of quality economy in an international company operating in the Czech Republic. It relates to standard and modern concept of quality economy management and theoretical basis of cost management related to quality. The purpose of this thesis is to define, choose and implement the best model of monitoring quality related costs. As a part of the implementation phase of the chosen model, project plan including risk analyses which belongs to individual project's phases will be created, cost related actions defined and in the next phase evaluated and optimized.

The diploma thesis „The Study of During the Contract in Company“ focuses on the analysis of order processing in the company, from accepting the order to expedition of the final product. The aim of the thesis is to observe and analyse the order processing in the company based on theoretical knowledge and determine weak spots in this process. The thesis contains specific proposals on how to eliminate these weak spots and improve this process.
